Friendly staff. Very tasty garlic butter sauce with some heat and sweetness. Everything is drowned in sauce

My partner and I's favorite seafood boil spot. The sauce always hits the spot. The extra garlic and butter I DEVOUR with all of the protein meanwhile my man gets all the carbs MWAHAHA. I love the owners here. So friendly and service is always good when we come. Its a homey and cozy restaurant. My kind of place as it is comfortable and not too overwhelming. Always will be my go to spot.

    I destroyed my meal.

Food was bomb. Exactly what I was looking for when it comes to seafood boil. We had the seafood combo which was 1/2 lb of crawfish, mussels, and shrimp. We added crab legs and eggs. What was really unique was their bread option- and you must get it. It's a great option and choice to have. Service was nice. Host greets you and is attentive. Ambiance was quaint but we did go there during the week after lunch hour. I would go back and order the same.

Small quaint restaurant in the corner. Service was friendly. We ordered the half combo with extra fixing in garlic butter, calamari rings, and bread. That fed 4 of us. Didn't expect it to be a bit spicy. It was a 1.5 star. Enjoyed every bit of it. Preferred the shrimp over crawfish. The bread was used to dip that yummy garlic butter sauce at the end. The calamari comes with an aioli sauce. Calamari was not anything special. You get a bib gloves and bucket to put your shells in. A Be ready to get dirty. The food remain warm in the big stainless steel bowl.

Yummo! We walk around the neighborhood and passed this place many times. I was craving some seafood I ordered the shrimp and crayfish in their sauce. I could drink that sauce straight. My partner had the fish and chips and it was amazing as well. I'm dipped some onions f the fries in the sauce... I will be going back soon.

A hidden gem! Dragon's Crawfish is hands down my go-to spot for a seafood boil--I've become a regular lol. Unlike other places I've tried in Tacoma/Lakewood, where the sauce tends to be bitter or sour, Dragon's Crawfish nails it with a perfect balance of sweet and savory. On one of my visits, I even overheard an out-of-towner saying he always makes it a point to visit whenever he's in state because it's the best sauce he's had in Washington! Every time I visit, the service is great and I always leave satisfied.

$162 total with tip for our 2 make-it-yourself broil bowl! Bae got her Medium spice shrimps and clams (plus potatoes, corns and 2 eggs) and I got me a Hot spice Dungeness $39.99 and shrimp (plus a bowl of rice). Tons of leftover for the work wk and oh so worth it. One down side is I wish the shrimps were deveined so I don't have to see the dark poop inside the shrimp and that and that the shrimps were easily to peel. I think the super hot temp got the shell to stick to the body. Beside that hiccup, the sauce was perfectly seasoned and was delicious! Great customer service and food quality from the Seafood King and his Dragon Queen, and I would def be back again.

This place is dope. It has been many trips since I last reviewed Dragon's Crawfish. There have been many crab boil places, but none as good as this place. The price seems fair to me, especially with the quality of food you get. Prices are all based on market value. I honestly have no problem with the price to value of food. If you do visit I would recommend getting the boil wet and grab some bread. You will get delicious seasoned butter in your bowl and you can dip the bread in for some extra delicious butter soaked bread. Go here with some friends grab a half or big bowl depending on the size of the group and hunger level. This way you will good a great mixture of foods for the best price. We have done a half with 4 people and been fine, but if you want more food do a whole with 4-6 people, and a half 2-4. I would recommend getting some heat on this. The real flavors are added with some heat, but the no heat does taste good as well. Its definitely worth it. Final note and I believe I mentioned this in my previous post as well. The chicken wings here are simple fried chicken wings with incredible seasoning and a really nice ranch. I would high recommend this for anyone. Its delicious. I honestly think they might be the best chicken wings in Tacoma.

Kindest lady took our order and helped us with making sure we could get the most crab out of the combos! The food is so delicious. Best seafood boil I've had in the area so far. You can tell by the vibe of the restaurant it's a true locals spot. Everything is crazy fresh so get there early because once they are out, it's gone till tomorrow. Will come back every time we visit!

We arrived around 4:30-40ish on a Sunday and we were seated quickly at the patio. They had plenty of seating in the patio and even had umbrellas in case the sun was too much. Luckily it was the perfect weather with a nice little breeze. The hostess offered us waters for our dogs and even asked if they needed one or two bowls. We opted for two bowls just in case as our male dog drinks a lot. We love that the menu was concise and that they had their specials on a little display on the table. I decided that I wanted to try out more of the menu and orders a strawberry lemonade, steamed clams, Bang Bang shrimp, bowl of clam chowder and a S'mores cheesecake to share with everyone. For the entrees, we ordered two of the smoked seafood fettuccine, kickin' chicken burger, and the Connecticut lobster roll. It did take some time for our entrees to arrive so I'm glad I bought the appetizers as we were hungry. However, the drinks were all refreshing and the food was perfectly seasoned and cooked. My only gripe is that the coleslaw was a bit off for me but at least I know to get fries or another substitute. The cheesecake was also a good size and I love that they toasted the marshmallows. Everyone, including the birthday boy left full and satisfied. I also was able to use their new Toast reward system with no issues. Our server Dallas was very professional and friendly with us. She would check in at appropriate times despite how busy the patio was getting. She even handled an extremely rude and entitled guest with precise professionalism.

The restaurant is clean and tidy with an organized and cozy atmosphere. The tables aren't crammed together and it's not crazy loud at this time of day. However, I think it would be loud on a packed Friday night and getting a wheelchair or a person with mobility problems into a table that's not on the outside of the aisle would be difficult. City views are great. Probably very pretty at night. Waterfront views are decent, boasting the bridge and beautiful city that lies beyond it. Service is cordial, but not overly friendly. We were greeted immediately upon arrival inside and promptly after we were seated. Seating took about 7 minutes from arrival time and water was brought less than 5 minutes from being seated. We were served by Lavetta and she was absolutely amazing. We ordered the Maine lobster roll and subbed clam chowder as a side for $5 extra. At $37 a plate I had high hopes. We also ordered the seafood dip and two pops. The lobster was stuffed to the gills! It looked very mediocre until I bit into it and realized how much meat was in that little roll. The bread was warm and the lobster perfectly dressed. It wasn't drowning in mayo or soggy with filler. The seafood dip was creamy, flavorful and cheesy. It comes topped with chives, a cute halved cherry tomato and a fresh, warm, crusty baguette. The clam chowder is rich creamy and THICK, but came lukewarm. No clue what their hot holding temperatures are, but this was not giving "fresh from the pot" vibes. With the tip, we got out for about 85$. Pretty pricey but the portion of lobster was worth the price.

We were the only people in the dining room for lunch the entire time until our last 10 mins. This restaurant is inside a casino in Fife. Parking is interesting, and the casino itself is in the middle of a reno so it looks a bit messy but otherwise it is fine. Kudos to them for trying to make the outside section nice because the view kind of kills it. Pros - it's a very nicely designed space. The hostess and our waitress were so nice and welcoming, even giving me a stool for my bag (and it wasn't even my fanciest bag lol!) Overall, the restaurant is nice, the food seems to be mostly fresh and good quality and service was nice. I actually quite enjoyed my ribeye, despite our broccolinni having no almonds, as stated on the menu. My affogato was good, and the cake frosting and flavors were good. Cons - I say these with love...but we both feel the kitchen was not up to par, or the main chef was off, or something happened because there were quite a few mishaps during our visit. The appetizers were good, but the scallops needed salt and I would not pair them with pineapple, personally. The calamari weren't the most tender, and the breading was interesting - it's definitely not your typical breading, it suited a fish and chips dish better. The sweet and spicy sauce served with it is from trader Joe's...I know because I've bought it before, so I don't believe it's house made. Like I previously stated, the broccolinni was missing the almonds, and the carrots on the side that I ordered for $13 were so embarrassing that the waitress came back after serving us and told us that she spoke to the manager and got those off our bill. That's how ridiculous they were, so thank you to her for having good values at work. While I liked my steak, it was very, very fatty, and my husband asked for medium rare and definitely got medium well. Lastly, the pink champagne cake was disappointing, not because it was yucky, but because the cake itself was clearly days old, and had been freshly frosted. It was tough, dry and stale, while the frosting was fresh and light. Overall, I can see coming back but I'm in no rush due to the price/location/overall food.
