I'm very happy with the work John and his assistant did at Drain Right Services. They replaced two exterior hose bibs which would seem straight forward. However, one of the hose bibs was soldered on. This required that all of the water be completely drained from the supply line in order to get the solder joint hot enough to melt and remove the old bib. Unfortuntely, draining all of the water from our two-story house took a very long time, even after John used all of the techniques to relieve the water from the line. John stuck with it and finally got the bib removed and the new one installed. To complicate things, I thought I had the replacement hardware for the job but my fittings didn't match the supply lines. No problem - John came up with adapters and installed the new hose bibs with no leaks. John and his assistant were very pleasant during the entire process and they gave me a good price. They also thoroughly cleaned up the area, removing all signs they'd been working there. I'd recommend Drain Right Services to anyone who needs plumbing work at their home. read more

I originally reached out for help installing a new faucet. Of course they couldn't give me a price so they offered a free estimate. I scheduled about a week and a half ahead and was offered a 4-6pm arrival window. On the day of the appointment I received a call at 4:13pm confirming the appointment. They said the plumber was working nearby. I received a text at 5:43pm saying the plumber was on their way. The plumber arrived at 6:53pm! I let him know he arrived at an inconvenient time as my family was having dinner. The plumber asked if he should reach out to dispatch to reschedule. Tony Huichan was super nice and professional. He did an amazing job! We were waiting awhile for a plumber to be sent to our home. The plumber came just in time, but finished everything so quickly. First, when he arrived he was very courteous. Tony went over all the little details and inclusions before even mentioning price. He made sure to use all the right equipment but also brought in the tarp and even a shoe cover so that your floors would not be messy. After all the signatures, the work started immediately. Once the work was completed, he brought us over to the kitchen to go over on how the garbage disposal will be working. Tony made sure to go over all the details needed in case there was a jam in the future. Before he left, he gave us business card but also added his contact information in case we needed him in an emergency. We would highly recommend Tony for any plumbing needs!! read more

They did a poor job. They descaled a pipe in my office and claim they Hydro jetted afterwards. There was a ton of iron in the main drain, which caused the plumbing back up again. Additionally, they wanted to repair my main drain from the building to the street. Their initial bid was $18,500. This was reduced the $13,000. I had another Plumber check this and found that it was unnecessary. This is a place to avoid. read more

I scheduled an appointment to get a quote from them from 1pm-3pm. During that window they called me and said they were running late and had to reschedule to 3:30-5. After no communication with them after 5, I called them and they said a technician would call me in a half hour. After about 40 minutes, they didn't call me. I called back and apparently, they were still waiting for a technician to open up, so I cancelled my appointment with them. This was unprofessional and ruined my schedule for today (I was planning to meet up with a friend in the late afternoon but ultimately had to cancel that.) In contrast, earlier in the day, I had another appointment with a different plumbing company that came on time. Do not rely on this company for punctuality or communication. read more

We had an issue with the water inlet where the refrigerator pipe connects. The new refirgerator delivery reported that they cannot complete the job since the valve wasnt functioning. I had a broken sewer pipe under the house. I contacted Drain Right and they were able to make an appointment for the next day. Abraham Gomez was the technician who arrived however he was not able to crawl under the house as the crawl space was flooded. He called the field supervisor, Gonzalo Perez, who arrived at the site within an hour. Gonzalo assessed the situation and assured me that a crew will arrive the next morning and fix the problem. I met Luis the next day who got right to it. By the time I arrived at the house the water was already drained and Luis was able to determine the problem. Luis worked with the occupants to ensure that they can still use the plumbing during his work and over the weekend. By Monday morning I had all galvanized sewer pipes replaced with new ABS pipes. They tested for leaks and even installed a cleanout at the front of the house. Plumbing is working flawlessly again. Gonzalo arrange for 18-month interest-free payment thru Synchrony bank, which took no more than 15 min. I am very thankful to this company and will definitely use them again. Came out for a diverter valve issue, removed my On/Off handle during troubleshooting, said I needed to order a diverter part (ok, fine), left without reinstalling the On/Off handle (what?). I called to ask why the technician left without reinstalling my On/Off handle (sort of important) and was confidently told by the admin who had never seen my unit that my On/Off valve was the issue (um, no, the On/Off has worked for months). After going back-and-forth on whether the On/Off functionality was separate from the diverter functionality, I sent her a photo (attached) showing it was a separate handle (why am I having to do this with the admin answering the phone?) and asked her to please send the tech back out to reinstall the On/Off handle. He reluctantly came back out and again stated I need it new part (yeah, that's fine). After a few weeks I called back to ask if the part came in and was told they never ordered it.
