For the short story, Drain Time was responsive and helpful when it came to fixing a leak in my unconventional water system. I found James and his son to be authentic, extremely kind, and they went above and beyond to make sure our water issues were addressed. Should I have any other plumbing needs, Drain Time will be my first call. For the long story, I had a leak in my manabloc system. I had (4) other plumbers come to my house and they provided a mix of questionable quotes and none were able to help me get running water. By the time Drain Time came to review my problem, our house had been without running water for (2) days so we were itching to get it fixed. Within 10 minutes of looking at my water leak issue, Drain Time got us running cold water, something none of the other plumbers even tried to address. While things never go wrong when it's convenient, Drain Time Plumbing made addressing the issue very pleasing. 1. Late night main sewer line clog, no problem. I was out of town and Drain Time Plumbing provided my wife a phone quote and showed up quickly to bring relief to the home and my family. In addition, they did advise of the possibility of a future clog based on their observation of the pipes. 2. Observation became a realty 3-days later... No problem. Drain Time Plumbing showed up, relieved the immediate back-up and went to work with replacing two sections of the sewer line that were responsible for the clogging. With a need to cut through a portion of the existing driveway, it took a couple of days to complete the project as advised, but considering they replaced the concrete (and get this, used rebar), all-in-all, we are extremely satisfied with Drain Time Plumbing as a company, their staff for being friendly and efficient and communicative about every step we would anticipate until the completion of the project. When the project was completed, they cleaned EVERYTHING from the project and left us 100% satisfied. Side Note: Drain Time Plumbing also replaced our homes intake water main valve that was leaking for years from a standard twist version to a quarter--turn ball valve with beautiful copper piping, (no more leak).
