I almost gave one star due to price being extremely higher than five other plumbers for a tankless water heater replacement, but due to Tommy and Brianna's quick response and calls I had to give them 2 stars. Their $12,000 quote for a tankless water heater replacement that five other contractors quoted prices less than $4,700 and one contractor completed the replacement with a Navien 210 for less than $4,000 speaks for itself. Being a Costco member and hearing they install for Costco with special show price of $11,699 was exactly why I do not use Costco for residential services. read more

They took advantage of our emergency situation and charged us an outrages rate. We had a clogged sewer line, they quoted $599 to clear the line with a snake. I thought the estimate was very high but accepted because it was an emergency. When they completed the job, the plumber added another $298 to the bill to bring the total to $896. Just to snake a couple pipes. They didn't use any parts, and the job took 2.5 hours. I emailed the company to explain that I thought $896 for 2.5 hours work was unacceptable and they never responded back. read more

Smart, dedicated, diligent. Wow. They fixed the problem. Had to run for parts twice. Prompt, efficient and nice.

I called Drain Time Plumbing and talked with Tommy. It was late around the time I talked to him, but I didn't feel rushed or pressured in talking with him. We made an appointment for the next day. Due to a scheduling conflict, he accommodated an earlier time in the day, which worked out really nicely. After looking at my water heater, draining a bit of the water out of it, we agreed that it was time for replacement. In addition to a quote for the 30 gallon, he showed me a price for a tankless heater. I ended up going with the 30 gallon but it's good to know that the company can also do tankless. They were able to get the whole project done in 3-4 hours. I also felt the pricing was fair; another quote for the same project was about $1200 more. After installation, the two employees ran my faucets until the water ran clear. They accepted my card payments and I got a digital receipt. The two employees were super professional in my house; they covered the floors, moved furniture back to their original spots, and cleaned their work areas well. I also want to commend Tommy for the patience he showed me as I changed my mind between the 30 gallon and the tankless at the last moment. Overall, I am really happy with my experience and will likely ask them to do work in my house in the future. I needed a plumber! My toilet wasn't working! Drain Time Plumbing was quick to respond to my project inquiry. They had availability the same night, however, due to our family schedule, I chose to schedule for the next morning -- on a Saturday! What? A plumbing business open on the weekends?! Since Drain Time Plumbing had quick availability, I scheduled with them! After reading their story, I'm shocked to see they started their business in 2023! I'm guessing they are a small business, so I feel good about supporting a small local business too! The technician showed up early! He was able to fix my toilet for now but said I would need a new toilet. Not only did he give me a quote for a new toilet and installation, we scheduled the install for a day/time that worked for me. Excellent company! Late on a Saturday evening, I had a tenant call with a backed-up drain. I contacted at least 8 companies, through Yelp, and Drain Time was the only one capable and willing to take on the job. Breana (sp?) took my call and assured me they could tackle the job in a timely manner. Chaydon, their technician, was professional, efficient and downright friendly. He even arrived an hour ahead of their scheduled time, and then resolved the problem within 30 minutes. I was very impressed, and more importantly, my tenant was very happy....and she was sincerely appreciative and complimentary of Chaydon's service. I requested someone to come out and assess the issue with our kitchen sink on Wednesday and they got back to me within an hour offering to come and work the same day. They were very accommodating to rescheduling and working with our schedule as well. Found this business on Yelp with good reviews so I decided to call them for my businesses clogged toilet that I had been battling for over a week. Travis showed up on time and ready to "dig-in". He was very courteous and thoroughly explained what he was doing step by step throughout the whole process (snaking multiple times, checking all clean-outs, etc). Finally had to pull off toilet, ended up finding the clog, cleared the line, put new seal on before putting toilet back, and then cleaned up everything! I had a mainline back up and was quoted at $30,000 to fix. I was able to find someone to do it for $5,000. And I'm feeling yucky as a single woman navigating first time homeownership. Owner's son Chardonnay Belmont's came over on time And removed the broken kitchen faucet and installed A new faucet and soap dispenser. He was friendly professional and up front with the issues involved in installing the new faucet. There was a rusted joint which May have been needed to replace which would cost another $150 but he managed to connect the plumbing without having to replace the part. I would highly recommend this company as they were able to schedule me the very next day. Other companies would not give me a price quote on the phone and some would charge just to come out and give an estimate. I would use them again for any future plumbing repair.
