I have been in the Real Estate business in the Denver area for 29 years I have had a lot of sewer lines clean because of the home inspection. Quite often we are told the sewer line needs to be replaced at an astronomical cost. as well did in the case in old Aurora, home as built-in 1952 The owner we're told the line was collapsed and needs to replace, I called John for a second opinion, he worked hard for over 6 hours pulling all sorts of things out old mops heads, socks, trash bags, tree roots, rock yes ROCKs He got it clean as a whistle. John was extremely professional and on time. He was at all times polite, friendly and informative. He explained everything he was doing and why in a manner that a non-plumber could easily understand. He also didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. I learned so much about sewer systems and their maintenance while we chatted. What was supposed to be a fast cleanout turned into much more (extensive roots). I was very comfortable with what John had to do and why. He took what could have been an unnerving experience and made it much less so. The clincher- my girlfriends 5 cats immediately took to him. John has been a gem of a plumber for us! We first called John to check out a backed up toilet in our master bath. He was quick to reply and came first thing the following morning to fix the problem. He has since installed two toilets for us. One toilet had a wax seal that shifted and John came right away to replace it no charge. Being a first time home owner, I had no idea the importance of having a reliable and quality plumber, but John has been both of those things for us. I definitely recommend using this company. John was very informative and solved my problem of a clogged sewer drain. I had another company prior to him and was very disappointed in the outcome. John was upfront with the cost and wanted to make sure he took care of the problem. He was very busy that day but after hearing my story, he told me he would come. I needed someone to fix a drain issue causing backed up water spilling out of Laundry drain. The previous service I used was booked out until a couple of weeks out. Gave John a call he out within a couple of hours from the original call. He did the job, within an hour. Did what he needed to do to solve the problem and not magically "find " anything else that needed fixing. He ran the line well out beyond the original clog location to be sure that everything would flow and not just get stopped up farther down the pipe. I am not a big reviewer but when I receive amazing service, I need to tell the Denver area about it. We had a plumbing emergency today, I called Metro on a referral. John answered the call and asked a lot of questions - kind of a water damage triage - to confirm the urgency. He then pulled Bruce into the job via phone and Bruce responded to the site within an hour. Bruce had the problem addressed and fixed in a fair amount of time for a fair price. Excellent job. Two weeks ago a drain was backing up into my utility room, i called and John answered right away and told me what the problem was, and said he would be over later that afternoon. John showed up and went right to work and he worked hard to fix the problem. The next week, Joe came over to finish the job ( i was unavailable thru the week).
