This place gets customer service! I was greeted and welcomed by Bridgette. This place has a classic diner feel and everywhere you turn some wall art or decoration catches your eye. The highlight of our trip! We were in Nashua and stopped by this roadside diner on a whim. The place was busy. Staff was very friendly. Food is okay. It's not the cleanest place. They do have a cleaning station to "sanitize' tables before use but spot cleaning doesn't really do the job, does it? There are still left over yolk stains left at the edge of the table. This was a great spot to enjoy a safe and delicious meal! We went for brunch in the outdoor patio- it was a little windy but the sun was shining and the breeze was a nice way to keep the air flowing! All the wait staff I saw wore masks and the tables were wiped down and sanitized. I felt very comfortable with the COVID precautions taken outdoors. This is a case where the wait staff makes the place shine. We've been here five or six times. The waitresses are the best: affable, fast and knowledgeable. If you get Bridget you'll have a blast. She loves her job and truly loves learning about her customers almost as much as she loves breaking balls ;) The food is excellent. There are particular dishes that stand out and make you want to keep ordering more until you're Jabba the Hutt fat. So far my favorite is the pastrami and cheese omelette. It melted in my mouth and I made lewd noises eating it until my wife intervened. This place has turned into one of our favorites. Very cute dinner and prompt service. Bridget was amazing. The eggs Benedict was very good. Nice thick slice of ham in the middle. However, as soon as we put the tip on the table we were asked to leave so the waitress could have the table. We were not quite done with our coffee and probably would have stayed only a few more minutes. As we were gathering our belongings a second person came over and asked us to leave. My husband and I went and tried this place for the first time and can definitely say we WILL be back! Bridget (with 1 T!) was AMAZING! Always on top of things and our order with a smile and some pizzazz. Being our first time, she did make sure that the WHOLE place welcomed us. Food was amazing as well. Both of us had omelettes that were delicious. The blueberry pancakes were huge! The homemade cinnamon rolls were very good (they cut them in half and grill them). On the day we visited I have only one bone to pick. There was a vintage car show happening behind the restaurant and there was absolutely no organization to routing traffic. More than enough cones confusing the issue, with nobody really paying attention. In my opinion, the old cars should have been relegated to a SINGLE area in the back, farther from restaurant, and customers given clear access to primary restaurant parking. I had the Irish eggs Benedict which was very yummy! Gently poached egg over corned beef hash with delicious thick hollandaise sauce on an English muffin. They have a huge list of omelets too! I'll definitely need to come again to try the rest of the menu! Only thing I didn't absolutely love was the grilled muffin. Grilled muffins are one of my favorite foods ever, but this one didn't quite hit the spot. Wasn't crispy or buttery enough for my liking. Maybe try a different flavor (not chocolate chip). This place is awful. I stopped in for breakfast and it turned out to be one of the worst diner experiences I've ever had. The problems start when I walk in the door and am greeted by a sign saying that they don't accept tips with card payments but they suggest the nearby ATM instead. So, the owner is such a cheapskate that they expect me to pay $3-5 in ATM fees just to save themselves $1 in bank charges. Then, while waiting for my food, I watch the staff work and spot no less than a half dozen sanitation issues and health code violations. I watched a waitress take a plate off of another table, walk it behind the counter and put the food back onto the grill. The silverware I received was not wrapped and was unceremoniously dumped onto the tabletop where I was sitting. The tabletop had not been wiped down since the previous customers, contaminating the silverware. I watched a waitress take food from plates that expired while waiting to go out and put that food back on the grill. When I finally did get my food, the omelet I ordered was cross-contaminated with ingredients from other omelettes made in the same batch. The bacon was overcooked to the point of being tough and chewy. The home fries had a weird fishy aftertaste, which is a very bad sign considering the place doesn't serve fish. The toast was soggy and chewy because, like the bacon, it had died on the grill. When I went to get the check, I relayed this information to my server who, instead of providing good customer service and simply accepting the feedback, she chose to argue with me and make excuses. Overall, it's obvious that this diner's best days are behind it. The owner is clearly cutting corners and has no interest in producing a decent quality product or good customer service. I don't recommend eating here. read more

We randomly found Dream Diner on our way up to NH. The restaurant was close to a 50s style diner (minus the clothing, of course). It is a family run business so the the staff are all great to each other and their customers. The menu is a bit limited but they have a huge variety of omelettes and eggs benedict. My omelette was good but my mom's potatoes were cold. Everything was cooked in the correct way it was ordered which is always great. The bathrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking. Staff is friendly, the place is crowded and has a 1950s vibe to it - which is ok. I dislike the whole post it's everywhere telling us where to go, we can't give tips to the staff in the main bill, use ATMs, etc. The world has moved on - the place is busy - so just get on with the times. Pay the tips separately, etc is only an issue when the restaurant is not busy which is not the case. You maybe losing customers because of the cash policy - many people dislike it, and don't carry cash around anymore. - Pancakes taste better at iHop - Egg Benedict is definitely excellent and blows iHop menu out of the water! We were first timers and were given the royal first time treatment by Bridget. She was a total hoot and made our experience a super fun one! They were busy but service was efficient and turnover was fast. I did not feel rushed at all, though! Bridget brought us our first timers sign, took our photo and announced us- all so fun. She gave us history of the diner and who she was- called us by name, etc. As for food, I was disappointed as they were out of the creamed chipped beef, but I got eggs Benedict Florentine instead and my husband got the Bridget Benedict (ham and pastrami). The eggs were delicious! The potatoes were okay... I don't love home fries in general anyway. We ordered a cinnamon roll, but think we may have gotten cinnamon roll French toast instead. Doesn't matter, it was delicious and made a great "dessert". Of course, always nice to have a breakfast cocktail while on a breakfast date. I got a mimosa, husband a screwdriver.
