I followed through and completed three more sessions at the new location, but saw absolutely no improvement. Frustrated, I decided to try another company -- and after just one session with them, my tattoo is already about 50% lighter. I reached out to LaserAway about the lack of results and was only offered store credit for the four sessions, which is unacceptable. Getting a callback has been a constant struggle, and the customer service has been among the worst I've experienced. Do yourself a favor: save your time, money, and energy. I would not recommend LaserAway to anyone based on my experience.

On the phone was super lovely, answered all of my questions. They texted me a couple days before to remind me to complete some consents and place a deposit for $50 consult which can be used towards treatment if we move forward after consult. Dr. Tariq presented as kind, warm, competent. I felt immediate trust in him to do my service. Yes it was painful, but that is expected. He used ice to numb the area for a short period of time before going in. Because the eyebrow area is so small, it is tolerable. I do want to say I have a high pain tolerance. To me beauty = pain. ;) I anticipated that I would need 6 sessions 6-8 weeks apart however Dr estimated 2-3 sessions 6 weeks apart. I am 6 days post treatment today and it's gotten so much lighter. I could probably stop here but I def want to have as much red removed as possible. Right after treatment, my whole tattoo appeared gone but shortly after the redness started and I was so swollen for 2 days. Used lots of ice and bought the $25 aloe treatment gel mixture they sell. Can't wait for my 2nd session.

Time to post an update: It is now over 10 years that I have been a regular client at Amoderm and I…read morecontinue to be satisfied with the services. It's been several years since I finished my laser hair removal treatments there and my results are holding pretty well. I had literally no hair growing back on my shoulder and back. I added more areas since then and all worked amazingly well. I also did 2 more rounds of Sculpsure for body sculpting and stubborn fat reduction in belly and flanks. As a background, I am pretty fit and just needed some additional toning and the Sculpsure was a perfect touch and greatly helped. I have continued with the scalp treatment for male pattern hair loss prevention and treatment. I am alternating PRP with hair growth stem cell factor to maximize my results and I can confidently say that the treatment was effective in stopping the thinning and stimulating some hair regrowth. As for new treatments, I started doing Botox for my frown lines and lines on forehead at Amoderm around 2 years ago and have done it 3-4 times so far. The results typically last a good 3-5 months for me and I appreciate how I am still able to have full facial expression with natural look and avoid looking frozen while having the lines and wrinkles erased. Same great experience as other treatments I have done at Amoderm and well worth the money. Highly recommend as before!

She does not use the blend method that I'm accustom to which is fine because I noticed that some of my problem spots weren't returning as quickly with blend and I didn't break out like I have in the past from another method. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

The front desk staff have been consistently rude and unprofessional. If you ask why your appointment is running late or how much longer the wait will be, you're often met with attitude rather than a helpful response. Customer service should be respectful and professional, especially when patients are already waiting beyond their scheduled appointment times. As a customer, I don't feel that my time is valued, and the overall experience has been disappointing enough that I'm considering finding another place for my laser hair removal treatments.

As a licensed RN, she thoroughly evaluated my skin and came up with a treatment plan that left my skin feeling so clean and rejuvenated. Throughout each service, Chloe made me sure I felt comfortable and informed. She took the time to thoroughly explain each treatment, step by step, so I knew exactly what to expect. And most importantly, she was so friendly and easy to talk to! Microdermabrasion: This a must if you want a quick skin refresh! My skin was noticeably smoother and more radiant. Dermaplaning: Wow... I was surprised at the results. Chloe removed all the excess hair, peach fuzz, and dead skin from my face. My skin looked so much brighter and felt sooooo soft. Laser genesis: This was a GAME-CHANGER for my skin. I was unfamiliar with this procedure, and for those of you who don't know, it stimulates collagen production in your face using a gentle laser to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, tighten your pores, reduce oil production, and help repair sun damage. I have been here multiple times now. These are the treatments I have so far received: Botox, dermal fillers (Juvederm, Voluma and Radiesse), Laser Genesis, and Laser Hair Removal. I cannot go to any other place for injectable treatments now. The nurse has such soft hands and I was impressed how painless the injections were. I have always been afraid to get fillers because of the experiences that others told me about. The nurse made me feel so comfortable and educated me about the whole procedure so I decided to do it. I did smile line and chin fillers along with the Botox. I LOVE THE RESULT. I am considering lip fillers. I will return to this place when I do lip fillers. Laser Genesis has been my favorite laser. I have been to different places to do it. However, the treatment I received here was amazing. My skin glowed much more and the redness was reduced. My skin felt so much healthier! I felt that the treatment was longer than my previous treatments at elsewhere. The treatment was really relaxing and I felt like falling asleep. As a woman in her 50's, who has done little upkeep besides moisturizing my face, I loved the experience I had with them. I have sensitive fair skin and my face felt amazing and looked years younger when I was done. My skin was glowing and I felt beautiful. The staff there is great - I didn't know what type of treatment would be best for me and they talked me through all of the options. What they ended up recommending was perfect for my skin type. I walked in, I was greeted by the front receptionist and I noticed the cleanliness of the place. VERY CLEAN AND NICE. I did a consultation with a nurse. Chloe was amazing! Due to my severe acne, I wasn't sure what treatments to receive. I started with a consultation with Chloe. She recommended hydrofacial, dermaplanning, laser genesis, and acne laser. We started off with the facial and got laser genesis. After these procedures, she cooled my face with a face mask. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Clean and comforting rooms. I've had two facials from Diane here, but have been seeing her for the past year at another facility. She's amazing, calm, and explains everything she does in detail. I always have 100% confidence in her. I also got Botox for the first time by Chloe. Diane did my hydro facial and it was amazing! So calming and relaxing, she made me feel welcome and I love my skin. I feel hydrated and refreshed, my skin is glowing. I also got lip filler and Botox from Clara, it was so painless! I didn't feel anything and my lips look amazing. I got filler in my chin and jaw a year ago from Clara and it still looks good.
