I'm tired of being constantly disappointed by their receptionists At multiple locations. 1. I'm sick and tired of their aggressive high-pressure sales tactics. They receive commission. 2. They make too many mistakes. There's been a ridiculous amount of times where I show up for an appointment and the time we chose via phone is not the time in the computer system when I get there thus creating a Domino effect of schedule problems for their day. This has caused me to miss procedures, because they didn't have time, because they screwed up. 3. Their bait and switch scams. Multiple times they called me to tell me about a sale, but then when I'm ready to pay all of a sudden, there are brand new terms and conditions and changes of information. I'm over it laser away. I'm done with y'all. Never again.

They texted me a couple days before to remind me to complete some consents and place a deposit for $50 consult which can be used towards treatment if we move forward after consult. Dr. Tariq presented as kind, warm, competent. I felt immediate trust in him to do my service. Yes it was painful, but that is expected. He used ice to numb the area for a short period of time before going in. Because the eyebrow area is so small, it is tolerable. I do want to say I have a high pain tolerance. To me beauty = pain. ;) I anticipated that I would need 6 sessions 6-8 weeks apart however Dr estimated 2-3 sessions 6 weeks apart. I am 6 days post treatment today and it's gotten so much lighter. I could probably stop here but I def want to have as much red removed as possible. Right after treatment, my whole tattoo appeared gone but shortly after the redness started and I was so swollen for 2 days. Used lots of ice and bought the $25 aloe treatment gel mixture they sell. Can't wait for my 2nd session.

Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

As a licensed RN, she thoroughly evaluated my skin and came up with a treatment plan that left my skin feeling so clean and rejuvenated. Throughout each service, Chloe made me sure I felt comfortable and informed. She took the time to thoroughly explain each treatment, step by step, so I knew exactly what to expect. And most importantly, she was so friendly and easy to talk to! Microdermabrasion: This a must if you want a quick skin refresh! My skin was noticeably smoother and more radiant. Dermaplaning: Wow... I was surprised at the results. Chloe removed all the excess hair, peach fuzz, and dead skin from my face. My skin looked so much brighter and felt sooooo soft. Laser genesis: This was a GAME-CHANGER for my skin. I was unfamiliar with this procedure, and for those of you who don't know, it stimulates collagen production in your face using a gentle laser to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, tighten your pores, reduce oil production, and help repair sun damage. I have been here multiple times now. These are the treatments I have so far received: Botox, dermal fillers (Juvederm, Voluma and Radiesse), Laser Genesis, and Laser Hair Removal. I cannot go to any other place for injectable treatments now. The nurse has such soft hands and I was impressed how painless the injections were. I have always been afraid to get fillers because of the experiences that others told me about. The nurse made me feel so comfortable and educated me about the whole procedure so I decided to do it. I did smile line and chin fillers along with the Botox. I LOVE THE RESULT. I am considering lip fillers. I will return to this place when I do lip fillers. Laser Genesis has been my favorite laser. I have been to different places to do it. However, the treatment I received here was amazing. My skin glowed much more and the redness was reduced. My skin felt so much healthier! I felt that the treatment was longer than my previous treatments at elsewhere. The treatment was really relaxing and I felt like falling asleep. It was sooo good and I have my next appointment scheduled! I bought a package of Laser Hair Removal treatments and have completed 3-4 sessions. There is a huge difference. Chloe was amazing! Due to my severe acne, I wasn't sure what treatments to receive. I started with a consultation with Chloe. She recommended hydrofacial, dermaplanning, laser genesis, and acne laser. We started off with the facial and got laser genesis. After these procedures, she cooled my face with a face mask.
