I was in search of a place to get IPL treatments for the first time to finally tackle the sunspots on my face and saw that Dream Med Spa had consistent 5-star reviews. I was immediately intrigued. I was excited to see that they offered a 2-treatment IPL package on Groupon, which I bought without hesitation based on the glowing reviews. Whenever I make an appointment for something I bought on Groupon, I can't help but feel a little sheepish for being cheap but also a little anxious that my service might be affected because of it. However, from making the appointment to check out, I never felt I was getting less than a client who paid full price. Chloe was patient in answering all my questions (even though I had already done extensive research beforehand because I'm neurotic) and was extremely professional, explaining what she was doing, and what I could expect. She recommended other treatments I should consider based on my needs without being pushy, which I appreciated. I did see some lightening with my first IPL treatment and she mentioned Laser Genesis, which I decided to try in combination with IPL for my second treatment today. I can't wait to see the results! Update: It has been 6 days since I got my facial, and I can confirm that the following days and even today, my skin is still so bright, hydrated, and soft! I had one small pimple appear by my check 2 days after my facial but I think it was normal or it could've been my hormones acting up, but nothing serious because it was reducing in size the following day and I didn't need to pop it or anything. Clara provided underarm and Brazilian laser hair removal services to me, and I had a great experience with her! The underarm laser hair removal went smoothly just as it did the last two times I got it done from here. It was quick, easy, and relatively painless. From my last two sessions, my underarm hair has grown back less in quantity and thickness. This was my first time getting Brazilian laser hair removal, so I was extremely nervous, but Clara was very reassuring and supportive every step of the way. She informed me of how exactly the procedure would go beforehand and warned me about areas that might be sensitive to the treatment. She constantly checked in on me about whether the treatment felt too intense. She was willing to accommodate me by offering to change settings of the equipment to make the process more manageable. She even helped me practice breathing techniques to get through the process Afterward, she applied aloe vera which felt very soothing.
