My first order was their Breakfast Bagel sandwich with sausage. It was absolutely delicious. The bagel was toasted perfectly and the eggs were nice and fluffy. The sausages were cooked perfectly too. For my second and third orders, we went with the Smoked Salmon Benedict with baked Roasted Potatoes. The salmon was smoked to perfection, and the poached eggs were prepared just right. The slices of avocado on the buttery English muffins were the compliment to making this Benedict so special. And the hollandaise sauce is so flavorful, I give it a chefs kiss!
