What disappointed me most was the stubbornness and lack of empathy from the person at the entrance. A restaurant experience begins before the meal, and unfortunately this experience left me feeling frustrated, saddened, and unwelcome. It is disappointing when people cannot see beyond rigid rules and use a little human judgment.

We tried this brewery based on the recommendation of some locals. They don't seem to have any beers on tap, but they're still all served cold from a can or bottle. I believe it is something to do with Utah's archaic alcohol laws, where you cannot serve draft beer over 5% ABV. In any case, it doesn't matter here because they have so many beer options and pretty much everything we bought a taster of was delicious! It was so good, we ended up with a rather large bill because we bought several beers to take back home and show our friends. We will definitely be back with the rest of our friend group! I highly recommend the S'mores beer, Coffee Stout (they have several kinds and I can't remember the exact name, but it was one of their most popular ones and it tasted like a cold brew coffee), and the Pumpkin Porter.

They asked us to wait a bit, then cleared a table in the back. They were really pleasant about it and we greatly appreciated the effort. Our server, Meghan, was great! Friendly and efficient. Food was good too! Fish and chips, nacho's, pizza, corned beef sandwich and mac 'n cheese. The only "complaint" would be the mac 'n cheese needed more cheese. But the rest of the meal was good! Instead of offering help, Tiffany Lee stood silently at the end of the hallway with a hostile demeanor and allowed him to walk the wrong direction. He later reported feeling uncomfortable to the hosts, not even knowing she was the manager. Only after he reported the incident did she come to our table, immediately defensive, stating she was "judging" him and accusing him of being intoxicated. She offered no apology and instead escalated the situation in front of our entire table, including a child and surrounding guests. Her behavior was aggressive and confrontational. My friend was so uncomfortable he could not eat, and I was also unable to continue my meal. When I calmly attempted to address the issue privately, she raised her voice, refused to take accountability, and told me to leave multiple times. The situation escalated further when she called the police over the bill, despite my willingness to pay and resolve the matter calmly. She refused to involve a supervisor or provide any reasonable path toward resolution. I want to be clear that our server, Baylor, was excellent, and this experience is not a reflection of his service. Being treated this way, then expected to pay for food we could not eat due to the environment created, is completely unacceptable. I expect this incident to be reviewed seriously by upper management.
