WOW, JUST WOW!! We found Drivelines Inc from a referral. I phoned After Hours on Friday left a message expecting to hear back on Monday. I received a call back approx 15 min later and scheduled my appt for Monday 8 am! Right away I was impressed! We dropped off our business van and received a full diagnostic by 9:45am. Once we approved the re-build of the drive shaft, they stated we would be able to pick up the van by 2pm the same day! Just as promised we picked up the van at 2pm. I had a big vibration problem with my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado and went to several different shops to try and get it resolved. Drivelines Inc. corrected my problems and my Silverado is running smooth and faster than ever without any noise or unwanted vibration. My 2021 Silverado has a Belltech 4/6 Drop with a flip kit in the rear. If you are lowering your truck then you will need to shim your transmission at the PTO. The experience I had with dealing with wade the owner was very bad. I don't know if I caught him on the wrong day, but he was being very irrational and being insanely rude when I've paid for his services. All I wanted to know was why my driveshaft that I had just gotten back, had so much vibration, and because I thought it was balanced improperly, he took what I was saying as me insulting him. He then went on to say that I was irritating him and that really bothered me. I work in the industry and know that you treat paying customers with respect. No matter if you don't like what they have to say. In this case he just told me to take my business elsewhere which I will gladly do. read more

Wade and Joel got me in the next day after another guy botched my entire driveline (U-Joints/Carrier Bearing). I was on a time crunch and needed it done by the weekend and they got me in no problem. They made it extremely convenient with a drop off key slot (mail slot) got it knocked out before I got of work and even stayed late to get more drivelines done and handed me my keys at 5:30PM when they close at 4:30PM. The guys are straight forward and did the job right. You can tell Wade is extremely passionate about what he does and Joel offered extremely good customer service over the phone. I couldn't ask for anything more. Driveline is straight and Carrier bearing made it to where it doesn't clunk when i take off but I later found out it was the tires not the driveline. If I could give Wade and the crew more stars I would. Drivelines Inc. did a custom driveshaft for my 2000 Nissan 4WD pickup. I was having vibrations and torque loss due to the support bearing being bad...trouble is, the bearing was only 10,000 miles old. Within 15 minutes of arrival, my driveshaft was out of the truck and on the counter in front of me. That's how fast these guys get moving. Wade pointed some things out, gave me some options, and didn't try to "upsell" me with anything. When he quoted me the price, I nearly fell over! Put it this way; in terms of car repair costs, what they did the job for was far less you can ever dream of paying. In fact, there's a place out in Corona that wanted more than two times the amount to do the same job. The work was done in a few hours, just as I was quoted. Underneath, the work is clean and detailed and it looks great. The best part is my truck is running better than it has in years! If you have a Nissan Frontier with that crappy two piece driveshaft, you have to have Drivelines do a custom single piece, you'll never look back. I'm a happy customer! That's so freaking rare these days I had to get on here and say something. read more
