I wish I could give a zero. Wife just bought a new car there. In contacting the sales person, we…read moreasked if they could send us back our tax papers (needed to process loan) and if they could included floor mats. Salesperson never called back but texted me twice. 1st time he will send the tax papers and he could get mats at cost. I texted back and asked why he couldn't include floor mats, and never got a response. Followed up a couple weeks later about tax papers and floor mats again, called and texted him. He got back and said they couldn't find our tax papers after triple checking and he could get floor mats at cost (no explanation why he wouldn't include) then said he is on paternity leave the next day. I followed up with someone with their online assistants a week after and asked if someone could call me regarding floor mats. She said I should receive and email back. Week later checked back with same online assistant. She apologized no one got back to me but suggested I call someone in sales to help with my issue. I called and talked to a sales rep. his name was Jim. Explained that I was hoping after purchasing a car there they would include floor mats. He told me he purchased a car that was more expensive than mine and they didn't include floor mats. Then basically said I'm going behind the salesperson that sold us the car to get the answer I wanted. I explained the salesperson never really addressed why he would only give mats at cost, and he could have cared less. I am a business professional, and I understand there are people that do go around employees backs to get what they want. I am not one of those people. I never got an explanation from our salesperson at all. The other salesperson was so cavalier about how I was going behind our salesperson's back and seemed to think he was "putting me in my place". Absolutely terrible customer service, I would advise people to buy a car elsewhere. They lost our tax papers and got their sale and now they are done. I will let anyone who ever wants to buy a car to go anywhere but there. I'm disgusted.

Just replaced 1 injector last week for 600 dollars and now all the rest of the 7 need replaced. So that is 4200 dollars more needed. I have never had any dealership screw me with a huge piece of crap on my life. This is the worst vehicle i have ever had. Do not buy anything from these crooks. 12 thousand for this piece of crap plus over 14 thousand on repairs. This thing needs to go into the shop every damb week. I am looking into suing this place. Stay away from this place

Came back told him the check engine light was on. He hooked it up and told me it was the fact that it ran out of gas. Not a mechanic so I believed him. WRONG!! Purchased the vehicle took it to my mechanic because the check engine light came on again. Catalytic converter!! $1,300.00 and haven't had it more than 2 days. Not to mention leak in my transmission line$700.00, lower ball joints $400.00, rear suspension and rear washer fluid line $1,300.00. I will say the ball joints were covered. That's it. Called to the shop before I got the work done for the converter he gave me a check for$200.00 what good that will do. Only thing I can say good is one the truck runs awsome with the ball joints done, converter, and transmission lines. Still have washer lines and rear suspension left. The dealer was friendly ( might as well be). Oh yeah 4-5 lights out. Thanks Action Motors

The mechanics are top notch and I even get a free car wash when they change my oil! Recently I had problems with my key fobs and was prepared to lay out big bucks for new ones. But Larry & George in the Parts Dept fixed them, replaced the batteries and even wished me Happy Mother's Day. Adventure Subaru is 25 miles from my home. They are worth driving the Distance because they always go the distance!! Thanks

The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.

The…read morewarranty was only good certain places but I believed I had moved far enough away that I could go nearer to home and have the warranty honored. I knew what was wrong with the GPS as the people at Mentor Kia told me what was wrong, so when I made an appointment to have it repaired there, I told them the problem and said there might be an issue with the warranty company. They charged me $130 for a diagnosis on a problem THEY told me had and then called the warranty company who refused to honor the warranty. I feel I was ripped off for $130. The service advisor said her people do not work for free (which I certainly agree with), but the amount for a 5-minute look at a problem they had already diagnosed was unreasonable. They also knew there might be a problem with the warranty company, yet they did not verify the status before ripping me off for $130. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth about this dealership which had always been great in the past. What makes me madder is that not only did the service advisor refuse to bend on the fee once I realized what was happening is that I contacted the General Manager who did not even bother to respond to my complaints.
