The sauce just made me want to keep going back for more! Service was friendly and fun! Made great recommendations and checked in often! Ambiance was quiet on a Monday night late but I can imagine that the weekends they are packed! Lots of seating and a quaint little spot! Great music but still allowed for conversation. While I must say the snow crab should probably be illegal to serve. It's like a drug you can stop eating. The sauce is almost drinkable, but also don't... it's so much garlic you may end up pissing your stomach off. Shrimp seems to always be overcooked so I never get those anymore. They're mushy, so real overcooked. Service is hit it miss. Sometimes I've gotten a server who may not understand the best English and is sorta short with us. I can understand that, but also it's not enjoyable. The place is usually a mess... But I say that because it's usually super busy as well so I'm not complaining about that because they clean up. It's just a constant flow of people. They also increase their prices quite a bit and the price of snow crab has went down. So unless the prices go back down to a reasonable amount, I probably won't go back, but I'd still advise for you to try it out. read more

This is an Awesome spot to get seafood, especially the crawfish boil!!!I had the shrimp and crawfish boil and both were beyond delicious!! Warning - Crawfish Boil sauce is hot, but, really good! And the HUGE MARGARITAS are strong and tasty. It will quench the thirst of any size person. Even if you just want to drink, you have to stop by the restaurant and get that margarita! Restaurant smelled . Menus do not correlate from online to location neither does the on site menu correlate to what they have in their kitchen . Workers were dismissive . Wasn't greeted when I walked into the establishment . Alcohol selections taste like a pre mixed cocktail . They were syrupy and tasted like rubbing alcohol not a regular cocktail . Food came out in a ziplock bag . Sauce was extremely sweet and overly seasoned . To make matters worse .... While I was eating at 10:20 pm they started stacking chairs and cleaning around me when the location closed at 11pm . When confronted they laughed in my face and made excuses . Nobody wore any type of clothing depicting who worked there or not so I wasn't sure if I was being confronted by a parent a manager or friends when 5/6 ladies came from the back to "see what was happening" who knows but I definitely did not feel safe . I LOVE DRUNKEN CRAB. Their sauce on their boils is just seriously supreme. The sampler for 41$ seems like a really good deal to me for the market prices in the area currently. Service is good. Fun atmosphere suited for drinking with friends and eating seafood. I will say, I'd stick with beer here. We ordered 10 shots of their "house" tequila for my table and couldn't figure out why we didn't get drunk. Then got the bill and realized they were like 1.25 a piece. Soooo it's not liquor. Lol. It's wine. No complaints anyways because it's still fun and their beer is affordable but don't go wanting to take shots because it's fake. This past Sunday was my second time coming to Drunken Crab. The first time was phenomenal, and that was a week prior to this one. However, this last time I was there, not only was the food serving much less--I purchased the seafood boil-- but the service, the manager specifically was quite a disappointment. In our food there was hair, and I let her know that and even gave the hair I picked out the food to the waiter. They gave us a discount on the food... which was a $4 dollar comp. The manager told me that was all she could do. I won't be visiting this restaurant anytime soon, and I would advise that you make sure your portions are the same and that there isn't anyone's hair in your food. read more

I get home no sausage at all just crab and shrimp. Call back and tell them what happened they tell me that he didn't charge me for the sausage. Incredible seafood boil. $45 for a ton of food to be split amongst two people including shrimp, crab, potatoes, and corn. There are options for mussels, king crab, oysters, and crawfish. They use fresh cloved garlic, chili powder, onion powder, and all the other spices for a nice kick that is not overpowering. We thought we made a mistake when we walked over this place from the FW Stockyards. It took a little while to get there and when we did, it looked abandoned. It was in this strange restaurant / liquor store combo space. However, we had made the journey and were hungry so we stayed. So glad that we did. The food was excellent and affordable. The kids got 2 happy hour meals with fried fish and fries. Everything on the plate was amazing. 2 for $12.99. The rest of us got the seafood boil with shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage. LaLa (order taker) was very hmmm I'm not sure of how to put it. But she basically was just about taking our order nothing else. My family and I stopped in here because my wife was craving a seafood boil. When we pulled into the parking lot, I was already hesitant because the building did not well taken care of. We ended up going in and ordering a michelada, margarita and a pound sampler platter. The drinks came, and after a few minutes of sipping on her drink - my wife noticed there was some flies in it. She asked me to look, and what I found was that EVERY SINGLE ICE CUBE had fruit flies frozen inside them. The degree of unsanitary conditions a food service area needs to be in to freeze flies into ice is baffling. I told my wife that it had crossed the clinical threshold from being disgusting to just being outright fascinating. Having worked food service in the past, I can only imagine that the back of house where they prepare the food would make a health inspector decide to retire. This hideaway is so pleasant. They are kind and accommodating. It was my birthday and they turned down the loud music so my family could talk. The crab legs, shrimp and crawfish wash AMAZING!!! Hot and garlicy tasty. The size of the drink we ordered could've housed a few different fish. We almost didn't finish it. Prices were as expected. Service was fine. The location is not the best. A very small restaurant with a very small parking lot. We would visit again for a casual and different dining experience. Definitely different than any seafood restaurant I have been to. They give you bibs and I saw some people wore gloves, but that wasn't given to us at our table.
