What's not to love about Dry Fly? Seriously the atmosphere is mesmerizing I love the big glass floor to ceiling windows you can sit and watch the process. As you sip one of their many cocktails combinations. I told the bartender to make me something that showcased their gin, something that would make it shine. She made me a honey basil gimlet. It was delicious floral botanical flavored drink with a tinge of juniper sneaking through subdued by the basil and honey, so easy to drink, dangerously easy. My husband ordered a whiskey flight. He is a huge whiskey bourbon collector, he wasn't impressed but that's ok I am a gin collector and I love Dry Fly gin. We didn't eat but the menu look delicious and I heard they have incredible burgers, next time!

Dropped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised - friendly service, fun atmosphere, good shareables. Loved the flavors of the chipotle chicken salad! I omitted the chicken since I'm not much of a meat eater. The roasted red peppers were a nice touch and the homemade dressing was flavorful and spicy- loved it! The flatbread offerings are fun! Although messy and sticky, we enjoyed the pepperoni and hot honey flatbread. The feta pizza went down nicely too! I'll definitely return to try their Old Fashioned, get the salad and another flatbread. Street parking is tough so allow time.

This place was cool! Service was friendly and attentive. Great aesthetic and the drinks were so good! The food was delicious! Burger was so good! Great merch section too!

This new gnocchi dish is some of the best food I have ever had. Such an amazing dish.

Solid distillery. Solid alcohol options available. I dont know the name of the location but felt downtown. Parking could be an issue, I think there are some lots within walking distance, plus you are around a brewery or two as well. I really like the merch and togo options here. I think a different day, not on our way out of town we would have tried more and maybe even purchased something. We did a flight and it was nice, but there were like 3 other whiskeys I would have tried, but we were leaving shortly, so it didnt make a ton of sense. For me I would recommend.

Very personable service. Great drinks. Good prices, even better with happy hour. A tasting flight of 3 whiskeys is a better $5. Even more, you can probably get a few free tastes at the store. Happy hour is $1 of of drinks and $2 off of some food. We didn't try the food, but it smelled Delicious. No televisions, which is actually appreciated. The staff is happy to talk about whiskey, cocktails, food. All very friendly. The windows into the production area make for a cool view.

Dry Fly is my 256th brewery/distillery. Yes, I'm mixing breweries and distilleries on my list. It's my list I'll do what I want... Dry Fly has been on our to do list for awhile now. SWPFTD has had their gin and liked it so we figured we had to check it out. We were meeting up with my cousin and her husband for lunch and Dry Fly was a great choice. It wasn't very busy on a Friday at 1pm. I started with a three taster flight of whiskeys which were all good. The port barrel aged was my favorite. I ordered a smoked pork sandwich with elote corn pasta. Both were really good. SWPFTD went with a cilantro lime chicken salad, which came with lots of avocado. Very tasty! I finished up with an old fashioned which wasn't the absolute best I've ever had, but was still quite good. We will definitely come back to Dry Fly. The food was great. The service was great, and the cocktails were damn good too! If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! https://www.yelp.com/collection/-8iscFkpiiCI563-FDfwGg and if anyone is wondering who SWPFTD is you will have to check out my review of Black Market Brewing Co in Temecula, CA to understand. Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you!

Visiting from Kentucky aka Bourbon Country, I had to visit Dry Fly Distilling. My luck, a tour was taking place and I jumped in. The distillery is beautiful and the storytelling is amazing! Where can you get $5.00 Bourbon tastings?!?! This Distillery. Jill made me feel like I'm back in Louisville . She is super kind knowledgeable!

The food was amazing. I would've been truly happy with the appetizers and the drinks alone (a restaurant should be considered amazing when all you want to do is eat all the appetizers on the menu). I knew this was going to be an amazing restaurant when I told the host the name on the reservation and someone snuck in and taken our table. So the starters were amazing, the drinks were wonderful, the people at the table next to us raved about the schnitzel. That was the only thing they would eat on the menu, but I looked over and they were tucking into a piece or two of their friend's pizza. My only regret well at least two is that I don't live close enough to go back there and finish eating all the appetizers as well as having a chance to try the desserts. This is a place that truly deserves recognition for the ambience the drinks, the starters and the main dishes. Get a reservation... Have drinks, starters a couple main course dishes and let me know how the desserts are. Hopefully, I'll be sitting at a table next to you sharing how much I love this meal.

First off, I was looking for an authentic Napoli style pizza. Like a fresh red sauce from crushed tomatoes and a beautiful chewy, pillowy, yet charred crust. The verdict: Wooden City is the winner! The crust is really really good! The sauce is a bright beautiful tomato sauce that looks like crushed tomatoes however, the sauce was lacking flavor:( I would give this pizza a 3 out of 5. The crust is a 4 1/2 star but the sauce lacking in flavor..brought it down to a 3. Cute place, very pleasant friendly staff..way friendlier vibe than Barrelhouse. The boys are easy on the eyes for younger girls on the hunt! Lmao Don't bother with the Margherita pizza at Barrelhouse. Thank God I only paid $12 for the Margherita Monday deal of half off! The crust was horrible! Dominos has better crust! Costco pizza's had a better crust! The sauce has flavor, very garlicky like fresh garlicky but more of a paste with a load of oregano in it. The cheese didn't have that fresh taste I was hoping for. However, they are known for their Detroit pizza's which I haven't tried but if it's the same sauce, I would pass. Not saying it's bad but it's just not MY cup of tea whether it's for a Detroit style or any pizza. Now you don't have to guess which place has a better Margherita pizza. I wouldn't even pay $12 at Barrelhouse for a marg. Would I come back, yes, if I were in my 20's.. lol but since I'm older and the food is more important to me...no...:/ But hey, maybe their other pizza's are better! I can see a salty pepperoni being good!

The inside as shown in my picture is very charming and old timey. Allow time to wait for a table unless you are just one or two like I was and able to grab a seat at the bar. I was able to sit immediately. The staff is very amiable and the hostess made the recommendation that I try the Caprese Benedict, which had fried tomatoes in place of bread, fresh basil and blood orange balsamic drizzle. They offer the option of one or two Benedict, which is nice if you aren't super hungry. They also give the option to smother the hashbrowns and cheese, which I obviously opted into. The menu is absolutely massive though, so if Benedict's or even breakfast aren't your jam, you should be able to find something that suits your fancy. Also worth noting that they offer a very wide variety of gourmet flavors of house-made juices (7 or 8) for mimosas, like honeydew melon mint which I tried as a soda with soda water since I was driving.

Volleyball tournament at Eastern U but decided to stay in Spokane @The Louie (check out that review too) for the weekend AND IT'S RESTAURANT WEEK, YAY US!!! Note: this may not be a long review because I put off writing this review. In short food and service is spot on. GO AND TRY! Make sure you go during happy hour so you can try a bunch of food and if you're not full yet order dinner, LOL We walk in on a Friday night not knowing restaurant week was happening and decided to walk over early since we're meeting up with friends...so happy hour just started too! Now we got SPOILED because we're looking at three different menus: happy hour, restaurant week and their everyday menu. Each had something we wanted to try so let the ordering / food fest begin! Street corn ribs, Brussels chip = super light, pokè tostada, steelhead chowder (not pictured), halibut, sea bass...many cocktails since we walked and dessert. We had dinner with friends so there was much more food on the table than in the review. Extremely extremely extremely underwhelming for a $148 tab…read more The leisurely is an option where the entire table has to participate. They charge you $57 a person, and you share the meal. I felt as if our server should have told us immediately that this was a shared option, but even then to make every person pay $57 is nuts for the portion of food that you receive. We are content creator, so we happen to record every dish that we received. ( the leisurely) First thing they brought out was roasted nuts and marinated olives. (6/10). Some of the olives were hard, but the roasted nuts were pretty good. 2. My wife is allergic to shrimp so they were gonna bring out the grilled ponds but instead the chef decided to bring out brussels sprouts. (2/10). It was awful. I almost gagged legitimately, and my wife felt the same, the brussels sprouts also had a foul smell to them as if they were spoiled. - it was paired with the winter salad. In my opinion, that was the second best thing that they brought out. It was very rich in flavor, colorful as well. 3. They then brought out some pasta. Tagliatelle Pasta. This is the best thing that they brought out. The noodles were fresh and the meat choice ( roast) paired very well and it was mildly flavorful, enough to swing both ways but we'd say it swung in the right direction. I'd give it 8.5/10. 4. They then brought out steelhead trout with couscous and cauliflower with roasted carrots. - I think the audacity to give two full grown adults. A 1/3 portion of fish is quite literally disrespectful. It was so disrespectful until it just made me want to leave even more than I did whenever they brought out the brussels sprouts. The piece of fish itself was not seasoned, but it happened to pair slightly with the couscous and whatever sauce. It was quinoa actually.. (6.5/10) flavor wise. I hate really complaining about food, but this was so underwhelming.. that I may have contested the bill if my baby didn't poop out of his clothes during the visit. I will likely update this review with all of the photos once we upload the video just so everyone get an idea. ---- Overall, we would've been much happier, ordering individual dishes off the menu. I don't want to shit all over this place because I do believe it has potential, but I would not advise anyone to do the leisurely. The couple behind us actually didn't eat any of their food either and they apparently chose the same option and she was very upset so I'm glad that we weren't the only ones. I don't think we will return back to this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.
