Absolutely the BEST! MUST READ! I had to store my belongings much longer than I originally anticipated (Nealy 10 years). Teresa the 'On-site' manager is simply amazing. She was always extremely helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. In a quick nutshell I can say my monthly rental my fees were ONLY raised once during my 9+ years of being a tenant. I was pleasantly surprised I wasn't hit with increases as other storage companies increase their fees often. I never once had any bugs or rodents, there were no break-ins, the units are in great shape and were recently re-painted. The location is easy to access and is a safe atmosphere. She helped my wife and I get into a storage unit that fit our needs, and helped us change our unit a few months later when we needed less space to store our belongings. The pricing here is very fair and billing is easy. The facility itself isn't crowded like some storage facilities can be. It is clean and even in the winter the upstairs units stay cool. We rented a space at Dublin Self Storage in October of 2019. We recently gave our thirty-day notice because we now had storage available on our property. We have rented at several storage businesses over the past thirty years and Dublin Self Storage was absolutely the best! Teresa, the manager, is wonderful. She is kind, personable and honest. She is always pleasant to talk with. Our storage unit was clean when we rented it and after nearly a year, there were no signs of mouse infestation. There weren't even any spiders or spider webs when we moved our belongings out of the unit. If we ever need to rent a storage unit again, we will return to Dublin Self Storage. read more

I used Dublin Self Storage for about a year and a half. The price stayed the same the whole time. The owner is very nice, friendly, and pleasant. The storage space was clean and convenient. We never had any problems accessing our stuff. A 25 foot truck (from front to back) can go through the facility so that is nice too. Great customer service. DON'T RENT FROM DUBLIN SELF STORAGE....TERRIBLE TERRIBLE...NOT PROFESSIONAL....VERY SHADY....The plot is getting better...so Michael R (Owner) or Teresa you know good and well this is not about your price increase. I had a customer service issue beyond my concern with my preprinted bank checks sent to me with a number missing in my account. The check was returned due to the error of wrong account number. You RETALIATE by sending me a 30 day notice because of my review on Yelp and that I reported your lack of professionalism to the BBB. I stand behind honest comment on Yelp dated July 27th. When I asked Teresa to speak with someone in Accounting or to the Owner, I was told NO and Teresa said your answer is always NO. As a business you have elected to terminate my contract and send me a 30 day notice. I have been a good patron and ALWAYS paid paid my rent on time. One hiccup that was beyond my control when my new checks came missing a number in my account number. Chase bank wrote a letter to Dublin Self Storage apologizing for the error and Dublin Self Storage still charged me $80 for late fee and $20 for lien. Clearly my concern with taking advantage when I have been a loyal on time customer for 1.5 years. Of course, I am going to be upset and express my disappointment with your customer service. So now they are pissed off that I use Yelp.com to expose them and now send me a 30 day notice to vacate. I am very happy and will enjoy taking this to my attorney and the Better Business Bureau....Thank you Dublin Self Storage you forget, bad service gets told more often and you may survive on short term lease but believe me I will continue to tell more people about how bad you are.....and this is the honest truth! read more

I would highly recommend against this storage company. They have sneaky fees and penalties that apply, which actually increases the cost of what is falsely advertised as the most inexpensive storage. There is a fee to pay using your credit card. They will not send bills. Further, the storage area is not kept very clean, which results in your items collecting mounds of dust.
