He takes the time to explain what may have caused the issue as well as explain what he's going to do to fix the issue. Roy is also very punctual. He stopped by to take a look at the issue (in this case, a shelf that collapsed inside the closet) and said he will be back at 3:00PM. This gave me time to move things out of the closet. We've been here for 6 years and when we first moved in the carpet wasn't cleaned and was full of bad stains, they had them cleaned but never looked great....6 years later same Carpet with tears and management response was they are not replacing carpet but we can pay a up charge for them to install laminate floors. They canceled multiple work orders for the carpet before responding. The location is nice but not the management just fees on top of fees for nothing. The hot water is always being turned off, seems like they struggle to get it fixed. For the amount everyone pays I would think security would be onsite at night there's always homeless people sleeping on the patios of the outside apartments. read more

My wife and I have been looking for apartments in Dublin and found this wonderful place. We had been applying to places in Hayward and continued to get the run around and experienced terrible customer service from management and we were started to get very irritated. That all changed when we found Dublin station by Windsor. Within 30 minutes of submitting a request for more information I was contacted and set up an appointment to tour the grounds. We were helped by Jessica and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful and very kind throughout the entire process which we really appreciated due to our previous experiences. This apartment complex is great. After selling our house we wanted to move somewhere in Dublin close to where we grew up. This was the perfect place. Up until Covid happened we were using the gym (really nice), the pool and spa, and a lot of time was spent in the Rec room. Due to restrictions of Alameda County these have been harder to use but I know it's out of their control. Really want to say a big thanks to Ron and the other girl I don't remember her name. I've lived here for 3 months now and this place is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. The staff is entitled, arrogant, and doesn't help with anything! They get "bugged" when you ask questions. There is dog feces throughout the whole property. INSIDE. Including the elevator. If I wanted to live with all this feces I'd go pitch a tent in a dog park. In the hallways the carpet is ALL stained with dog urine, and other types of spills. The place smells terrible. Garbage everywhere. I hate this place. Help. read more

I would highly advise renting from literally anybody else. The apartment itself is okay at best, fixes can be slow but I personally never had a major issues Public spaces and amenities have been deteriorating year after year and anything that isn't part of the general tour is so rarely cleaned it's appalling. The building is so improperly ventilated that the fire alarm would go off about once a month, if not more. As stated by several other comments, the management will charge you to replace the carpet if their is a hair out of line, they don't believe in normal wear and tear. They claim they inspect and normally will just professionally wash the carpet, but that was complete BS based on my experience and as you see in the comments, it's a pattern of abusing the system by this management. Do not expect to get your deposit back and expect to pay them more upon move out. The outside of the building was never cleaned and it shows by the amount of bird poop and dust built up around the upper floors. The security and garage gate is a joke and I had a car break-in and bike completely disassembled to steal it for parts. Residents do not listen to garbage rules and will leave trash cans outside their door 24/7. An on top of that, since trash pickup is daily, the hallways will smell like trash in the evenings. The peak of this establishment was when Corina was the community manager and she really gave a damn about the residents. She cared a lot about and it showed in her work. That was unfortunately well over a year ago now. There used to be a nice coffee machine that started out nice but slowly started to lack maintenance, and to save money management also decided to stop supplying paper cups. I was a resident for 2 years and the quality of the building continues to deteriorate and the rent continues to go up. I would not recommend this to any new comers to the bay, there are many other properties near a BART station that you should consider first. Management will sound very friendly until you have any complaints or are moving out. I still live in the area and there is a constant stream of moving trucks around the building, not something you see around any of the nearby properties, even ones that have a high renter population; it's nearly impossible to find residents who have signed multiple leases and it's clear why. Quickly, there are some good things that I don't want to go unnoticed, and I would like to point out all of these developments happened during the Corina era. - Fitness Center is spacious and has a lot to offer - The Thirsty Bay bar that opened is great - The package lockers were great when working (up-time ~70%) read more

If you are reading this while considering to move here, heed my warning and don't do it! You will be stuck here at least a year and will hate yourself for not taking my advice. I moved out recently and my only regret was that I didn't move out sooner. This building was purchased by Windsor recently and it has gone downhill fast since then. Let's start with the office staff. They are either incompetent or purposely do things to make the tenants angry. For example, I requested a pre-inspection before moving out. I went to the office, filled out paperwork, and was told that the inspection would happen on some date between a window of two hours. So I took the day off of work to be there and I waited for the inspection to start. The two hour window rolls by so I go to the office to figure out what's happening. It turns out that the person I spoke with never filed the paperwork so it was never scheduled. I wasted a vacation day to just sit in my apartment for two hours for no reason. And this is the type of things that happen all of the time with these people. As many others have mentioned, they also charge you to replace the carpet when you move out and take the money from your security deposit. I looked up if this was legal and it's not. They are only allowed to do that if the carpet is damaged beyond normal wear-and-tear, but they are charging everyone regardless of how the carpet looks. Hopefully someone starts a lawsuit that everyone can join. The parking situation is a mess. The parking spots are not assigned, so it's first-come-first-serve. There are so many inconsiderate people that live in the building and they double park, then you're stuck having to park on a different floor. They will also hit your car with their doors, so if you plan to buy a new car this is not the place for you. I made that mistake and within a week my new car had dents from people hitting it. There are also a bunch of shady looking cars parked in the garage that never move and don't have license plates. And cars get broken into, even though it's a gated garage. I wouldn't be surprised if it's some tenant doing it. The people also drive crazy in the garage. The turns are very narrow, so narrow that when two cars meet at a corner, one has to wait for the other to go first because two cars won't fit. But even then, people will come flying around the turn without caring if another car is coming. There have been so many close calls where I had to slam my breaks to avoid being hit by one of those reckless drivers. Even worse is the mail situation. The building has an Amazon-locker type storage for packages. The delivery person places your package in a locker then you get a message saying you have a package. This is nice in theory, but in reality it's a disaster. There are about 50 lockers, and hundreds of people live in the building. So what ends up happening is that the lockers get full, so the delivery people just dump the packages on the ground in front of the locker. So now a bunch of packages are just laying on the ground all night with no one watching, and sure enough they start getting stolen. I've had 4 packages go missing, and I've heard other tenants complain that they also have missing packages. So be sure to order from places that will replace your missing packages if you live here. The pet situation is also bad, and it's not because of the animals, but because of the terrible pet owners. The carpets in the hallways are stained with dog urine and feces. At least once a week I see dog feces in the hallway or in the elevator. The pet owners don't bother to clean it. Recently, I have been seeing dog vomit all over the place, so someone has a sick dog that is vomiting everywhere and they don't bother to clean it. I can keep on going about all of the problems with this place, but this is already long enough and I doubt many people will read all of it anyway. Just do yourself a favor and don't live here. read more

We stayed at this property for over 4 years. Absolutely loved the ground level town home. Easy access to the bart and convenient access to the bike trails. Best part of staying here was amazing support and management by the front office staff Jessica and Kelly and the maintenance team headed by Sam. They are professional and care about their residents. Apartment community has evolved for the better since Windsor took over new furniture pool flooring garage door are just a few of the improvements to list. My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Windsor Dublin Station location, but are so thankful it all happened so we didn't make the mistake of moving here!!! We found the Dublin location and scheduled a visit to view 3 bedroom apartments. Our first visit was Saturday, Dec 1st and we met with Asia. Unfortunately, there were no 3 bedroom apartments to view, which was disappointing and annoying, so instead Asia walked us around the complex and showed us everything else. Asia asked if we wanted to come back and view the 3 bedrooms that would be available mid-month. I was hesitant because 1) we don't own a car yet, moved this year from NYC so we had to rent a car for the day 2) we wanted to ensure that there was actually a 3 bedroom available to view if we were to come back since we wasted one trip from Oakland to Dublin. So, we confirmed the next appointment for Dec 15th at 12pm where we could actually see the 3 bedroom in person. The first trip was a bit of a waste of time because we came to actually see a 3 bedroom - but thankfully the Avalon Dublin complex across the street had some available as promised and we were able to view a few of their apartments. We followed up with Asia on Tuesday, Dec 11th to confirm our appointment for Saturday, Dec 15th, and Asia confirmed that there were apartments available for us to see on Saturday. We rented a car through Zip Car ($126) and we planned out our entire Saturday based on the noon appointment with Asia. When we got there, we were greeted by the woman whose desk is closest to the entry - when we arrived, she went on to tell us that: 1) Both two 3 bedrooms apartments had been rented the day before 2) The office had a holiday party the night before which is why we weren't informed ahead of time - Note: The office opened at 10am and our appointment was 12pm. Despite the 2 hour gap, no one even attempted to call us and provide a heads up on the apartments being rented, which would have saved us money and time. As you can imagine, this was a complete disregard for our time, money and interest in this location. I am not even surprised by the few other reviews on this location if this is the way the team functions. We decided to at least look at the apt because we made the trip all the way out there, but honestly not worth the time. Also, when we arrived, Asia initially saw us enter the building and then decided to turn away and allowed her colleague to address her lack of communication and follow-up with us -- completely unfair to her colleague. I saw Asia after we finished touring the apartment that was NOT available and had to go up to her desk to initiate a conversation (she seemed to be hiding from us); she then started to apologize and I told her she could have at least called us that morning to save us a trip. She knew that we did not have a car and would have to rent one and she is the one who reconfirmed the appt on the Tuesday before. She went on to say something about how she was off for a few days -- that doesn't and shouldn't matter. So the entire experience was extremely unprofessional, inappropriate and just wrong. Before moving into our current Windsor community, people warned us about the company. We had a bumpy road at the beginning here with our move in, but with new management things are thankfully getting better. It's just disappointing to see the lack of experience and proficiency that the team displayed with assisting future residents. If this is the way their team treats future residents, then we are actually quite thankful this all happened so we didn't make the same mistake again. read more

WARNING POTENTIAL TENANTS: Move in was good, but unfortunately that was not the case while moving out. I lived here for 3 years. My wife kept blaming me for entire duration of our stay at Eclipse :( During the move out inspection they told me that apartment condition is good, they will be charging for standard cleaning only and there won't be any other deductions and they will send me check of security deposit (less cleaning charges) within 21 days after the lease expires. I didn't receive a check until 4 weeks, I called them to check the status, they claimed carpet needs replacement as they replace carpet every 5 years and tenants are liable to pay the charges. They refused to refund the security deposit. I read my lease contract and there's no such clause about carpet replacement and tenants liability to pay carpet replacement charges. Don't think once you hand over that security deposit that you will get it back when your lease is up. As soon as you move out, they will take your entire security deposit as well as charging you EXTRA on top of that. They will charge you to replace the floors/carpet and repaint ALL the walls even though it's NOT even necessary. Another thing I want to bring up is management is rude and not helpful. I wanted to take in house transfer from upper level to ground floor before each lease renewal. Each time I requested in house transfer before renewing the lease, they said it's not possible you have to pay transfer charges. I said my lease is expiring anyway, I'm starting new lease and whole new contract, I'm not terminating the lease and even I was ready to give 30 days notice. They didn't agreed, they just wanted that $500 transfer charges. They did the same thing to me at 2nd lease renewal also. Also their rates are super high and min of 15-20% increase in rent every year. I have researched other apartments in Dublin area and they are cheap and better than Eclipse. This is not a place to live with family especially if you have kids, they don't have play area for kids. I have moved to another nice community in Dublin and my wife & daughter are very happy :) read more

I wanted to move as far from the Tenderloin as possible. The leasing consultant Ron Pangilinan was extremely helpful in showing me around and selling me on this place. He made the move in easy and has been terrifically responsive to my questions. Everything is in working order, the neighbors are quiet and I've never had concierge trash service before. Living here since September, Bart has always operated on time back to the city and since it's the beginning of the "line," everyone always gets a seat. There's an intricate and secure package delivery system that texts you when something arrives or is picked up. read more

Moving from across the country was incredibly stressful, but the leasing staff worked with us through every step of the process--from the rental phase to the arrival/departure of our POD, they were more than willing to assist. Dublin Station is an exemplar of clean and luxury living, and the maintenance staff has been super friendly and efficient with minor fixes. Our family live in this apartment for almost 2 years. All the people who work there are very friendly and profession. They smile and greet us every time. They are quick to respond to email and help us to get things done. They provide excellent customer service. They go extra miles to help you. All of the staff should get a BIG raise or a BIG bonus check. The location is good, convenience to Wholefood and walking distance to Bart Station. The apartment is clean and there is a lot of amenity to enjoy, swimming pool, gym, bbq grills, office room and game room. My kids love this place and it is a very nice place to raise the family here. Let me tell you about Dublin station apartments. The building management is lazy and they try to take advantage of you at every turn. There is a lot of crime, and cars in the parking garage are broken into on a regular basis. There is also a new bar that opened up next to the apartments and people park at the apartment which takes up valuable parking for building tenants, and then bar patrons stumble back to their cars after drinking. Not exactly a great environment for families. The carpet in my apartment was terrible and I often complained asking for new carpet, but was never listened to. Then to make matters worse they tried to charge me for carpet replacement when I moved out. Its like I was not deserving of nice carpet, but the person who came after me was?
