A rocky start that was completely turned around by two great people -- Najib Noori and Rohan Sharma. Our experience with Dublin Toyota started off on the wrong foot. We had put down a $2,000 hold deposit on a specific vehicle, and the communication and customer service we received from the original sales associate left a lot to be desired. There were some pushy and rude interactions that honestly had us questioning whether we even wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we finally came in on Labor Day, things unfortunately didn't start much better. As soon as we walked through the door, a random gentleman at the front desk said, "Oh wow, she's finally here," followed by laughter. Maybe it was intended as a joke, but given everything that had happened leading up to that point, it didn't feel welcoming or funny at all. At that point, we were genuinely prepared to walk away and request our $2,000 deposit back. Thankfully, that's when Najib Noori, the sales floor manager, completely changed the experience for us. He brought us into the customer relations office, sat down with us, listened to our concerns, and was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful. He never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. Instead, he understood why we were hesitant and worked with us until we felt comfortable moving forward. Honestly, if it wasn't for Najib, we would have walked away from the purchase. He did what great management should do -- he listened, understood the situation, and made us feel valued as customers. From there, we worked with Rohan Sharma in Finance, and he was equally fantastic. Rohan made the financing process easy and comfortable. He showed us two loan offers and explained that only one had come back initially, while the second approval was still taking some time. He told us that if the second offer came back with a lower interest rate, he would call us and use that option instead. And he actually followed through. As we were walking out toward our new vehicle, Rohan literally came running out to us to let us know that the second loan had come back with a lower percentage rate and that he was going to use that offer for us. We were genuinely so happy and grateful that he took the extra step to make sure we received the better financing option. That kind of service is what you hope for when making such a major purchase. So while our initial experience with the sales associate and front desk interaction was disappointing, Najib and Rohan completely changed our perception of Dublin Toyota. They turned what could have ended with us walking away and getting our deposit refunded into a purchase we ultimately felt good about. Huge thank you to Najib Noori and Rohan Sharma. You two were the best part of our experience and made us feel comfortable, respected, and taken care of. Thank you, fellas, for making our experience what it should be for every customer who walks through those doors. Dublin Toyota -- take care of these two. They're a great representation of what customer service should look like.

I had an amazing experience at Toyota Dublin! I just got my first car in the States, and I'm so thankful to Bobby Mesina and Kevin Ta for making the whole process easy. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision every step of the way. Toyota Dublin has such a welcoming and friendly team, and you can really tell they care about their customers. Bobby and Kevin went above and beyond to make my first car-buying experience a memorable one, and I couldn't be happier with my new car! Thank you both for making this special milestone such a great experience. I highly recommend Toyota Dublin, Bobby, and Kevin!

Hello, I would have to say, at 62 years young, that was probably the best experience I have had in a VERY long time. My daughter has been in the market for a new car, truck specific and has been on again and off again looking, test driving for roughly 6 months. Yesterday we cam back just test drive the prius and the Tacoma. From the beginning to the end the service and support has been super. Meeting Sam Eshas, with the big white bucket hat to sitting down with Lance Ansted and helping us navigate a solid deal for my daughter first BRAND NEW ride. Honarable mentions have to go to Matias Bentencur in Finance patiently walking though my 25 years old first go around on financing and purchasing etc. Fred Omaid showed patience and resolve with my daughters transition from here old '08 Prius to the pairing of cell to truck tech as well. Honestly when I look back at buying a '99 Camry and '01 Hylander after Walnut Creek back in 1999 and 2001 again a better end end experience. Hope your journey is as epic as our destination was within Dublin Toyota.

I'll start with the TLDR update (since it's an exhausting review), though feel free to read-on w/ the detailed update below if you wish to feel my pain: TLDR: Advisor I've never worked with prior (following dropping off my daughter's vehicle for a check engine light) asked my daughter to sign off on a nearly $5k maintenance to "tear down the engine to investigate the head gasket." We of course were suspicious (this is a Toyota & why we purchased Toyota's for reliability), calling 3 other Toyota specialty shops (ALL who said ALREADY? & that this was very rare/unusual), with one of the shops (following comprehensive diagnosis) stating, "I can tell you with 100% certainty, your gasket is not the issue... Issues with misfires were isolated to loosely secured & oxidized 3rd party plugs & nothing more... Upon replacement/clearing lights, the vehicle has been running flawlessly for over a month... Detailed Update: My daughter's Corolla displayed a check engine light less than two weeks after scheduled maintenance at Dublin Toyota, where the vehicle had been previously signed off as "Perfect/No Issues." I performed initial diagnostics w/ my OBD2, which isolated misfires (primarily w/ cylinder 3) suggested checking/replacing spark plugs/coils. I scheduled service w/ Dublin Toyota for further diagnosis, with the vehicle managed by an advisor we've never dealt with before (I won't name him outright, since it doesn't matter anyway / "one bad apple"). Within a day or so, the advisor called my daughter directly to approve a $4,800 quote for a head gasket replacement. The advisor (after stating "I realize this is very rare"), warned that the cost could exceed $4,800 following engine tear-down (depending on what else they may find), sending links for financing options and following up daily with texts. They later trimmed $300 from the quote. These daily calls/texts felt like pressured sales tactics which raised a massive red flag. Despite being told by the advisor that the car was not safe/should not be driven, I retrieved the vehicle ($250 out of pocket for the "diagnosis") while the advisor was on vacation. The Dublin Toyota Report only mentioned a simple combustion leak test citing excessive hydrocarbons, recommending a complete teardown of the engine to review the gasket. I had contacted (3) other mechanics (all of whom specialized w/ Toyota & stated the same thing after relaying the Make/Model/Years/Mileage, etc..., i.e.: "ALREADY?" The independent mechanic we chose (master mechanic referred/trusted to by a close family friend) ran more comprehensive tests, including a seven-minute combustion leak test (revving to around 2500 RPMs) where the color never changed (remaining bright blue). Their high level report (though more tests were performed) provided the following feedback: * Block test determined no evidence of excessive hydrocarbons * Engine Oil = CLEAN * They stated that our coolant was completely full & typically drains quickly with head gasket leaks. * Spark plugs, however, revealed that one of the plugs was so loose they barely needed a tool to remove. They took side-by-side pictures of the plugs, with Plug 3 being discolored, and so loose that the engine was not fully sealed, stating that this would absolutely result in a misfire. * They also ran a borescope into Plug 3's bay (providing me with the video) and stated, "I can tell you with 100% certainty that it is not the gasket," stating again that the loose and corroded plug is the likely root cause (then swapped our plugs with Toyota OEM 90919-01275). * As an extra test, they even swapped the Cylinder 3 and Cylinder 4 coils as well (with the new plugs) and cleared the codes. It's been about a month since this service, and the car has been running flawlessly following the spark plug replacement, with check engine lights not returning. I am disappointed, and as a result, I will be finding another (now inconvenient vs local) location to service my vehicles. Shame...

I came in a month ago just browsing-still unsure of what trim and color. I ended up meeting Lance (the manager) who truly helped with the process and made my experience amazing and worth coming back. Unfortunately the car I wanted wasn't available yet. I worked with Bobby and was kept updated until the car I wanted was on the lot. When we came in, the process went very smoothly and even got a good deal! Lance and Bobby made my first time buyer experience memorable!

I had a great experience at Dublin Toyota on Tuesday, February 3rd, thanks to Ricardo Villegas. I brought in my 2017 Sienna for an oil and oil filter change using my own supplies, and everything went smoothly. After the service, Ricardo was extremely helpful and professional, taking time to explain future maintenance needs and when to address them. I really appreciated the clear, honest advice. I'd highly recommend Dublin Toyota--especially Ricardo Villegas--for excellent service and customer care.

I had an excellent experience working with Najib aka Naj at Dublin Toyota. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their honesty, communication, and customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend asking for Najib aka Naj if you're looking to buy a car -- they went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied

Feeling truly grateful and blessed today A huge THANK YOU to Kuya Bobby for helping me get my new Tesla Model Y I've known Kuya Bobby for many years, and one thing I can say is that he has always been genuine, patient, trustworthy, and always willing to help. He made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and exciting from beginning to end Special thank you as well to Lance, the amazing manager, for the warm accommodation and outstanding customer service And to Rohan from the finance department for making the process easy and seamless The entire team at Toyota Dublin was absolutely wonderful. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and for helping make this milestone possible Beyond thankful for this blessing

Charged $660.79 for a 60K service package on a 2019 model with only 2,134 miles.Dublin Toyota completely took advantage of my low-mileage car by blindly charging me for a "60K Interval" menu package based purely on the calendar year. While I agree with basic time-based items like the engine oil change or air filters, they packed my bill with unnecessary labor, fake flushes, and deceptive upselling:Transmission Fluid Drain/Refill: Performed at 2,134 miles. Toyota WS fluid is lifetime under normal driving and does not expire in 7 years.Throttle Body Cleaning: Cleaned an engine with only 2,134 miles on it. There is physically zero carbon restriction or buildup to clean.Unnecessary Protection Additives: Charged for cooling system protection and battery service kits ($50+ in parts). Factory Toyota pink coolant lasts 10 years / 100,000 miles.Deceptive Brake Inspection: The tech noted "Rear Brake Shoes Remaining: 4.0mm." New factory brake shoes start at roughly 4-5mm. Listing this without context is a transparent scare tactic to manufacture a future repair. The legitimate age-based maintenance I needed should have been under $200. Dublin Toyota charged me $660.79 in labor alone for predatory, non-factory required flushes. Check your owner's manual before bringing your car here.

I'm happy to wait 10 minutes for someone who can. I am not terribly upset the car I want to test drive is unavailable. It would have been nice to drive it. Or even see it. But no one bothered to show me the car. Or any car. What I am upset is that you saw I was wearing a wedding ring and asked me if all my decision makers are here. Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better.
