First off i'd to say that if there was an option to leave zero stars I would. My husband purchased a model 3 tesla from this dealership 5 months ago and what seemed like an easy process turned into one of the worst purchasing nightmares ever. During the test drive the screen went pitch black and wouldn't turn back on and we were reassured it just needed to be charged. We were also told the error messages would go away once ownership transferred (yeah right). In finance, Amir was rushing and we had to correct multiple errors on paperwork including our trade-in value and even someone else's name on our address. Carfax was never mentioned and we later found out the car had two "minor" accidents. WRONG we should have trusted our first instinct. Right after leaving we had to go to tesla service centers ourselves to handle ownership transfer. A few days later Gianni asked us to call the lender and lie by saying the car had premium wheels and self driving (it has hub caps). After multiple service visits the message was finally removed, something that should have been handled before selling. The screen continued shutting off randomly and tesla said it could cost $2400 if an update didn't fix it. The dealership said they would cover repairs, but when issues continued we got the runaround. Gianni denied asking us to lie and started yelling in the lobby. No accountability from management. The owner even told my husband to return the car knowing he traded his in. We were never unhappy with the car, just how everything was handled. They failed to fix known issues before selling and then avoided responsibility. After all of this they offered to only pay half for repairs. 10/10 WOULDN'T RECOMMEND worst customer service they treat you like they are doing you a favor and expect you to accept whatever comes with the purchase. read more

I'm sure everyone who works there have to be friendly of course, but from some reviews I read on here - apparently some arent, but I did not experience that. You will only receive 1 key which is their policy . Just for context, we are loyal CJDR customers... and have owned or currently own a 09' Ram 1500, 13' Durango, 18' Ram 2500, 22' Wagoneer... This is an update to my review below about our 2025 Jeep Wagoneer-S We were sold a car that this dealership knew was defective at the time. What we were told was going to be a "simple software update" for our vehicle has turned into a several screen replacement attempts and no estimated completion date with several failed attempts at fixing it. We have been making MONTHLY PAYMENTS for our new vehicle AND vehicle insurance for nearly 3 months and have only had possession of the vehicle for 6 days!!! Between getting the run around from Ace (service manager) telling us to contact customer care for them (which is their job), causing us to carry the burden of being account managers for the service shop and then telling us they can't pay the $2,600 rental car bill we wracked up until the "issue is resolved" or we formally request a buy back due to CA lemon laws... we are at the end of our rope. Oh and we were informed yesterday they are denying our lemon law claim and are continuing to try to fix the car. Meanwhile, I guess they expect us to just keep paying? You'd think after this they'd take some responsibility and accountability for all the pain caused. My husband and I have lost time, money and are beyond stressed out. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever purchased from. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My cars turbo broke within months after purchase, and they patronized me when I had questions as to why my warranty wouldn't cover it. Obviously I'm aware of fine print in contracts, but to make me feel like an absolute idiot when I'm clearly in need of a repair on my car, is so awful and so unprofessional. They will not respond if you asked to record. They straight lie and say you will always get your hundred dollars back even after you sign. They then urged us to bring more money as soon as we could. They said it is refundable, but for some reason will not say anything over written correspondence, which makes me incredibly suspicious..... do not ever go here there is no reason! Don't get lied to! They asked me to refer them to friends if I was happy, I will no longer ever consider referring them to anyone and I will never go there to do business again.THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU THAT'S THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN RUN THE NUMBERS AND HOLD THE VEHICLE, WHICH IS A LIE. My 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has been sitting at their service center for over a month after a major hybrid system component failed. The part (5185094AH) was ordered on April 16, and since then, I've received zero communication from the dealership. Let me be clear: I've called more than 10 times Left over 6 voicemails Sent multiple text messages directly to the service manager And still received no callbacks, no status updates, no basic courtesy This isn't just poor service -- it's blatant neglect. They have shown no interest whatsoever in keeping me updated about my vehicle, even after I've made it abundantly clear that this is my family's primary mode of transportation. Meanwhile, Stellantis' Customer Retention team has had to escalate the case at the corporate level. Even they have struggled to get updates from this dealership -- which tells you everything you need to know about how this location operates. Delays I can understand. Came in to test drive, then purchase an advertised used Toyota Rav4. Chris was my salesperson, who was new to the dealership, and very friendly and professional. We finalized the deal with a signed offer that was approved by his finance manager and myself with a 5K deposit to hold the vehicle for a few days as I arranged for cash payment. I was explicitly told the car was listed a SOLD. I received some confusing phone calls from Gianni asking what was going on. He should have asked his employee Chris ..... When I called Chris 2 days later he was off but said he would get me the final payment numbers the next day. No one called me the next day, and when I called they said the car was SOLD to someone else.... When I came in to discuss what happened they blamed the confusion on me. There treatment of customers is the worst I have ever seen/experienced. I was racially profiled by the service manager the moment we walked in. Our 2023 minivan AC broke down out of nowhere and the first thing he said was we are backed up and you will only get your car back in a couple of days.. and when we said, if we can get the car back in two days, that's fine.. then he changed it to a few days.. and was extremely rude and arrogant when talking to me. We were in the service many times in 2024 to fix the carpet in our trunk. Apparently the factory used not enough carpet and therefore the carpet kept coming off.. mind you our car was a few months old at that time... many times they only try to glue the carpet and not do a thorough fix until we voiced our frustration. They said they will order a new carpet to fix.. but yesterday, still no carpet after many months.. There is no customer service and they do not care what happens to your car and how you will be inconvenienced by it. Very disappointed and frustrated. Never will I buy a Chrysler again. 4/21/2025 Update: I scheduled an appointment per their comments. Guess what? We went in and the service tech said "My service manager said he saw your review and you will not be welcomed to service your car." What??? Now we are not allowed to speak our minds and provide honest feedback? We are getting punished by this place because we did not provide a "good" review. This is ridiculous. BEWARE OF Stoneridge CJDR. I drove an hour after confirming a new vehicle was available, only to deal with constant price changes, rebate confusion, and wasted time. Gianni (newly promoted sales manager) repeatedly gave incorrect numbers, missed rebates listed on the dealer website, and pushed prices thousands higher until challenged. After hours of back and forth and promises to "make it right," I was told to come back the next day for a better deal, causing another hour commute after work. I was assured the deal was finalized, then upon arrival told rebates suddenly no longer applied and the price increased again. Throughout the process Gianni focused more on how much "trouble" he was in than solving customer concerns, repeatedly calling me "brother" while changing terms. Even at signing, taxes were somehow miscalculated again and the final total ended up over $800 higher than what we were told. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating experience. A few days ago, I built out a Jeep Wagoner S (Launch Edition) online and after completing the build out, it said they had one at this dealership. My wife and I took a drive there and as soon as we got out of the car a salesman by the name of Shek approached us. I explained the scenario and he walked us to the vehicle on the lot. After going through the process of a test drive and learning more about the vehicle, we proceeded inside to discuss the next steps of purchasing the vehicle. Shek was very helpful throughout the whole process and went to bat for us several times to get the numbers to align with our budget. Disappointed and Disrespected - A Regretful Experience As a passionate Jeep lover, I was excited to purchase a new vehicle from Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Pleasanton. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've made when it comes to car buying. At the time of closing the deal, I was told by the manager and staff that the car was being cleaned and detailed. However, once everything was finalized and I received the keys, I walked out with excitement -- only to find the car clearly hadn't been washed or detailed, neither inside nor out. After bringing this up, they took the car back and returned it about 10 minutes later -- this time the exterior was rinsed off, but the interior was still dirty. To make matters worse, I had traded in my vehicle with a full tank of gas, but the new car I received had barely any fuel -- just about 10%. They handed me a $25 fuel voucher, which frankly felt like a careless gesture. In all my years of buying cars, I've never received a new vehicle with such little fuel. Most reputable dealerships provide a full tank of gas with new car purchases -- this should be standard, not optional. Then came the most frustrating part. The vehicle needed an FSA (Factory Service Action), so I was asked to return the next day for a quick 10-15 minute appointment. After the FSA was completed, I noticed large scratches on the hood, the driver's side door, and the passenger side. I immediately reported it to Mr. David, who acknowledged the damage and assured me someone would call to schedule repairs. A couple of days later, I was contacted and scheduled to return for the scratch repair. But when I picked up the vehicle after the repairs, the paint job looked extremely unprofessional -- uneven, rough, and clearly not the work of a proper body shop. Even worse, new dents had appeared on the trunk and the front door. I brought this to Mr. David's attention and told him I wouldn't accept the vehicle until everything was properly fixed. He agreed and said he'd text me with a confirmed appointment. When I returned as instructed, I politely asked to see Mr. David. He wasn't available, and instead, Mr. Aamir and Mr. Joe came to speak with me. That conversation left me shocked and upset. After inspecting my car, they denied everything -- the dents, the poor paintwork -- and began telling me that "nothing is wrong" and that "maybe your vision is off." I was even told more than once that I was "seeing things" or "maybe blind," which was incredibly disrespectful and offensive. These comments were made in a dismissive tone, as if I was making things up. This, after their own staff had previously acknowledged the issues. What's worse is they claimed Mr. David didn't have the authority to promise any repairs or appointments, despite the fact that he had been communicating with me directly and assuring me everything would be handled. I came in with patience and trust, and instead of solutions, I was blamed and belittled -- repeatedly. This is not the way any customer should be treated, especially after just purchasing a new vehicle. Accusing a customer of being blind, instead of taking accountability for damage caused during your own service process, is simply unacceptable. I left feeling insulted and frustrated -- not something anyone should experience after buying a car. I will not be returning to this dealership, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. I regret my decision to purchase from Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Pleasanton. A car purchase should feel exciting -- instead, mine has been nothing but stress and disappointment. Stoneridge Jeep refuses to return emails, and when I do get a hold of someone they say it is "not our fault, it's out of our hands" My temporary registration is now expired and I risk a ticket everyday. Purchased a 2022 KIA Carnival SX. Folks here don't even bother to show you the refreshment area or restrooms. Might as well walk into your local Target, folks. At least then you'll know where the Starbucks and toilets are located. Gianni, the salesman, opened with how Stoneridge "prides itself in transparency and being honest with the customer". Couldn't be further from the truth. At the very end of the transaction, car came with only ONE key fob, and the fob they give me doesn't even have the physical key (see photos). Then goes on to tell me that they can get me in touch with someone to make a second fob at a certain price - money grab much? Transparency is "Hey by the way, we only have one fob and it doesn't have the key. I hope thats not a deal breaker, but we really want your business, so we'll figure something out to make it worth it". Waiting for the sale to go through just to reveal that information at the end. Quite spineless if you ask me. If he didn't build up a fake reputation on how good they are to the customer, that's one thing, but then to talk about how the dealership is built on "transparency and honesty" only to pull this stint is flat out crooked. "Welcome to the Stoneridge family", what a joke. I hope you don't treat your actual family like this, but I wouldnt be surprised. This place fails in so many ways. That said, the core issue, in my opinion, is that it is terribly managed. Both service and sales. The few service advisors that they do employ are good people who do their best given their probable lack of support from management. I leased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler and all service was done by this dealership although I leased it from a different dealer. I found it more convenient to use them for service due to their close location to my home. I did not lease it from them because they were being too greedy and up charging all the Jeep 4xE in 2021. Fast forward to 2024, I need a new Jeep 4xE and my old one is due for return, I called the dealership and requested to speak with the person responsible for accepting lease returns, as Chrysler Capital told me to take it back to any nearby dealer, the first thing out of his mouth was: "did you lease it from us?" And when I told him no he just said, "no, I do not have room!" And not in a nice or professional way. He didn't even give me an opportunity to ask about the new Jeep. Absolute fail! I just told him no problem and went elsewhere for my new vehicle. If you are considering buying, leasing or servicing any vehicle from this dealership proceed with absolute caution.
