Yes, the donuts are very good, the service of the staff really depends on which store you are in- but none of that matters because the hours that the store is open makes it rarely available when a treat is wanted. While I had had a Duck Donut, I had never been there. As a treat for the kids, I swung by here to pick up some doughnuts. I had no idea that each doughnut was a custom, made fresh order. You get to watch the whole process and can customize your doughnut based on a many menu options or whatever you can dream up. The owner help us figure things out and was happy to explain it all. They even do a breakfast sandwich doughnut. The best part is that you walk out of with HOT doughnuts. I highly recommend eating them while they are still warm because it wasn't quite the same cold. Only curbside available, make sure you order ahead of time. I was expecting donuts already made but I was wrong. Each donut is made to your liking. You get to select the glaze, topping and drizzle. I ordered with the app and got notified that it would take 20 minutes; I waited in the car and luckily I only waited half my time. The donuts DON'T look amazing in the box, since most of the glaze has melted off due to being prepared fresh. The donuts are warm and delicious! The best donuts I've ever had, they're not that big, kind of small, but worth it. One donut a person is a teaser, make sure each person gets 2 donuts . Willbe returning for more. The Donuts were fresh and warm which I liked but I do like more of a variety of donut type meaning the bread of the donut chocolate cake, regular, glazed, etc. They did have a ton of typing outings so there is something for everyone and like I said they are delicious while warm and fresh. We got coffee too which was good but they made the hot one we ordered an iced coffee. We pre ordered online and the receipt did not specify iced like the other so no reason to get it wrong. Family Favorite ! The donuts are amazing. My husbands favorite is the Maple bacon and mine is the Sunrise but, you can't really go wrong with any of them. Last time we had duck donuts was back in NC and it wasn't good at all. We were hesitant to try this place again but I'm happy to say that these donuts were a complete 180. We ordered online, which was fast and easy. It takes you through the prompts to build your own donuts. Our stuff was ready at the time indicated and pick up was easy. You just stay in your car, call them, and they'll bring it out to you. The donuts themselves were warm and fluffy. They almost melted in your mouth when you took a bite. The blueberry and maple flavors are so good. Only flavor complaint I have is the lemon, it really over powers everything BUT it's still super yummy. Reasons why I didn't give five stars: our donut with graham crackers on it literally had a dusting. At first we didn't think we got that donut but upon closer inspection it was there. I definitely think that ordering graham cracker as a topping was a waste of money. Another con was that these are not good the next day. We went to heat some up for breakfast (it gives you directions on the box) and they were super dried out and hard. If you eat these, eat them same day! read more

Love these doughnuts. They are similar to a cake doughnut, but not as dense. Phone number on here is incorrect. Visit from 7/2- walked in and ordered. Took a while to place the order, but walked out within 10 minutes after placing my order. My entire staff loved these delicious sweets. (This location was not online yet). Great service! Visit from 7/11- we brought our little ones so they can watch how the donuts are made. The inside is closed. We were instructed to place an order online or call over the phone. The phone line was busy the entire time. Placing an order online means ordering the donut one by one and adding each ingredient one at a time. It takes an extremely long time. (We waited over 45 minutes after placing our order). Service was decent. They didn't have anyone outside directing people or informing them of the ordering system being FYI, try to order online before you leave home to avoid waiting. They will bring out your order to your car after you text them which parking spot your in. read more

I was a little dubious, since they weren't yeast doughnuts, but I quickly forgot that when my huge, hot and soft goody was served. Won't be back. Once upon a time this place was terrific but it has gone downhill. We ordered some treats to enjoy during family movie night and everyone was very disappointed. The donuts were an ice cold, sloppy, grease mess. I called to provide feedback and the manager was not receptive. She insisted they are made fresh and they "try" to make them look like the menu photos -- advised me to microwave them if I wanted warm donuts.
