My friend and I ordered the Fresca margaritas, when we tried our drinks they were SUPER strong, which usually would be a good thing right? Wrong. The drinks were SO sweet, it tasted like they filled half the glass with agave syrup and the other half with tequila. We tried to be polite and drink them, we even asked our waitress for a cup of club soda to try to make them taste better. Nothing worked so we ended up asking her if we could just have 2 regular margaritas on the rocks. She suggested the spicy margaritas, so we agreed to try them. The drinks arrive; and again, ALL AGAVE SYRUP, with a couple jalapeño slices on top. By the time the second drinks came, we had finished our food and were so bummed by the whole experience we just wanted to pay and leave. She took the drinks back to the bar and from our table we could see the managers trying the drinks we had just been served and making grossed out faces after doing so. So we watch this and are just waiting on our check so we can leave. But nope! Our server told us the manager wanted to speak with us, so enter manager 1. He was apologetic, he kept asking us if we wanted replacement drinks and we declined (we had finished our food 15-20 min before) we told him we were done eating and just REALLY wanted them to let us pay and go! So the manager walks away, and we sit and wait another 15 minutes (I am not exaggerating) before manager #2 walks to our table. He asks us what the problem was, we explain the whole thing again, and THEN this man tries to tell us that the two margaritas we ordered "don't even have agave syrup in them." I snatched the drink menu so fast and flipped right to the page they were on and pointed to where each drink has agave syrup listed as ingredients. I also let him know that we could see him trying the drink when went sent them back to the bar and I saw his whole face scrunch up in disgust as soon as he tasted it. He tried to give us replacement drinks again. We explained to him that we had been done eating for at least 30 minutes and FOR REAL GUY WE JUST WANT TO PAY AND LEAVE.like please stop gaslighting us, we don't want anything else from you, we just want our check. This man continues to try and tell us that margaritas were fine. At this point I was so over it, I said "Sir, I am a general manager as well. As a friend, I suggest you look into your food cost on that agave because agave syrup isn't super cheap, and someone behind your bar is probably costing you a lot of money" So anyways, thank you for reading this far. TLDR: the food tasted bland/like frozen food that had been put in the microwave. The drinks are GROSS. And the Manager (didn't catch his name but he's a bald middle aged man) is suuuuper rude. Went to new location on Memorial and was immensely disappointed! First off, the drinks were pricey. I got a pina colada laden with ice. Not even half of that fancy vessel it came in had any drink worthy of that price. Secondly I asked the waitress of my fajita was sizzling ...she said yes and it came to my table flat. Look the food was mediocre at best nothing special. There are a few alternative Mexican restaurants way better. Hope they improve food quality for the price they charge. read more

This new restaurant a completely new look inside. Wife and I ate in the bar area on Friday around 4pm. Mario our waiter did a great job taking care of us. Wife had garlic shrimp with fries and rice while I had the carnitas with rice and beans. Her shrimp was done perfectly and my carnitas was moist and tender. Overall a great experience. read more

From the moment we walked in, we were transformed. The decor reminded me of South Beach; however, the food was all Spanish! The guacamole was the best I've ever had. The nachos were excellent (the white queso was so unbelievably good). There was enough to feed at least 2-3 people! We also had the the enchiladas. Holy moly! Your taste buds will be in heaven! Now, the cocktails. OMG. The cocktails! Each one more flavorful and the variety ensures everyone will be satisfied. We are looking forward to a return visit. read more

The scenery was very pretty. Absolutely terrible service. Whole time my friends and I were there we never got a refill. we had 1 drink the whole time. when the waitress came to the table we asked for a refill and for some more chips. we didn't see her again until our food was done. one of my friends orders was not correct. when i looked at my food i saw a piece of hair and i disregarded it thinking it may have been mine. then when i went to go take a bite i see another piece of short blonde hair. my hair is longer and darker. i did not eat my food. but the more my friends started to eat the more their food was cold. as we started talking about it at the table the people behind us asked if we were having trouble too. come to find out their food was also cold and they also had terrible service. I would give this place a 0 star but i'm gonna give it a 1 star because the Manager was very understanding and very nice. read more

Went in for dinner after work with friends. The server didn't even say hi or any introduction just asked what we wanted. We had to track other people down to get water refilled. She was rude and clearly didn't care to pay any attention to guest needs. Food came out wrong and the manager wanted to argue about it. They didn't care to take care of guest at all! And at the end said they had no change for cash? In what world does a restaurant not have change? Pretty sure she was just lazy! Worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time! My girlfriends and I have visited the OKC location a few times and tried the 2nd location last week. We have enjoyed the food and drinks and the vibe but all of our visits have left us displeased with the service. I think it mainly has to do with language barrier. We've had some trouble with drink orders but every time we've have incorrect receipts which the manager comes and corrects. Because of the money mistakes, we've finally decided that this will no longer be our GNO go to. read more

We made a reservation for a 60th birthday dinner, a few days before the event. Upon arrival we checked in with the hostess and were greeted in a rude manner. Then to make matters worse, they stated they could not fill our reservation because they do not take reservations before hand.
