Instead of simply accommodating a basic request, the staff at the front desk offered a string of defensive excuses as to why moving us was impossible. Watching hosts prioritize rigid convenience and scripted deflections over paying guests in a half-empty room completely ruined the experience before we even looked at a menu. If your host stand treats accommodating a simple seating request like an insurmountable obstacle, management has a serious training problem at the door. We won't be back.
