Overall was ok but nothing special. Nothing had a ton of flavor which was disappointing. Service was friendly.

Take-Out just got better! These new food totes for take-out orders are cute and keeps my food fresh and hot - 17-20min drive. I'm so pleased by this upgrade from brown paper bags I'll definitely be ordering more take-out from here. Food is always consistent here so it's been our go-to place when we are in the mood for Chinese food.

Big portions! Food was great and tasteful! just remember to scan the QR code to order it's at the corner of the table. My boyfriend and I were waiting to order but a lady then came to help us out!

Second time trying this location, and I'm still not impressed. Pork buns were undercooked, no dipping sauce for dumplings, meat stir fry dishes tasted like the meat was freezer burned. The kitchen staff were incredibly loud, and the seated guests had to listen to the LOUD online order notifications. Dishes were delivered to the table with NO communication.

We came on Tuesday for dinner and surprisingly not packed with only 2 tables dining in. They did have a lot of takeouts but even still, our food came out timely and the staff were nice. Restaurant is spacious and clean. I enjoyed everything we got, most notably the seafood glass noodle and the dumplings. Everything was not heavily oiled and the dumplings were bigger than I typically see! Very cool also BYOB.

We enjoyed expedient service that brought excellent, authentic food to our table. The dumplings, wonton soup and mapo tofu were flavorful and fresh. The only issue we had was an initial off-putting smell as we entered, but we soon became unaware of it.

My family likes the Plano location but this was our first time at Frisco. Everything was delicious! The soup dumplings are huge! We also enjoyed all the family style dishes. The beef pancakes were also great, but piping hot! Watch out. Plentiful parking in one of the shopping centers near the mall. Service was prompt & very good.

We almost didn't go to this restaurant because of the average review being on the lower side, but I'm so glad we did! We ordered the xlb, the beef "burrito", beef & beef tendon noodle soup, and Chinese style grill lamb. Our favorites were the noodle soup and the beef burrito. My husband said he wants to go back and get 2 orders of the beef burrito. :P The xlb were good. I agree with others that they break kind of easily. The grill lamb was our least favorite. There wasn't much meat and the dish just tasted like it was missing something, especially compared to the other 3 flavorful items we got. Based on our one experience, I would recommend skipping most of the middle pages. We can't wait to go back!

This location of dumpling house is better than the others. The ambiance is more welcoming and service was good enough to get you fed and consistent with water refills. The dumplings tasted fresh and plump with the filling. Their dumplings will satisfy your dumplings cravings. The two orders I will order again is the cucumber salad that tasted like a seaweed salad but refreshing and the other is orange beef, which was cut to bite size to make it easier to devour! We will back anytime we visit in town!

Terrible. Food came out like warm, like it was there just waiting to be served. The dumplings were tasty and came out after the main course was served. Ordered seafood soup prior to our appetizers and they brought out the main entrees and no soup. I wanted to cancel soup, since I did not want to eat it after my entree. The waitress suddenly came out with the soup. Curry fried rice, not too flavorful, especially since it was initially lukewarm and not hot. The food was just okay, the service had many opportunities for improvement. Would not visit again, unless I wanted to order dumplings to go. Service not too welcoming, highly disappointed.

Can't say anything bad about this place. We wanted to go to Hutchins which is in the same plaza,…read morebut there was a line going out the door! So we decided to skip the heat and go to this place. It was such a lovely surprise. I opened the door and it was a lot bigger than it looks from the outside and so clean! Even the bathrooms were super clean and they have toilet seat covers! Food was also solid. We ordered a bunch of different things to share - calamari, riblets, crab rangoon, edamame, chicken XLB, truffle pork XLB, crispy udon, green beans. Everything had really excellent flavor, not too salty either. Our server was so sweet! She always said, "you're so welcome!" And she was quick to refill our drinks without us even asking. Overall, really great experience.

First, many of the dishes lacked the authenticity. The hot and sour soup wasn't sour at all and was overwhelmed by the flavor of sesame oil. The black bean noodles tasted like instant noodles you could make at home, and we ended up adding black vinegar ourselves just to bring some acidity and balance to the dish. The sweet chili shrimp also didn't taste fresh. At the end of our meal, we literally said "this tasted like Chinese buffet food." The service and dining environment made the experience even worse. Throughout our meal, we constantly heard dishes being slammed around from servers cleaning tables. At one point, something was dropped so hard that dishes shattered across the floor. A trash cart was parked right next to our booth while we were eating, and the staff even started mopping the floor directly in front of us during the lunch rush. I understand that restaurants often hire seasonal staff during the summer, but proper training is still important. The way the dishes were handled throughout our meal was loud, chaotic, and disruptive, making it difficult to enjoy our dining experience. It's unfortunate because our first experience of this restaurant was great, but this visit fell well short of our expectations.

I've had the pleasure of eating ramen in Japan and yeah, NO. The reason for the 1 star is because we were the first ones in at 11 and the waitress came in sneezing and wiping her nose with her hand, with her child in tow who by the way was all over the place and many times just standing at our table staring at us eat. I kept watching her to see if she would wash her hands or at least use hand sanitizer but she neglected to do either. The ramen: We ordered the spicy garlic pork shoyu and the spicy chicken broth ramen. The garlic pork ramen had 1 small piece of pork belly and the noodles while a great consistency, tasted like cardboard. The broth suffered from the lack of flavor. The chicken ramen was also pretty flavorless. The nerve of someone to compare this place to Ichiran lol. I will say, the service from the chef and the nose wiping waitress was pleasant but the grossness of her wiping her nose and touching every chair, bowl, utensils and eating her chips at the table across from us with her toddler is enough for us to never go back to this place even if it was the last ramen spot on the planet.

We started with the golden hot buns, edamame, pork and chive dumplings, and golden fried buns. Everything was fantastic...with one exception. The edamame comes with sugar instead of salt, and that one just wasn't for us. For our meals, we had General Tso's Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef Noodles, and Braised Beef Noodles. The General Tso's was one of my favorites, the sauce was bold, slightly sweet, and had just enough heat. The Sesame Chicken was really good too, a little sweeter and milder but still had a tiny kick. The Kung Pao Chicken was definitely a favorite at the table! It had so much flavor and a nice little spice to it. The Mongolian Beef Noodles were savory and really good, and the Braised Beef Noodles had a deep, rich flavor with a really tasty broth. Most of us chose the wide, flat noodles, and I would absolutely get those again. They soaked up all that sauce so well! And apparently scissors are part of the noodle-eating experience. It seemed a little odd at first, but it was actually kind of fun and definitely something different! The restaurant was quiet, very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our waitress was a young girl who was just the sweetest. And, as is standard for me, I asked her what her favorites were. She recommended several things and was so personable and helpful. Even as we were leaving, everyone told us thank you and goodbye. Little things like that make such a difference. And one completely random thing that deserves a mention...they give you individually wrapped flossers at the end of your meal. I know, it sounds silly, but after eating noodles, you KNOW you need one. We loved it! Definitely worth a visit if you're in Frisco and want something a little different!
