Something I found interesting is that in addition to many packaged snacks for sale, they also sold Japanese brand mouthwash, flossers, q-tips, menstrual pads, lighters, nasal spray, disposable underwear, Tylenol, Benadryl... which means if you ever are having a particularly bad day and severely need to freshen up (and get a boba), Queen Tea has you covered.

When we informed the staff, there was little urgency or concern, and they didn't offer to remake the order until we specifically asked. The rewards program has been just as disappointing. The program advertises that you receive a free item after earning 15 points (one point per item purchased). The system worked initially, but during my last three visits, it repeatedly failed to credit my purchases. Each time, I received the text to register my points, but it didn't work. On my third visit, I was even asked to write down how many points were missing so they could keep track. By my next visit (today), I had earned enough points for my free item. Instead of honoring the promotion, I was told they had no way to manually add my missing points. Then I was told they couldn't verify them--even though I've been there weekly for months and the staff recognizes me. When I asked why I had been told to write down my missing points if they couldn't use that information, I never received a meaningful answer. The only resolution offered was 50% off instead of honoring the reward I had already earned. The staff contacted the owner, whom I've met before and always had positive interactions with, but I was told there was nothing they could do. That was incredibly disappointing. After years of loyalty, spending a significant amount of money, and even bringing new customers through my platform as an influencer, the business still refused to honor its own rewards program. Between the food safety mistake involving my allergy and the refusal to stand behind their advertised rewards program, this experience showed a complete lack of customer appreciation. I can't recommend this business, and I won't be returning.
