I've been a customer at this Dunkin' for over 10 years, coming here every week, and I've always been treated very well. The staff has always been polite, respectful, and they have consistently prepared my drink correctly. However, today I had a very disappointing experience with a new employee. When I ordered the Strawberry Energy Punch, which is made with Rockstar Energy and a specific strawberry concentrate, she didn't seem to know what drink it was. She asked me two or three times before finally understanding which beverage I was requesting. At Dunkin', there are two types of strawberry concentrate: a thinner one used for other products, and a thicker one that is the correct one for this drink. I politely informed her that she had used the wrong concentrate, since I've been ordering this drink for years and I know how it's prepared. Instead of simply fixing the mistake, she held up the bottle and asked me if I "didn't know how to read that it was strawberry," which was extremely unprofessional. In the end, she even said, "Next time you can come in here and make your own drink." I understand that mistakes happen, especially with new employees, but professionalism and respect are essential -- especially when working directly with customers. This kind of behavior does not reflect the excellent service I've always received at this location. I truly hope management addresses this situation, as she is clearly not prepared to work with the public. read more

The guy at the register had an AirPod in and was always on his phone. He forgot about my donut until I reminded him and when he gave me it, I had my hand out to get the bag and he dropped the bag onto the counter, centimeters away from my hand. The other worker with the bonnet and face mask was nice but it seemed like they were doing everything. They were moving at lightning speed while again the guy was just on his phone. The everything bagels were also terrible, they had maybe 3% of seasoning on them. The guy making them really needs to get better at it. The croissant on my sandwich was also burnt. We arrived at the SoWa Winter Festival by taxi about 45 minutes too early. Asking the parking attendant where to grab coffee he directed us here. New twist on life to order and have breakfast standing at a counter. Second time on this trip. I had a Signature mocha latte( the cup was so tiny) and a bacon,egg, & cheese toasted bagel, warm and delicious. Different texture from a croissant at other fast food places, this was enjoyable yumminess, Hubs had an iced coffee and a chocolate donut. He tells me it's already 10 o' clock so we head back to SoWa on Harrison Avenue. read more

After a quick breakfast at the Buttery in the South End of Boston, but was still a bit hungry so I stopped off at Dunkin Donuts. I came in and was warmly welcomed by the cashier and I looked at their menu as well as their wide variety of baked goods including donuts and muffins. I wasn't too hungry so I just got one strawberry donut with sprinkles. A person who I believe was the owner or manager, Sean, kindly gave me my doughnut with a smile! There's plenty of seating inside this Dunkin Donuts, but I decided to just take my donut to go. Once I had my donut, I was very happy by how it tasted. The dough tasted very fresh and I was pleased by the frosting on top. Altogether, I was very pleased by my experience at this Dunkin Donuts. read more

I've been a South End resident since 2004 and have been a nest daily customer at this Dunkin at Washington and Berkley Street. The manager, Sean, and staff are all friendly and I have always been satisfied with the quality of food and coffee. Ordered a few sandwiches and bagels on the Dunkin' App and when my colleague went to pick up the order, it wasn't ready though the order was placed over 40 minutes ago. When inquiring politely what the order status was, the kitchen clerk was unexpectedly rude, animated and demanded a tip. Yes I would tip exceptionally well if the service and demeanor is exceptional. I've been placing the same group order here regularly and has not encountered this type of unprofessional service. 3 stars because the manager is always at the front line in busy mornings and goes above and beyond. read more

Keith is the shining star of this Dunks. Came in 5 min before closing (did NOT read the sign on the door oops) requesting an iced tea but they were out, so after a long and funny conversation, Keith made me a perfect iced tea with hot tea, bags, ice, and extra love. I've gone to this Dunks a handful of times before and it was all groovy but man I must say this was a MEMORABLE visit and Keith needs a gold star / raise. read more

The crewmembers were really nice my coffee tasted nice and fresh and my egg and cheese wraps were cooked perfectly would come here again! Nice place to sit down with a laptop and get some work done there's just no outlets. read more

This is a fabulous Dunkin' Donuts. All the staff are very friendly and polite from the cashiers to the girl who smiles as she gives me my bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin 3x/week. It's a little strange in Boston to have people be that nice, but I've decided it's nice when people are nice. The staff are also unbelievably efficient. Even if the line is to the door, they'll go through it quickly. If there's ever a slight delay, they apologize. Thank you to the staff for brightening my mornings! read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER! I have been a regular customer for a while now but have NEVER EVER in any location, store or country come across a sales attendant that is so PROFESSIONALLY INCOMPETENT. I walked in to pick up some quick lunch. My Dunkin Rewards card was low on balance so I pulled out the App with the QR code open, ready to load $10 on the card. This is a process of topping up the card that I have done before in multiple locations, including this one. When I asked the lady, her response was a straight up NO and she stared at me like I was an idiot. I was a bit baffled and explained the process to her. She did not like being taught about her own job apparently. She claimed NOT TO KNOW ANYTHING OF IT. Being THE SASSIEST WOMAN in the WORLD, she then absolutely refused to load up my card, and on my persistence, she asked her colleague if he knew how to "Load the mans phone". Really? My phone? Can she not see the Dunkin APP open and can she not HEAR me say PLEASE LOAD $10 ON my CARD?! Anyway, hoping she finally got the deal, I requested once more and she looks at me, refuses and stops asking me to get angry for no reason. I had not even raised my voice yet. At this point I realised that this was a waste of my efforts, I no longer wanted someone as ignorant about their own company making anything that went into my stomach and stepped away. She continued to say something in the most rude and obnoxious way ever, which is when I walked right out the store. so Dear Dunkin, PLEASE STOP HIRING THE FIRST PERSON YOU SEE! You have regular customers who just want to come in, get their coffee or food, and get out. I'm a regular here. Every morning it's the same order.... everything bagel toasted w/butter and an Iced Coffee w/ Cream and Sugar. I usually don't get too upset when one of the younger/kids makes my order.... But today... the man making my coffee (not ever seen before) seemed to be "an Owner".... Here's where it goes wrong.... he over fills my cup with ice, past the top.... taps the ice down and splashes coffee in the cup.... Literrally 2 sips!.... Since there has not appeared to be any replies from an owner or manager here ... one is to assume the customers don't matter!.... I will not return. read more

I have been coming to this location for 16 years. Sean the manager is great. He goes out of his way to say hello daily. The majority of the staff are super friendly and treat their known daily customers well. For those of you who may not realize this is a unique location as they are one block from Pine Street Inn. Staff has to deal with a lot. That said I prefer Dunkin any day over the rest of the Boutique coffee joints in the South End where coffee costs almost as much as a glass of wine. Food items are the same as every other location which I am not a huge fan of. I am not a big egg sandwich person but will get the occasional donut. I do go elsewhere when I want a muffin though as Dunkin Muffins are Dunkin Hines quality and their bagels kinda tasteless. This review was more focused on the good customer service that they provide at this location. I have seen some staff work their for years which is a great sign. A little kindness in the morning rush goes a long way folks. read more

matt feels this dunkin is the only redeeming factor of my neighborhood. i think there are plenty of redeeming factors, but this dunkin is the best ... and as a midwesterner, i never thought i'd love one the woman who makes my coffee in the morning is amazing - always the perfect amount of milk and sugar :) read more

Being that is Dunkin is very close to my work I visit it often and let me tell you these guys are amazingly fast and efficient. They should bring in other stores for a lesson on how to service customers. I wish they were a tad bit more upbeat and friendly, but they are also not entirely all out rude either. read more

My husband made me write this review. He loooooooves Dunkin Donuts. According to him, the only 5 star DDs are in Quincy. The other DD in the South End on Mass Ave, apparently, is a 1-star DD. This one gets four stars and the staff is quick. read more

There is one employee named AVA, however, that doesn't correctly process peoples orders and then is remarkably rude to them. She is poison to this store and needs to be let go! This Dunkin Donuts is horrible!! I don't know of any other Dunkin Donuts that on a Sunday morning at 9:00 has only one person working. There's always a huge line and if any person in front of you orders a sandwich you're waiting a half hour for a cup of coffee (or leaving as I did). Also went there recently at 10 of six at night and found the door locked when their hours state that they're open until 6. Place is no good; go anywhere else! read more
