I love DD coffee, and this store is on my way to work every morning so it would make a great daily stop. But I can't go back there ever. This particular DD location on Kildaire Farm Road at Ten Ten, has a knack for hiring nasty people to work the front counter. These kids wipe their nose with their hand, run their fingers through their hair, run their hands over their face and every flat surface, handle money and credit cards and then reach into the donuts without washing up or using hand sanitizer. They use this little piece of wax paper as if that is a barrier to the filth, germs and effluvia, but they don't even use that effectively and end up touching your food with their nasty hands. I know it has to be tough hiring trustworthy people who care about their job, but these nasty people need some serious instruction in how to handle people's food. read more

I love Dunkin donuts so much and I never write reviews for anything, but this is really the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. I have given this place and it's horrible staff multiple chances to redeem themselves and every experience there is just as horrid or worse than the one before. Basically all of the employees are rude and the few that aren't have no clue what they're doing. The staff do not care and they all work super slow on purpose. They are always out of everything, and the "manager" is a complete joke. Everything about the business is a game to him. Trust me go to a different Dunkin. They will get your order wrong, give you coffee or food that tastes bad, make you wait forever, be rude to you, and they most likely won't have what you wanted to get anyway. read more

I come here with my friends for lunch sometimes and we can always count on them to take 20 minutes for a bagel and iced coffee even when the store is practically empty. Have been late getting back to school numerous times due to the low staff and extensive time it takes to prepare the orders. If they are going to have new, slower, people working, they need to not have only 2 of them. That's just common sense. read more

The person who took my order (self-proclaimed manager) was the most rude person I'd ever want to see while getting my morning coffee and breakfast! Sunday evening... ordered hot coffee.. filled to brim with almost no milk/cream...almost black. To go... left and diliscovered it was not even luke warm... horrible!!!!!now I know why there was no milk/cream in it. They knew it was not hot. How does that happen in a coffee shop!!! read more

4 stars. I usually come for the coffee which is always good in my opinion. My daughter loves the doughnuts here but I am not a big fan of dd doughnuts. The lines here on weekends at crazy and there is not a good traffic flow. Overall I just like this spot strictly for convenience and because I love the coffee. read more

Possibly the worst service I've ever experienced. Is it really that difficult to serve coffee?

We were here this am for a quick coffee, oj and my husband ordered a wake up wrap. We received our drinks and waited for the wrap. Inside was not busy but drive thru was wrapped around the building. While my husband waited for his food I used the restroom. The toilet seat was broken and I almost fell off the toilet, then there was no soap, paper towels and the hand drier did not work. Luckily I carry hand sanitizer with me but how do the employees wash their hands after using the bathroom.....hhmm. when I came out Husband had his food but he had to ask for it and he was told they forgot to make it. Very sad because we live in the neighborhood right there. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened. Very curious about how the owners feel about all the bad reviews. read more

Terrible Customer Experience - Placed order for several dozen donuts and was immediately cut off by another employee saying "Don't take that order until you count how many we have!" After spending 5 minutes at the counter waiting on the employee to count, we placed the order without even a Thank You or have a great day. The employee referenced above kept saying "i can't wait until 9am and I am out of here!" Hate to say this ... but DD you have let me down at this location. The food and drink here is completely fine and what I expect from a Dunkin Donuts. However, the wait for drive thru is actually ridiculous. Even when there is nobody else in line, the wait is several minutes. I often wait in line for 5-15 minutes. Please work on this. read more

Well first time at this location in a while and before the manager had the place rocking I'm talking about lively atmosphere and quick accurate service he was amazing flying around but recently when I went the coffee tasted old and cold.. Donuts were fine but big n toasted had only 2 pieces of bacon I thought it was suppose to be double? And the manager there Connie or whatever she seemed to be in the way.. This location needs better management. I have been to this location several times in the last 7 months only because it was convenient because it's always very slow and the orders are NEVER right. Doesn't matter if you go in to the counter or the drive thru. I've seen people walk out because no one was at the register and no one was in line. It's gotten to the point that you have to taste test before you drive away from the drive thru. I didn't do that today and the lemon filled donuts I ordered were not lemon filled, the sesame bagels we ordered unsliced - because of a DAIRY allergy - were sliced. We also ordered a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese that was BAD. Wonder how many other customers ordered bagels with BAD cream cheese. $21.00 wasted and no on got what they wanted. read more

Saturday afternoon and I can't order an iced coffee because they ran out of ice. How do you run out of ice? Maybe time for a new ice machine but given the low stars I'd say management really doesn't care about their customers. Just absolutely deplorable cleanliness standards. This morning they manhandled the top of my coffee, so I didn't even want to drink out of it- smelled like hands and wired perfume so I dumped it into a mug later. Then when I ordered a dozen donuts, first, the pin on the guy's apron was running across the donuts as he put them in the box. I complained and he started a new box for me. But, the apron continued to rub across the top of the donuts as he put them in the box (rubbing off icing) and he obviously didn't care. I told my kids we would just eat the donuts in the back of the box where I didn't think his apron touched (seriously do the even wash those things?). If that wasn't gross enough, when we got home and I went to put one of those back donuts on a plate for my youngest, a vanilla cream, there was a big long hair in it, discovered only by cutting the donut in half. Needless to say we will never be going back. Gross! I tried to call but apparently the number listed doesn't even work. Where is the health department on this? read more

I always encounter the same problem with donuts shops and my friend "love Dunkin Donuts" suggested me to stop by at dunkin on route 55 in west park place next to Walmart. best part is this dunkin also makes CUSTOM donuts. I always talk my kids on Weekends and it my regular stop to this DD. Try the location and see your self. read more

I had one of my most disappointing experiences at this Dunk'in Donuts. The coffee was so weak one creamer made the coffee far too light. I was unable to actually taste the coffee. My son got one of the ice coffee drinks and it was the same way and it was loaded with sugar. We were not able to drink either drink. Additionally it took 20 minutes to get the two drinks, a bagel and a breakfast sandwich and we were first in line. I don't plan on returning. read more

I go here everyday to buy donuts and the service is phenomenal. Specifically these two employees named Sophia and Lana provided excellent customer service. They completed my order in a fast fashion and were polite. I would recommend going to this dunkin if you want great service that caters to your needs. read more

I love Dunkin Donuts. I moved to NC a little over a year ago and this DD was a disaster. However, I am so happy to say they have fixed their issues! My coffee is perfect everytime, the service is quick and efficient.....which was their problem when I first moved here. I go to DD everyday and will continue to do so. read more

We're boycotting this Dunkin Donuts! They NEVER have the donuts we want. I complained and the manger / employee told me that they get their Apple N Spice and several other donuts from a bakery...and when they run out for the day...that's IT! What a stupid horrible way to run a donut shop! You need to have donuts to sell...PERIOD! As a customer, I don't care where or how you get them...just get them! Otherwise, you won't have anything to sell and customers will be disappointed!
