a bacon and egg sandwich on a piece of bread

This store sucks. I spend 10 minutes trying to make a stupid mobile order and guess what I clicked the order button twice. The person working at the drive through said since we ordered a same thing twice she would let us pick the other order next time. I came in this morning to pick up my order and guess what, we got denied. We had to pay for the same things and waste 15 dollars in this stupid place. NEVER COME HERE I always get a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The egg was falling off! It wasn't even in the croissant. The cheese wasn't even melted either. It looked like those slices American cheeses you get at a supermarket. The bacon was also just in the center.

Good customer service, the food is good and affordable. My favorite seasonal food is the fall item: maple bacon egg sandwich it's the most delicious item on their menu!! And it's back baby!

This Dunkin Donuts is tucked in a way in the corner of a shopping center. I didn't even know it was there for quite a few months. Since finding it, we go there often. The inside is clean. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. The drive-thru is always short and the service is good. Two thumbs up. Edited: Went back for donuts and they served them like this (see pic) #1) What's up with the Boston Cream in the upper left hand corner? #2) Who did this?!? It's just not right! Put all the glazed on one side and the Boston Cream on the other.

    Frozen Coffee

I usually don't have a problem with this location until This morning ...I ordered a frozen coffee with a little of vanilla flavoring ...and today there was a new cashier who made it. Once I got to work which was only ten minutes away this is what the coffee look like .....so disappointed ... the coffee separated from the the flavor I guess ???? I try to drink it but almost gagged

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant that came on sourdough; glazed munchkins and got one pink frosted donut, and a cup of iced water that has all types of matter at the bottom.

What a pleasant surprise! We needed a place to pass time since our car was at Discount Tires so we walked here. It's in the same complex, and is an easy walk away. My boyfriend got coffee and donuts, which you can't go wrong with. And I got a turkey sausage and egg sandwich, which was surprisingly good. It's was fresh, at least as fresh as you can make fast food! The food was hot and packaged well, again for fast food. Also, the service is great. When I asked for water, the staff replied with a smile and an "of course!" And when I asked for ketchup, the staff responded with a handful of ketchup, unlike the stingy McDonald's service.

This is THE best Dunkin' Donuts which says a lot because Dunkin' Donuts already has the best coffee around. What makes this one special is Mario and his fantastic team! They know me by name and know my drink of choice. They tolerate me when I forget to hit " ready to pick up" on my mobile order and I've shown up for my coffee. They are always smiling and working to get their customers taken care of in an efficient fashion. My favorite item on the menu is the coffee roll. Once again this location seems to make coffee rolls taste even better than other locations. I am very thankful they are in my neighborhood and I get to enjoy them all the time!

    Coupon...that didn't work?!

I go to Dunkin every Friday morning. I get the same thing, a muffin (either coffee cake or blueberry) and bottle water. Today my friend had a coupon for a free donut. I ordered my muffin and drink. I showed the manager Carla my free donut coupon and I wanted the maple frosted. She said I didn't buy a donut so I could get a free one...what? I bought a muffin that's twice as much as a donut. I was baffled and didn't press the issue or verbiage of the coupon that I posted on here as well. This location is poorly managed and I blame the owner for bad hiring decisions and not training your employees. I will NOT purchase another item from this location. I'll bring in my own water and Krispy Kreme doughnut, which are 500% better. I'm giving it one star for the way this place is run. Not sure about the other reviews, but obviously this place needs a lot of training for its staff AND MANAGERS! Or the owner just needs to 'cut bait' and sell the place.

    Really? Burned to a crisp!

I like their coffee but their drive through service is horrible in the morning. They can't take order right and the wait is tortuous.

With the weather sitting in that perfect sweet spot before the North Carolina summer heat takes…read moreover, I grabbed a seat outside and settled in with an Iced Vanilla Latte and one of Crema's famous Cragels filled with cream cheese. The latte was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced--not overly sweet, just enough vanilla to complement the coffee. The Cragel was every bit as delicious as its reputation suggests: warm, chewy, flaky, and generously filled with cream cheese. A perfect coffee, a scrumptious Cragel, and ideal patio weather--what more could you ask for? This is exactly the kind of local gem that keeps me coming back.

It was very crowded there's not a lot of seating inside, they do have outside sitting. I did like how the inside looked and they had their pastries out front. I couldn't tell what to order and spent a few minutes trying to figure the menu out without getting overstimulated by the time I could even think about asking questions they had a really big line. I ended up ordering a medium cappuccino which I know see from other reviews that my disappointment was not just me. we did get a waffle croissant thing which was not bad. It tasted stale. So it was a bit tougher and chewier or I'm not sure if that's how it was supposed to be ? I'm sure if it was fresh it would have been better. My daughter ended up getting a fruit smoothie and a hello kitty looking Madeline that was banana flavored she really liked that. There are no prices on the things that aren't at their coffee station area. I did ask the guy up front that it was my first time here and I wasn't sure what to get, he just stared at me. Didn't say anything. And then corrected me when I asked for the waffle thing. Soo.. there's that. So I guess come here if you know what you want. Or come during non less busy hours. We only came by because it was across the street from our therapy appointment. But left more disappointed.. and I spent $22 with tip. Not even sure what I paid for or the prices it all happened so fast. So go here don't go here. We will probably try another place.

It's located alongside the leasing office for the apartment complex. The service is great. There were two young ladies working and they were both friendly. The cranberry lemon muffin was absolutely perfect, so much flavor, so fresh & moist. The Salted Brown Butter Latte was the best. From the first sip to the last drop, I loved it. This particular morning, I knew I wanted to stop by Trader Joe's afterward, but they weren't open yet. So I pulled up the map looking for a coffee shop where I could get a little coworking done. Thousand Hills Coffee popped up, and it had been on my "need to try" list for a while. I also shot my buddy KH a quick text to see if he wanted to join me and catch up on our latest ultra running training shenanigans. Thankfully, he was game. I rolled in around 8:30 a.m. and managed to grab a decent parking spot. Worth mentioning because the coffee shop shares parking with the apartment complex next door, so I imagine spaces can disappear quickly. KW arrived a few minutes before me and had to park a bit farther away. Walking inside, I immediately liked the vibe. It feels modern but still cozy, almost like someone's really well-designed living room. There are several distinct seating areas, plenty of soft chairs, a long community table, and even bar seating overlooking the baristas. It struck a nice balance between coffee shop and comfortable workspace. Since I'd already knocked out my morning run, I was ready for a little breakfast. KH and I both ordered the cheese, Danish. It looked huge in the display case, though it shrank a bit once it made it onto the plate. That said, it was really flavorful and definitely worth ordering. I also grabbed a regular drip coffee, which was excellent. My timing was amusing because they had just finished the last pot and were brewing a fresh one, but honestly, getting a fresh cup probably worked out for the best. We grabbed chairs next to the long community table instead at the table since the morning sun was already heating things up. We spent a while catching up, talking running, races, and all the usual endurance athlete nonsense. After KH headed out, I relocated to the long table that was in the shade and spent another hour or so catching up on emails and getting a little work done. It turned out to be a great co-working spot with plenty of room to spread out without feeling like you were taking up space. One last shoutout to the staff, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Good coffee is one thing, but great people always make the experience better. Overall, I came away impressed. Somehow, they've been open for about two years, and I'm honestly not sure how they managed to stay off my radar for so long. Safe to say they'll be making it into my regular rotation whenever I need a good cup of coffee and a comfortable place to get some work done.

Being so used to many boba options back in CA, it kind of makes it feel weird to struggle to find a boba place nearby. The location is pretty convenient for college kids or adults to chill with friends. Lots of tables and even a shelf with some board games you could play if you had an hour or two to pass in the area. I can't remember the name of the drink, but I remember it having butterfly pea and lemon... or yuzu. Drink is aesthetically pleasing, but I'm not sure if I tasted what the drink mentioned. Still, nice attempt at being trendy with the boba menu. Maybe they're known for their milk teas here? It was quite busy when we can on a Saturday evening before closing. :) Drinks took around 10 ish minutes to make, but staff were quick to take orders and make drinks. The puff pastry is a large portion, and heavier, so you can definitely share. The mochi donut is nice and light, so these are better to get more than one flavor to try.
