I'm not a big Dunkin fan, but they sucked me in with their new Spicy Ghost Pepper donut. We love sweet and spicy things so this seemed right up our alley. We were wrong. The donut was dry, not that spicy, not at all sweet, and lacked flavor. It tasted like I was eating pepper bread. Since I'm not a big fan of their donuts in the first place, I shouldn't be surprised. I'm the only customer in the store and one employee is working on emptying the trash and the other guy is just standing behind the counter. After a few minutes he says did you want something? Lady who was just getting the rest of her order asked for a drink holder - they were out. I ordered a stuffed croissant and wanted a cookie butter cold brew - out of the cookie butter. Partner ordered the refresher with coconut milk and until they started making it, seemed to be a-ok - they were out of coconut milk. He then went to order the tacos and bagel bites - out of both. This location change staff often. The morning crew is very on point when ordering and consistent. However; I notice that once the morning crew leaves for the day Good Luck when ordering any specialty drinks (Expresso drinks). It's never consistent as the morning crew would have made the drinks. I always have to go back in for them to remake. I mean how hard is it to make a Latte. Although they have no drive through, so I have to lug my butt out of the car to get my much needed coffee, you can order via your app so you never have to wait in line! The employees here are really great! They're always welcoming and friendly. There's a Baskin Robbins attached to this location so you can get your ice cream fix on a hot summer day. Who doesn't love donuts!?!?!? Stopped in today to relieve my sweet tooth craving and this place was wonderful! The donuts were plentiful and all looked delicious! I chose the munchkins and they were delicious! I had one glazed, one chocolate, one jelly filled and one pumpkin! Each one was super delicious! The glaze on them was delicious an they practically melted in my mouth! Another reason this location is so great is that it has a Baskin Robbins attached so if you are not in the mood for a donut you can get some ice cream! I really have nothing but good things to say about this location. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I've never had any issues with an order and the one time they forgot an item they just gave it to me for free and apologized. I also appreciate the fact that since I come here often they give me a discount sometimes to show their appreciation for being a loyal customer. The coffee, Latte and breakfast sandwiches at Dunkin Donuts has always been exceptional, especially considering how affordable it is compared to other places like Starbucks or Caribou coffee. I highly recommend this place and will continue to be a customer. PS....Their Chicken Apple Sausage Breakfast Sandwich is the best breakfast sandwich I ever had. Dunkin Donuts is my favorite place for coffee, and this location is very close to my house. Every time I have been I've had a good experience. I always get the right order and the customer service is very nice. I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure the manager is the Woman who serves me most of the time, she even noticed I switched from creamer to milk. The workers at this Dunkin are so kind and considerate. Specifically Aleesha! Great customer service, clean place with proper safety precautions. very much appreciated. I go to this Dunkin all the time for great food, drink and service. Certainly a well run establishment witworkers who get the job done. However there's this new worker who's so weird. Literally all the other employees other than Aleesha just stare at you, don't speak at all to customers & it's so unsettling. And when they do speak it's passive aggressive and rude. they treat you like you just killed their dog or something. As walking to this location has become a daily ritual I have noticed some glaring inconsistencies and an issue that keeps popping up. The coffee is beyond inconsistent as the mocha latte tastes different (by different I don't mean good) every time that I order it.. (every day). Went here today specifically for chocolate and peanut butter ice-cream, a flavor they have had for as long as I can remember. It was really a craving! Walked in looked at the selections and no chocolate and peanut butter. I asked the worker and she said no it doesn't look like it. Here is my issue, it is a flavor they still carry. It is actually in the prepackaged freezer 2 feet to the right. However the past few time I have tried to get it they do not have it available in the single dip cones/ bowls. Her coworkers always seem happy and polite but we have been here three times and she doesn't seem to be happy to work there or doesn't like people. This location needs to figure it out because it's definitely not good for business. Tables always have crumbs on them and haven't been cleaned.
