This review is for the Baskin Robbins section of the store. We came for a mint and chip chocolate ice cream cake, it was delicious, the ice cream part was pretty good! The chocolate cake part of the cake was nothing spectacular, wasn't delicious and wasn't bad so I'd say we were happy with the our purchase. There were a few ice cream cakes to choose from, if you want a particular flavor you can call ahead and order one. There is basically two sizes, a smaller one and a larger one. We paid $31.99 for the smaller size. We got a pint of cookies and cream and ice cream as well, delicious! Walk ins are welcome, drive thru and now delivery available on their website. The restaurant was clean, there were social distancing signs and stickers on the ground, plexiglass at the register, masks required. Due to the small size of the restaurant it was difficult to social distance with the amount of customers, next time we will choose the drive thru option. read more

I walked in to this Dunkin on a time crunch with thoughts of leaving pretty quickly being that there was no drive thru to attend too because they don't have one. And there was only 2 people in front of us. So after 10 minutes of waiting while people were scrambling around we finally got to order at the counter. My buddy explains he wants a chocolate donut and he gives him a glazed right after that. He orders a black iced coffee and proceeds to get a coffee with 4 cream and 4 sugar and they could not remake it because it would take another 30 minutes. After I asked for a sausage egg and cheese bagel. Then proceeded to get a Black Pepper bacon sandwich. And then my buddy ordered the same sandwich as me. And he ended up getting 2 "wake up wraps" one that had no eggs in it and the other that had 2 eggs that aren't even part of the recipe on the menu. Not sure why or how that happened. But on top of that none of the staff behind the desk even had Dunkin clothes on they were just two dudes and some lady sitting in the back not doing a thing. The two guys ended up arguing about something not related to working whatsoever about who misplaced his "shit" and then started getting frustrated. Not a single menu item was correct I spent $25 dollars on an order and they had a big chance to get 1 item correctly but clearly not. Spite the fact that all the items I ordered were not the items and took 25 minutes IN person to come out. It seemed like they just said yeah this seems close enough give him that sandwich. Dunkin Donuts is an American multinational coffee/donut company. Came here with the little one and bought 10 munchkins, the variety pack which included 2 of each flavors... Glazed, Glazed Chocolate, Jelly, Powdered Sugar, and Blueberry Glaze.  As she was biting into it, I noticed she kept putting some aside and trying the other flavors. So of course, I went ahead and ate the rest of the ones she bit off of... and man oh man, super dry and hard. (I almost choked on one, but thankfully I asked for a cup of water to help me wash it down.) The only ones that were pretty good were the glazed chocolate and the blueberry glazed. Then I asked a staff if it was possible to switch the rest we had for the chocolate ones, and the young lady was kind enough to do that for us. Pros: Nice Staff and Clean Restroom. Cons: The Munchkin Donuts weren't fresh. (Around 2 p.m) Definitely ask when the last batch came out or at least how long they've been sitting out. (Or go to Krispy Kreme, oops) read more

This Dunkin' location is tiny and not the most accessible location. I frequent on a lunch break because it's easy for me to get in, and I just circle around to get back to my office. The parking area is minimal, but this place is normally dead. Lack of outlets really dates how old and small this location is as well. The employees conquered a table to themselves, filled with schoolwork, drinks, and whatever else. This doesn't bother me as it's the table that's hidden around the corner on the way to the restrooms from the order/pick-up area. Despite size, it is typically clean with tables and counter tops visible to customers wiped down. I cannot speak for the status of the restrooms, but one would hope it's pretty clean for how low-volume this place is. My orders are simple since I just buy iced coffee and do either schoolwork or reply to pen pals. It isn't crowded or priced like Starbucks. The natural lighting is actually pretty nice. I keep things simple, so I can't say my drinks are ever wrong. I've had a donut but upon realizing one Boston Cream was 300 calories, I've kind of been trying to avoid the goodies. The quality doesn't falter despite the size, so that's reassuring. Sometimes they're out of stock on some things, seeing how their display is occasionally pretty empty, but it's 1 PM... not worth making a fuss over when it's a breakfast spot. Normally I would give Dunkin' 5 stars because I always love their drinks. Drinks are always good and I've never had any issues. That was until today. Customer service really makes a place and I just won't visit this location anymore. I'll go to the one on Volvo that is only a few minutes away to get much better customer service. I ordered through the app and wanted a Caramel Craze iced latte. That's what I ordered, but by mistake I suppose I didn't choose the "iced" version. I'm no fan of hot drinks. So the drink was almost $5 , but no big deal because that's what I wanted. So I go up to the counter and ask if it's mine & it is. I politely ask the lady if there was any way to just make it an iced version. She wanted me to pay for a 2nd drink & order it through the app to be able to do so. I said well is there any way to just have an iced one instead of the hot one? So she then proceeds to say if that's what I want I have to wait until the entire line clears out. I wasn't happy with that, but I said fine because it was my mistake. She made me feel as though a mistake can never be made & if it is well you have to pay the price... literally. So another girl, very nice, asks what I'm waiting on & while I'm telling her what happened the older lady butts in to say "she ordered this, but really wants that" & proceeds to tell the girl to use the hot latte to make the iced one , which by the way is totally fine, that's what I was expecting since it was my mistake by why tell me I have to wait until the entire line clears to be able to throw the drink into a cup with ice???? And then also suggest I order another drink through the app if you were just going to flip it into the cup? This was just beyond rude & not good customer service at all. There's a black gentleman that has been working at this location for awhile now that is always extremely pleasant. Didn't catch his name but he has a beard and radiates positive vibes no matter what time of day I come through. I've seen him deal with some less than desirable customers and he pushes through without escalation and ultimately greets the next customer as if the previous abysmal patron didn't exist. Went to this location for the first time this morning. Parking was...interesting, but I get that it's a cramped space that shares its lot with the motel behind. There were about 5 people waiting for mobile orders and 5 in line, so it took 10 min to get my single mobile order coffee. I knew they were doing what they could though. By the time I got out the door and on my way, however, I finally tried my coffee only to find its diabetes-inducing sugar content made it undrinkable. Apparently they lost the order sticker before they made mine (it wasn't on the side of the cup)- the one where I marked half decaf and 1 pump less of the sugary swirl bc I die from excess caffeine and sugar. So they just scrapped all of that and made it like normal. Two stars because it was my free coffee of the week so thankfully I didn't pay for it. Don't even bother stopping! I drove to this DD because I like the ones in my area they offer regular glazed munchkins. My kids like chocolate, blueberry, jelly filled and regular glazed (which can be hard to find) I took my 2 year old in and let him pick a donut. I got a vanilla cream and 50 munchkins to take home to the rest of the kids. The vanilla cream had the smallest amount of cream in it. Like a tiny little sliver...maybe a teaspoon! So I asked and I was told that it is the correct amount (I got my son one the other day that had so much he couldn't eat it and usually I have to throw some away lol) so when I looked at her a little sideways she made me a new one. Still not close to enough and totally caked in powder so that just taking it out of the bag it covered my clothes and forced me to walk around all morning covered in smeared white powder Sooo after school my girls came home and grabbed a munchkin and both said ewww these are old mom. I said "no I just bought them 3 hours ago" I got a glazed and they were right!!! Hard! At lease a day old hard!!! Gross. And it should be noted my kids will eat them 1 day old but these were hard and very stale! Total waste of money. I should call corporate it was that bad!!!!! Wasted $15 never again. As a vegetarian customer, I had ordered a green goddess wrap as it was the only wrap that got my dietary restrictions. When it first came out, I had emailed the Dunkin' Donut company and said how this wrap was a great addition to the menu. A week later I went to Dunkin once again and order a green goddess wrap online after my errands. When I went to pick it up, the employees were quite rude about how they did not have it. I said I would like a refund and they said it is against policy. They said to pick another wrap that was the same price. I said I could not do so because of my dietary restriction. They said that it didn't matter and to just pick one. I said I could not and ordered egg bites. They replied no. I asked to speak with the manager about a refund or accommodations. The person I was speaking to was the manager and was very rude and spiteful. I asked why they could not give me a refund and she said because she did not know how. Thus she got annoyed and gave me an egg bites. read more

I got to this location multiple times through out the month. The staff is always friendly and I love all the flavors they have to offer. My favorite is the seasonal maple pecan coffee. There is occasionally a wait in line but it's expected at a coffee shop in the morning. The prices are affordable and there is always some one to greet when you come in. read more

Smaller store ..looks very run down for example you can see a light switch plate hinging by a wire..and the dirt behind it..staff adequate I think for the store size hit and miss very slow compared to other stores in the area..unfortunately the one closest..no drive though...overall they have the Dunkin d products....but if you look at the displays they could use a refresh...they suffer with a fairly new Krispy Kraemer across the street ..dingy in need of a major refresh due to age, indifferent staff ...go to a different Dunkin store or a Krispy Kreme across the street with a functioning drive through and a clean well run store read more

I stopped off this morning to grab a coffee and start a relaxing day. I want to be proud of the Dunkin Donuts I go to so I can give them money for a coffee once in a while... it would make sense right?? "The Good" - The Coffee tastes pretty good when you finally get it. "The Meh" - Now the first thing that makes every comment from here down take on a whole new level of disappointment is: Each receipt that is printed out has the address to a website on it and a space for a location specific code so you could offer suggestions to make the place better. Sadly, the code is always missing and when you ask for one, they say they do not know what it is... "The Bad" - The customer service and lack of anything even close to people caring about serving people coffee. - They are insanely slow and I think people are still waiting for the breakfast sandwiches they ordered, even now. - They have a few people working but never any teamwork, I honestly think they have never been trained on what to do, or how to deal with more than one person at a time. - Once in a blue moon I will get a donut with the order. The selection during the morning rush is very limited, again either never being taught how to react to situations or how to have backups already in place should you run out of a certain popular kind. -The line goes out the door, and not in a good way... if they were smart or cared, they would ask the people to stand along the counter and wrap around the front of the store. There is room for approximately five customers before the next person needs to stand outside, this is great when its raining by the way. It would appear that Dunkin Donuts do not know what stanchions are either that or once you buy a franchise you are never visited for quality control. read more

This is the most poorly run Dunkie's I've visited. First, they were out of several kinds of donuts and bagels. At 9am. Hello, aren't they still making them? Apparently not; see below. Second, when I ordered a donut, they handed me a receipt and said, "We'll call your number." What, they couldn't just give me the donut? It was on a shelf right behind the cashier, within arm's reach. I asked for her to turn around and just hand me my order, but she spent more time explaining that I should wait in line with everyone else's "order" than it would have taken to actually give me my donut. Third, after I sat down and waited for my "order", nobody called me. I went back up to the "Pick Up Orders Here" line and asked. The girl standing there asked me what I ordered, looked inside a smushed bag sitting right in front of her on the counter, and said "Here you go." Fourth, it was stale. How the hell does a Dunkie's have stale donuts at 9am? Along with the fact that they were out of several things, I don't think they actually make them fresh here. read more

They never seem prepared for the morning rush. I visited around 8:30am to order a blended ice drink. I left close to 9am, not on purpose. With three people on staff (just huddled around one register), it still took 20 minutes for my order, which was more liquid-like than slushy. It's unfortunate this is the closest one to me. No one working seems happy or motivated or works with any kind of urgency; seeing as most of their customers are on their way to work and don't have much extra time to wait while you lolly-gag to miserably pump flavor into a cup of coffee. It's a shame that their employees are the first people they will encounter to start their morning and it's not a pleasant one. I usually get my order between 6:45 & 7:45 (am) and every time I've ordered donuts they've tasted FAR from fresh. I know they open at 5 and Im ordering my donuts 3 hours after they open, but I've never had this issue with other Dunkins. Other locations taste very fresh and soft and just good. But this location's tastes stale, old, and disappointing. Yes I'm fully aware of how dramatic this review is.". However, I'm tired of people ruining others mornings or days because they are miserable with their own lives. It's not the hardest thing to put on a smile- I don't even care if it's fake, and act like you have some politeness in your body. I'm not making you work in this line of work, you chose it. So do it with kindness and treat customers how you expect to be treated yourself. I hate writing bad reviews. And I've decided not to write one for the past 3 times I've tried to give this location another chance. But today their attitudes pushed me to this bitch rant. And I'm not sorry for it. The rest though could not get an order right and turned their backs to us as we tried to order...and got pissed that we requested to order! I feel bad for the one good employee here. We come here about once a month and it has always been out the door busy, but the friendly staff gets orders taken and delivered quickly. There are a few regulars who don't take too kindly to a large family coming in and taking "their" table, but they deal with it. What makes this place special is the owner or manager (not sure which she is...). She will give the kids a free donut on your birthdays! Worst service ever! The guy works 8-9 pm at night probably knows nothing about his job. I order 1 small ice coffee which is free on monday and 1 medium ice coffee which is 99 cent with mu dd perk. He rings me up 1 hot coffee on the receipt which is 1.79 dollar and gives me 2 medium ice coffee. I ask him to check my order. He says nothing wrong with that ... Wth? 2 nights later, i give him 1 more chance. I order 1 medium coffee which is 99 cent with my dd perk. He again rings me up with full price for that medium ice coffee. I ask him thats not 99 cent. He doesnt even want to reply me and keep serving the next person. In store, there is only 2 customers: me and the guy behind me. This is frustration and I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN! read more

They're not as speedy as the Dunks up in Boston, but I guess that's to be expected. Everything is slower in the South, right? It gets really backed up around 7:30 weekday mornings and on weekend mornings. I really feel they could alleviate some of this with a drive through. Getting in and out of the parking lot is kind of a pain due to the traffic flow. The employees are pleasant and they always get my order right the first time. They overheard my kids complain one day that they didn't like what they'd ordered (frozen hot chocolate) and offered to get them something else. I really appreciated that. I'll keep going back. Staff : Mixed. In the 4 times ive been there- 3/4 everyones been nice. THey seem to have a great rapport going on between them, but sometimes inattentive to the customer. Stuff: Ok, so sometimes they are out of stuff, and everytime i walk in there, i know to walk in there expecting that they are "out" of something. Usually its the bagels unfortunately. They have gotten my coffee pretty spot on, except for 2 days ago when i ordered an iced latte- she put like 3 cubes of ice in the medium coffee- the "iced" coffee was not iced at all and she didnt put any sugar in ( but claimed to).. i know what coffee tastes like with sweetner and without. As soon as i added some to my drink ,i was fine. Sadly, she also screwed up by putting too many pumps of the syrup in the coffee and very little milk. So my concoction tasted really bad and eventually i threw it out. Will i return? Probably because i like DD's bagels and their coffee is cheaper than starbucks. But i think i may have 2 grab my coffee @ starbucks drive thru and then walk into DD for my bagel.. assuming they have it that day. Ugh. read more

Location is in a parking lot of a shady looking hotel. Once inside, there is room for about 3 customers to stand in line. One door in and out, so once you have your order, you have to push through the line to get out. Cashier taking my order didn't know the recipe for the drink, didn't know if they offered it and didn't know what sizes it came in. Ordered a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich for breakfast. Nothing special and there's zero pepper in the bacon. At least the drink tastes ok. read more

I stop at this location on the way home from work at about 7:45 AM. My biggest complaint is that they are always SO SLOW. I've stood at the register for 5 minutes with at least two of them right in front of me not saying anything. Then they'll come up to the register and not even say anything, am I supposed to order now? I will say I've never had any quality issues with the sandwiches and donuts although it does seem like they run out of some things early. I went here to pick up a large order for a breakfast meeting. The donuts were fresh enough - standard fare for any Dunkin' Donuts. That wasn't the problem. The staff were not openly hostile, not quite, but they were unfriendly and deliberately unhelpful. Maybe they were having a bad morning, but I certainly won't be going back to try to find out if they've cheered up at all. Skip it and go somewhere else. Or go hungry, which would be better than having to deal with their 'hospitality.' I've walked out of places after receiving better hospitality than they displayed, but they had me over a barrel with the large order of donuts I needed for my meeting. read more

I've been here many times since moving on this side of Chesapeake and out of the 30 times I've been here they have only gotten my order right twice! I just came back from there and my iced coffee was made 3 times before I just gave up. I repeatedly kept saying that the coffee tastes bitter and burnt and she kept trying to explain that it wasn't the coffee it was the flavoring I ordered. I politely responded by saying it can't be because I just ordered the same thing yesterday and it came out perfect.
