I have had fairly consistent visits to this particular Dunkin. They messed up my mobile order once but offered me a free order at a future date in return. The doughnuts and drinks are consistent. I love the pumpkin, chocolate glaze, and strawberry frosted doughnuts. I do not like the hashbrowns - they're always greasy and soggy, but that is a Dunkin issue and not just a problem at this store. Sunday morning May 24th 2026 5:36 a.m. I went to dunkin' donuts to order me a large coffee two creams two sugars it was nice and warm I prefer it to be hot it seems like everything was good except they forgot to add coffee the coffee was flavorless to much water. I was able to pull right in and order the staff here was very nice and very patient I wanted to try something a bit different so I indulged in a butter pea an ice coffee with Carmel and an extra shot with cream and sugar. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous--they refused to take my order. I walked up to the counter and waited a few minutes and finally someone told me to order at a kiosk. I said that I would like to order from a human being and I was told that cash orders can be done in the drive-through and indoors was card only and kiosk only. I asked to see a manager (the worker was standing in front of a cash register that she refused to use) and I was told there was no manager. I asked what would happen if I had cash and no car I was told "I don't know what to tell you, sir." Out of principle, I will not order food from a location that does not value face-to-face interaction and sales between employees and customers. This is horrible customer service and I will instead be going to Mr. Bill's, a location that cares about customers and, although slightly more expensive, tastes way better. Worst customer service , if you go inside and pick up your food you will see a grown manager yelling at the young kids working and they are all being disrespectful to each other . I went there 3/20/2025 around 10:30a and was having trouble using the kiosk it was not busy and asked if me and my daughter could get assistance the woman glanced at us and ignored our request. We exited and a gentleman standing outside the door asked if he could get some help for us and we replied we already tried and were ignored he said he saw many people leaving being frustrated we do not like the kiosk and do try but much too time consuming and difficult. read more

Mark I just visited the Dunkin Donuts on South Woodland Blvd in Deland, Florida. Moved to Deland in Jan 2023. Always wanted to stop buy as they're right across the street. Always packed and hard to find parking. I finally went this morning. Parked the car and walked in. I asked the girl at the counter how much a dozen donuts are. She said, $13.99!!! Wow. I let her know I'll take half a dozen. After I selected the donuts, she said, I just need you to ring up. I thought, is she telling me that I'm going to ring myself up while I'm at the counter on the other side of her? Yep! So, there's a large screen to select everything she just packaged for me. She comes around the corner to assist. I took out a $20.00 bill. She immediately tells me they don't take cash. Only debit/credit cards. I run out to the car and back in. I finish checking out, then left. Dunkin wants me to work for them as a cashier. Then on top of it, they don't accept cash! Got home and had the first donut. Chocolate Frosted. Stale and dry!!! Maybe that's their strategy. If the donuts are stale, they'll purchase coffee from us! Folks, there's nothing good going on at Dunkin. Take your business up to Walmart or purchase Krispy Kreme donuts at Publix. Great tasting, cheaper, and you don't have to deal with nonsense! Krispy Kreme needs to open a location on South Woodland Blvd in Deland, Florida. They'd make a killing! In fact, there's a building for rent right across the street from Dunkin. All the times I've been to this Dunkin they have been nice and quick. Super friendly outside in the drive though line and inside working the desk. They always have my drink ready in a timely manner and normally have the donut I want in stock. I'm a member on the DD app and they reward you every times you reach 200 points with a free drink any size, I'm always super excited when I get to buy a large drink. read more

Came in today to order breakfast, I usually get a breakfast sandwich and a latte, FE usually gets a juice, an ice coffee and bagel mini's. Now you have to order using a touch screen kiosk, I was so frustrated with this I only ordered a donuts and coffee and FE was like forget it I'm not ordering anything, 20 minutes later I have to say something to the manager because we still didn't have our drink, 6 people who ordered after us have been served and I'm over it. Basically they expect you to walk in, place your order on a touch screen kiosk in 1 minute that they probably had three days training on, what's next your going to have to make your own coffee and breakfast sandwich too! read more

Went there this morning with my son. He always loved going when he was younger with me so we wanted to sit inside and have a nice breakfast. Ordering from the kiosk was not great. Couldn't order his munchkins. He didn't want assorted just blueberry and glazed. 3 people standing around and would take a verbal order. So we left. I was there a few days ago and there was a homeless looking man in the lobby, he paid for a drink and even though he bought something they proceeded to push him out of the store when it was raining and storming. They told him he couldn't sit in there, which I think is wrong and completely unfair as he should've been allowed to sit in the lobby for at least 30 minutes before being made to leave since he bought something. read more

Epic fail today stopped by trying to buy coffee. Cars wrapped around building traffic became snarled due to poor design of parking lot cars were unable to exit the window due to the end of the line restricting the exiting car. After 10 minutes I was late for work and left without my beloved coffee. DD manger needs to address this issue with more staff or better training of staff and signs in parking lot. . read more

Who doesn't like Dunkin'? This location was my first experience offering a "cold brew" coffee. I really liked that they offered samples of the new offerings! Super smart. As you'd expect, after trying the sample I had to have the full size! So I got that and the Texas Toast Grilled Cheese with ham. Heck yes, my kind of breakfast! I was thinking of going the healthier route, but I really couldn't help myself but to indulge. The food (as always) was so tasty and is prepared to order. One reason this isn't a five star review is that it was challenging to find a table or bar top that was empty and had been wiped down. I understand there is a high turn over but it'd be great to have an employee looking out for tables. One really cool thing about Dunkin' is they know we're a connected society and love electrical outlets! Small but important detail in my book. Woohoo! read more

The location on Garfield is much closer to my home, but I prefer this store. The coffee is so good! They have a great selection of donuts and bagels regardless of the time of day and their crew members are incredibly nice. The lobby is clean and the drive thru moves quickly. My one complaint is the parking lot. It's small and on a weird angle, but the food and service makes it worth it. read more

I have no issue with the food, or drink quality of Dunkin, it's always the best! My issue is with the service. The individual who took our order thought it was more important to give my wife an attitude after every item she ordered! So, naturally we didn't get what we ordered- in fact we got the exact opposite! We don't have time to go back to get the order right, it's why we chose the drive through. The service was good but when we sat down to eat our breakfast sandwiches we noticed hair at a table ants at a windowsill carrying off crumbs and a ROACH at a garbage can that was INSIDE the store!! We notified the manager that was their at the time and her response made us think if she was going to do anything about it!! Also made me think how clean the prep and cooking area is! I'm from NEW YORK CITY and I've seen roaches ants and dirty restaurants but at least in NYC they regularly inspect restaurants and grade them. If they have a poor grade they close them down until they fix the issue. Inspectors really need to inspect these small chain restaurants and keep them up to par! My mom picked up donuts on the way to my house. She got two dozen donuts and she asked for some of our favorite. When she got to my house she had a whole dozen of things we didn't order. 6 chocolate filled icing donuts and we all think those are disgusting. And strawberry icing topped. We didn't get the raspberry filled we ordered, Only 1 jelly filled we ordered. They simple acted like they didn't have the time to listen to get the order right. We waited and waited for our order. Several folks who ordered after us got their orders while we were standing and waiting. Another customer returned to the counter and complained the order they had been given was wrong. It turns out what they got was what we'd ordered. Health codes did not allow them to hand the opened order to us so it was tossed out. The manager ensured a new order was prepared for the other customer. FINALLY it dawned on her that MAYBE she should also have a new order cooked for us!! I visit this location every morning. I find the staff to be friendly, courteous and very helpful. Each day I receive my order very quickly and correctly each time. I am there at an early time but on rare occasions a little later. Each visit is the same. I do believe that the parking lot could use some renovation to update the volume of traffic that goes in an out, but I do not fault the staff of this location for this. Purchased 2 of the egg and cheese wrap, it was tiny and the sign did not say snack size although they told us this after we looked in the bag, it was horrible and actually tasted like either the eggs were bad or it had some cleaning solution on it. Very friendly staff for the most part. They make an effort to learn your name and what you like to order. The morning line can get pretty long, but they do a fairly good job of working with the space they have to make it go quickly. My only complaint would be that the drinks are not consistent. Horrible customer service. The guy in the drive thru dropped my refillable cup and said I can move up to get it, I ran over the cup, the guy then proceeded to charge me for fora regular coffee instead of my half price for my refill. I called manager and she told me she was sorry but she can't replace my cup. My girlfriend then called her and the manager said "I've already discussed it with her and I'm not discussing it with you, I'm not replacing the cup" then hung up rudely. Went there a month ago with a friend. When I got to order my coffee, the manager was helping with taking orders. I politely told her that she should discuss with her regional manager or whoever is responsible, at how disturbing the parking situation is there. I suggested that an elderly person would be at risk because since they don't move very fast & in jeopardy of potentially being hit by a vehicle due to the poor design of the parking lot & vehicle access/traffic. My friend (in her 30s) had just had recent surgery, so she was walking very slowly & she even was concerned about having to move a bit quicker because of the fast flow of traffic. It was about 10:30am & it was a madhouse! It has to be the poorest parking lot of any Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to here in FL or elsewhere. Essentially, you have 2 entrances to the property and in order to place a take-away order, you have to drive completely around the building & be cautious to other incoming traffic from the other entrance. I was taken by surprise as the manager took it personally & started telling me off - that I was unduly criticizing her store, that they had the most in-store traffic of any in the area, etc. I told her I wasn't complaining about the store but about the horrible access to the store from outside. She continued to yell, so I said I was leaving & would never be back & would go to another nearby location. She proceeded to say how that store's customer service was awful, etc. Way to go - if, as a manager, you can't be good at customer service yourself, then throw another store under the bus. I was a Customer Service manager for many years - this didn't sit well with me. The manager should be retrained or find another line of work. I have since put in a complaint to the main Dunkin' Donuts' number. read more
