As an East Coast transplant, I am predisposed to craving Dunkin' Donuts. Suffice to say, our local Suisun City Dunks has some work to do, but they've gotten better since opening. I usually walk in, as I admit, the drive-thru is often quite slow. I come from the days when everyone in cars ordered a lahge regulah and maybe a honey-dipped and went on about their day; now that the menu has cold brew hot foam mochabacomacchiccinos, things take longer I guess. Walk-in is usually an in-and-out process. The coffee last night had some freshly ground grounds in the bottom of the cup, and it definitely lacked for sugar, and for some reason, it seems like a lot of the donuts frequently taste vaguely of blueberry munchkin. Weird. On the good side, my last dozen trips, everyone on staff has been *very* courteous, the coffee is usually right, and they at least for now seem to have stopped cheaping out on the chocolate and maple frosting on the donuts. I went online and ordered a mud pie for my husband for Father's Day from Baskin Robbins. Moments later I received a phone call from them stating that they couldn't make a pie because they didn't have a pie crust. And that even Raleys didn't have one. She said they could make a pizza instead. I asked to cancel the order but of course my card got charged anyway. What a hot mess. I doubt that they'll be open much longer. I have patronized this location a handful of times and they are consistently, and unexplainably S L O W every single time. Yesterday was the final straw for me. I ordered one...count that... ONE strawberry shake. From beginning to end in the drive thru I timed it at 18 mins. And from the time I got to the window and paid I had to wait 8 minutes for them to make my shake and they were not busy and they had at least 3 employees on the floor that I could see. In the drive thru there was only one person ahead of me. The person taking the money ended up scooping the ice cream for my shake but he waited about 3+ mins before walking away from the window to do so then I proceeded to watch all 3 employees fumble over my ONE....yes ONE milkshake with 2 ingredients. It's almost comedic how ridiculously inefficient and slow they are except it's not because they take longer than places that actually cook meat! Anyway it was a great idea but the execution is horrible and if whoever owns this place is reading this...I have to assume you just have money to throw away because this place will probably not be open by this time next year with this crappy service sorry not sorry. read more

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 mins. The employee took forever to just jot down three items. I wanted the Brown Sugar Oat Latte, but they said it was discontinued and told me the ingredients for a duplicate latte. That was fine with me, but they charged me for a Brown Sugar Oat Latte and upcharged me for that customization/syrup substitution. When I pulled up to the window, the lady did not read my order right, so I repeated what I wanted again and she said, "Yeah, that's right." Then she proceeds to give me the wrong flavored munchkins and only 1 latte instead of 2. She looks at me dumb and I even have to ask if I'm going to get my 2nd latte or not. I was so excited to have a Dunkin close by, and the few times I have been here have just convinced me to not come back. The first time around I got a iced coffee, the coffee was watered down and the girl working there clearly was winging it. The final straw for me was when I attempted to go inside and get coffee and donuts, the two girls behind the counter were like chickens with their heads cut off; when I say they had no idea wth was going on, it is an understatement. To make matters worse, myself and 3 other people were in line for about 20 minutes, and there was what appeared to be a manager or something just chilling in a corner trying really hard to look busy. How hard is it to get up and help the workers behind the counter for just a few minutes? All in all I don't know how long dunkin will last here, management needs to sweep in ASAP. My husband and I dropped in for donuts and of course the obligatory ice cream. We decided to walk in instead of using the drive thru even though there weren't many cars because we weren't sure of what we wanted. What terrible service! We waited while they served everyone outside and ignored us. The only person who acknowledged us was a person who answered the question we asked and then quickly disappeared. The donuts from this location were horrible. The donuts tasted like cleaning products. These are probably 1-3 days old. I know dunkin in suisun is short staffed. But it doesnt mean you can rip off customers. I ordered a Medium iced Matcha Latte w/ oatmilk which is $1 extra. And i dont mind paying for the extra as long as long as the order is right. My mom ordered the mangonada which costs $8, but there were no mangoes at all. They should've just told us that they are out of mangoes and just not order it. I hope everything gets fixed and the staff trained better. Coz Lots of people like Dunkin Donut. read more

These donuts are horrible! I'd give them a zero if that was a choice. I ordered a half dozen and chose to get two chocolate fostered w/sprinkles, one vanilla frosted w/sprinkles, one blueberry and two glazed donuts. The dismay in my grandchildren's faces as they took their bites was terribly unsettling. The donuts were very dry and crumbling as we took the first bites. My grandchildren were not at all happy with the donuts we received. I've been to this location several times. I'm not sure but it seems to me as if employees are trained not to acknowledge or make eye contact with the customer. Even when there aren't many customers. You can find employees tending to the drive thru (makes sense) but others randomly stocking or cleaning something while customers are looking around to see who is in line or who has been helped. Went here last night 15 minutes before closing. No customers. Asked for ice cream, just a single scoop. Was told the ice cream was unavailable. No explanation. I asked again, she asked her Mgr on her headset if she could serve and was told no. Again no explanation. I get making a pizza, a sandwich or something but to grab a scooper and put it on a cone? I ended up getting ice cream in a carton instead and as I'm getting rang up, they put covers over the ice cream display. Scheduled a mobile order pickup the day before for 9:10am, but none of it was even started when I got there at 9:10am. I was waiting around for about 5-10min with no assistance at the mobile pickup line until I had to bother someone. I had to have the delivery somewhere by a certain time, but that could not be done due to it not be done on time. I will say the donuts were good and the coffee was hot. I was originally hyped that they were opening a DD in the area, but what a letdown. I've probably totaled 4 or 5 visits here already, and with each visit, the service has progressively gotten worse. The first few visits were through the drive-thru. I sat and waited 30 plus minutes to place and receive my order. I let that slide the first few visits because I figured its a new opening. Then I started realizing the lines weren't as long, but the time it took to place and receive my order was the same. Secondly, they have messed up my order TWICE. One time they probably gave me someone else's order because the box of donuts was nothing that I ordered. Now, the straw that broke the camel's back for me was when I went into the store to buy a birthday cake and asked them if they can write happy birthday on it. The person over the counter gave me a dumb look and stated they don't do that. Why do they even sell birthday cakes then? I had to drive all the way to the Baskin Robbins by Huckleberry to buy the cake. I am not going back. As for the donuts themselves, it is hit or miss. Sometimes they are moist, sometimes dry. By no way are they bad, but they aren't that great either. I'd say their donuts are on the "cakey" side. I prefer the texture and flavor of a donut from a local bakeshop.
