Not that I'm racist or anything, but they didn't know the name of the donuts, so when the lady asked us what do we want, we told her the names that were displayed next to the donuts. She looked puzzled as if we just ordered something that is not sold in the store. Then my daughter started pointing, the lady started to do her job. When it came to the strawberry donut, which was the only one there, the lady asked us, just one? I mean, I don't know, can you see any other ones? That wasn't all it though. The display shelf with the donuts had a fly having a great time in there. I've stopped by this location several times and the people working the drive thru somehow never get my order right. I've yet to have an order they don't forget something or say "they didn't hear me order that item." Plus, drive thru service is slooow. I always see multiple staff members talking and joking around inside (super glad they enjoy their jobs!) which add to the long wait times. Order ahead seems to work best for me when I'm on a time crunch and can check the bag/ cup before I leave. Just make sure to double check your order & date/time before placing. This poor dunkin... the new ownership is still just a mess... since they switched over this past year or two, it has just been a disaster. The drinks I order, EVERY TIME come out wrong. Every time. I'd rather spend more at Starbucks and drive further for coffee. I'm a huge Dunkin fan, however this particular location has chronic staffing issues that seem to be extending on for multiple years. Today was the third time I placed a mobile order, arrived and the place has yet to be opened. This on top of the multiple times I've arrived and had to wait for them to brew the coffee, because they've opened late. Can we address this. As a life-long community member and resident of the Chesterfield/Ellisville area we DO NOT give enough credit where it's due. The Fountain Plaza is one of the best additions to the community this county has ever seen, and this Dunkin' Doughnuts is absolutely unreal. Picture this, I get into work at the Lions Choice right across the street at 7am. After fulfilling my morning due diligence's I'm famished. During my allotted 15 minute break I am able (thanks to the convenience of the plaza) to go to the Dunkin' Doughnuts and get some decent food and be back with time to spare. This location is typically slow (staffing issues are understandable) but this morning even more so. Unfortunately, after waiting in the drive thru an inordinate amount of time, the experience at the window was less than satisfactory. We were handed the wrong order at first. Everything was pleasant with our visit until we walked outside to eat our donuts on the patio. A Dunkin' Donuts empire was sitting at the first table outside the door smoking a cigarette. I had a HORRIBLE experience at this Dunkin Donuts. I had ordered ahead online 3 donuts and an iced coffee. When I arrived to dunkin, they were very rude and handed me only the drink. I then waited, until they asked if they could help me, in a sassy tone. I said that i had ordered 3 donuts as well, then they proceeded to say that they were out of those donuts and only have plain and blueberry. Online it had said that they had the donuts I ordered. I asked for a refund and they said to just do it on the app. When I went to the app there is nowhere to get a refund. I tried calling this location, and it went straight to beeping. I contacted the dunkin helpline and they never responded. I am very upset and disappointed that I spent money on donuts I never received. If there was a rating less than one star, I'd put use it. I have had many bad experiences with this locations dunkin. The latest experience was when I ordered a mobil order of an iced coffee and 3 donuts. When I got to the drive through to pick up, they were very rude and said they did not have any of the donuts I ordered and that they only have two kinds. Which on the app it stated that they were available at that location. I then asked for a refund on the donuts, and they said they can't do refunds in store but only on the app. I went on the app and saw nowhere to file a refund. I'm so sad to share that this is the most geographically convenient Dunkin' to my house. Lately, I have been disappointed with the service. It takes me ages to get my order, even if I'm the only person in line. I also feel like the employees have not been as friendly as they were previously. In addition to the quality of service (or lack their of), I have decided I will NEVER do mobile pick up here again. I ordered three coffees and an assorted 50 pack of munchkins. I arrived after the time my Dunkin' app told me my order would be ready, but only my coffees were ready.
