The service here has gotten worse and worse...you are interrupted when ordering, the order is not read back, it's usually wrong or they try to give you someone else's order, you are not given or offered napkins (it's finger food for goodness sake), your change is not counted back, nor do they Thank you...I have given several opps to fix-but I won't be visiting here again. read more

First off if you are in a hurry you better go elsewhere because they take forever! I keep going back because the prices are very reasonable. I do think the staff needs a bit more training, I order the same thing every time and it tastes different, every time. Friendly staff, clean store, horrible donuts and food. Doughnuts are dried out even the munchkin donut holes not sure how you manage to dry those out. And bacon, egg, cheese croissant sandwich either out of croissants and they tell you or they just put it on a rock hard bagel without telling you. This has happened on so many different occasions it's not just a one time occurrence. Unfortunately, it is so close to me we keep going but really enough is enough we will make the drive for real doughnuts from now on. read more

Not good. They try, but they never get it right. Skip this place unless you want to have a frustrating and disappointing experience. I don't think they've ever gotten my order correct, and it always takes forever. They're frequently out of basic things (certain donuts) and often have issues with equipment - this morning there were no Coolatas (who knows why?). Did I mention how my English muffin was given to me totally raw with some egg and cheese thrown on top? And they would do well to keep the dining area cleaner. Lots of tables with crumbs abound. As someone from Massachusetts who is used to a Dunks on every corner, maybe my expectations are too high. I was so excited when this place opened and understood the learning curve of a new location - they're not even close to being at an acceptable level. Location: 9561 N. McGee Kansas City, MO 64155. Today's visit was a reminder of why I stopped going to this Dunkin Donuts. The manager was hosting the drive-thru and once again she was frazzled...got the order wrong...did not bother with any type of customer service presentation...failed to give a receipt or napkins...she got frustrated when we requested our proper order. A simple greeting is not hard. It's natural to get orders wrong when it's busy but please if you do this often write a note at your station to remind yourself to put napkins in the bag, double check your orders before your hand them to the customer, and say hello and have a nice day. This is a poor representation of a well-established nostalgic joint. We stopped frequenting this location after multiple visits of orders being wrong and sloppy customer service. There needs to be some serious training in management here. This area is thriving and people want Dunkin around here. Someone in corporate needs to retrain the manager. She does not have the skills to overcome any type of workload that DD demands. Please help her so we can continue to frequent our favorite place. We do appreciate that Dunkin continues to provide a service during this crisis. We also acknowledge the hard work of all employees. Did not want to leave this review but this was happening consistently prior to the crisis. You should always leave with a smile from a donut shop and that is not the case here. read more

We visited this location a few months ago and they were out of glazed donut holes by 10 AM... what kind of place runs out of the most popular donut flavor that early? The girl at the window was very rude so we chose to leave instead of ordering something different. The other time I was here the iced coffee was already watery right after they handed it to me. I was worried about this place when I read the reviews, but it turned out to be a great experience.

Worst customer service by a barista ever! First the Coolato tasted like watered down coffee, with sugar and cream. They forgot to add whipped cream to four of the Coolatos we ordered and completely forget the other drink. When we reminded them about the one they had forgotten on our order and asked if they could put the cream on the four that didn't have any, our barista acted like we were out of place asking for our order to be corrected. She flipped her head back with an annoyed look on her face and let out an exasperated sigh. Needless to say after that we went in and asked for a full refund. It was one thing for our order not to be completely right. But if we are paying for a product we at least should be treated respectfully. The gentleman at the drive thru did apologize and refund us which was wonderful though. read more

So after several months of visiting this location, I'm writing a review after receiving coffee this morning that made me feel very ill. I got a large cold brew with caramel swirl and it tasted like they put some sort of chemical into the coffee. It was horrible. The donuts here are often stale, even though this location is usually very busy in the mornings. The staff is usually very hit or miss. Sometimes they are on top of things, other times it takes the 6 tries to get your order right (or they don't at all) or they're complaining about being overworked. Can't wait for the Starbucks to open up down the block. read more

I've given this location too many chances already and every time I'm disappointed. The customer service is poor, the quality of donuts would embarrass the CEO of DD, and if you ever add anything to your coffee or get a mixed flavored drink, it's never mixed correctly and tastes off. this is literally the worst dd I have ever been to in my life. I was born and raised in Massachusetts and moved here in 2011. I was ecstatic to see a dd put in here because it was like a small piece of home. or at least I hoped it would be... that was not and has never been the case there, ever. first of all they are always out of donuts no matter what time of day your there. I've even been there and after being told they dont have any donuts their also out of coffee... it seems to me like they'll hire just about anyone off the street especially the ones who can't count. im not sure I've ever received the correct change, I always have to count it out in front of them to demonstrate how to add coins. I made a complaint once to dd headquarters and they sent the info to the guy that owns that restaurant, and he called me and said he would look into it. he then tried to make good by sending me some coupons, the ones he sent me were almost a year expired and of course they won't honed them... do yourself the favor and stay far away. it is not worth the frustration. read more

I visited this store this morning. I purchased a dozen assorted donuts which was supposed to include 2 jelly donuts and 6 glazed. When I got home what I had was 8 glazed, no jelly. After picking my daughter up I took the box of donuts back and explained the situation. In the drive through they claimed they could not help me without my receipt which I had forgotten at home. I started to leave but decided to go in thinking surely once they saw that I had the box of donuts they would make it right but they gave me the same answer. They would do nothing without a receipt and compounded the situation by telling me I should have checked the box before I left the window. Granted this is always a good idea when going through the drive through anywhere but, SERIOUSLY, it is not my job to make sure you give me what I paid for. They never once mentioned any sort of apology. There are 4 adults and 1 donut loving kid in my house. Dunkin Donuts just lost 5 repeat customers over $2! read more
