I promise every effing Dunkin Donuts in STL has been on some major BS lately. The drive thru line was long as hell so I used the app to do a drive thru mobile order. I get up to the speaker and tell them I have a mobile order. I ordered a medium iced latte with oatmilk and a bacon/egg/cheese croissant. Speaker Clerk: We are sorry. We are unable to fill your order Me: *having prior bad experiences with shortage of sandwiches at the other DD locations* Why, is it the sandwich???" SC: Yeah Me: Could I just get some other sandwich or hot food because the app already took my funds and assumed you all had the food. SC: We don't have no hot food. We can refund you? Me: *deep breaths* OK let me just get my coffee then. I love this Dunkin' so much! I come here every Tues and Thurs morning around 7:15 and order the exact same thing- large cold brew, no ice, vanilla and cinnamon shot. I also usually get the Power Breakfast Sandwich, which is turkey sausage, a veggie egg omelet, and cheese all on a multigrain sandwich bread. It's filling and tasty! Did you know about their flavor shots? They're an essence that they put in your coffee that has zero sugar (or artificial sweetener) and tons of flavor. It's like if you were to order the hazelnut coffee at Bread Co, same concept. There are several flavors and my go-to in the winter is the vanilla and cinnamon since it reminds me of a holiday drink! Great option for people who like additional flavor but don't want the sugar rush from the syrups. Onto the staff. I've only ever had super positive interactions here. I typically interact with ladies when ordering and men when I get my food (this seems to be typical staffing trend at quick service places), but everyone is so friendly, warm, and kind. Traffic has been miserable lately and I was passing through Kirkwood on my way from Chesterfield to IL due to my GPS on this day. I decided to bring donuts to work for my crew. I went through the drive thru and got a dozen assorted donuts and 2 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps for myself. These wraps are always hot and fresh and the tortilla gets a bit crispy which I like. Also it's a better alternative to a biscuit or bagel breakfast sandwich because I attempt to avoid breads as much as possible. Drive thru service was friendly and speedy. I will be back! read more

Not sure what is going on at this location? I used to really enjoy the coffee and munchkin donuts. The last three times I have been here, the coffee was watery with a bad aftertaste. I ask for cream, but due to the coffee being so watery it tastes like all creamer and little coffee. The coffee tasted so awful, I poured it out each time. The munchkins have gone down hill! They are barely dotted with glaze and are dry and tasteless. They used to be delicious, dense and moist. I usually love Dunkin Donuts coffee and munchkins. The one positive is the service is generally good and the drive thru workers seem very friendly and cheery. I hate to say it, but I won't be back. read more

Aside from the bare minimum customer service that I received through the drive through and at the window -- the food was inedible. I ordered a cream cheese bagel, a bacon egg and cheese croissant, and a small coffee. * The bagel: Cream cheese only on one side and all in the middle in one big clump. Completely unable to even use a knife to spread the cream cheese since it all fell through. * Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant: The egg was completely cold and the cheese was not melted. The maple bacon was correct and was heated up, but that was it. Small Coffee (5 creams and 5 sugars): the coffee was COLD and completely black, as in no cream. I enjoy Dunkin Donuts coffee and love my Keurig for morning coffee. I have been bitching for a while now, that they did not offer their coffee in a K-Cup. Yesterday I was watching the Today show getting informed on the daily news and to my surprise Dunkin Donuts had a commercial for their K-Cups. No wonder I couldn't find them in the stores or the Keurig website, they are only exclusive at a Dunkin Donuts store. Tuesday was my day or running errands and I planned my route to take me by a DD. As I shopped their display of K-Cups, I realized the other customers at that time were also buying boxes of DD K-Cups. They had their regular blend in both full strength and decaf as well as a couple flavored and hot coco for sale. I bought two boxes, but hesitated in my purchase. They were expensive, the quantity vs price did not compute like the ones on the internet or at other stores. They were more then a high end grocery store. Drink your coffee DD and wake up. There is no middle man here, it's your store and your product. I am sure you can price your K-Cups at a more reasonable price. Since I was there, I thought why not grab some breakfast so I ordered the Sausage Pancake Bites. The banners made them look so cute and tasty. Besides, I thought how can you go wrong with a combination of pancake and sausage. You can, it tasted like a old corn dog, so I do not recommend them. Service was average. Still working out the kinks, this brand new, from-the-ground-up store is charged with introducing the classic donut and breakfast sandwich establishment back to town. The location is great, the facility clean and new, and the promise of good, cake-y donuts when the crack-laced Krispy Kreme donuts just aren't your thing is welcoming. I don't eat the donuts because I don't like donuts. They taste like sugar to me. BUT I love their coffee and the fact I can go there with my crazy hours of work, as it is open 24 hours is fantastic. They serve an egg white turkey sandwich, which I get with out cheese, served on flat bread that is decent enough for someone trying to get to work. Research says that the Turkey egg white sandwich is actually lower fat/better for you then the veggie one. Crazy! I am addicted to their pumpkin muffins. I have one every other day and I need to stop. lol. They are almost ALWAYS out of their pumpkin muffins as they are all kinds of awesome. Service is friendly. yeah "Meh. I've experienced better." I think was anticipating too much. We've been here twice and both times I wasn't impressed. The coffee wasn't as great as I've heard it was. The donuts were ok. The first time I ordered a regular coffee with cream and sugar. It wasn't as good as the coffee I have at home. I was disappointed. They were out of the Vanilla creme. It was a bit of a let down for me and the kids. The customer services wasn't anything special. The second time, which was today I ordered a Carmel latte. LOL where was the Carmel!?
