I wish I could give 0 stars. For context- I'm type 1 diabetic (sugar in drinks= very, very bad) and severely lactose intolerant. My husband wanted to surprise me so he stopped by last week and ordered me a sugar free vanilla, almond milks latte. When he brought it home I saw the label said almond milk and vanilla (not sugar free) and when I sipped it I realized not only was there not sugar free vanilla in it, there was no syrup at all. Well, better than the normal vanilla at least- but the milk was also normal milk. Completely different order. I had to throw the whole thing away. Not to mention- it was made terribly and there was no foam. He went back this week to surprise me and this time he reiterated 3 times "SUGAR FREE", they repeated it back & it was definitely almond milk. No foam- still a terrible latte- but there was flavor and I could drink it at least. I drank the large latte fast and realized 10 minutes after...it was not sugar free. Did he ask 3 times? Did they confirm? Yes and yes. Is this a terrible establishment with no respect for customers orders? I think we can, at this point, say an emphatic yes. I almost had to go to the hospital, and that is not an exaggeration. Orders aren't preferences. I spent 3 miserable hours trying to get my blood sugar back to normal and missed a meeting I was meant to be leading all because of their negligence. We will never return read more

Been into this location 5-6 times trying to see if the next time would be better. Unfortunately, had to learn the hard way that this Dunkin' just isn't cutting it. Haven't been in once where we were out in under 20mins. And no "wild orders", just regular items on the menu, and 3-4 coffees max. This location often makes mistakes and would get our drink order wrong almost every visit. Today I tried to order an item on the menu by reading it off verbatim and the drive thru clerk did not recognize the drink. I tried to explain that it's on the menu and was brushed off. As I pulled up to the window I said hi and no response. Whoever worked the drive thru window this morning 9/19, she needs to improve on customer service. She seemed offended because I wanted to make sure the drink order was correct at the drive thru window. I've never met someone rude at this location before. I have been coming here to this location for a while now, and even before this location ever existed I'm a Dunkin' customer from way back. I believe this is a family-owned franchise and I like to support local businesses. I don't like to give negative reviews and hesitate to do so, but too many times this business has disappointed me, not in the product but in the customer service. The owner is very nice but a few of the employees have been rude on more than a few occasions. I am a believer in treating others with kindness and respect- in a business setting it's called being professional. I don't know if it's that they don't have enough staff working or what the issue is but there really is no excuse. I understand everyone has off days but if helping customers is a primary function of your job you need to have a pleasant, positive attitude, and if you don't or can't then don't work in this industry. You don't let insignificant things annoy you and then take it out on the customer. It's highly unprofessional when you have a negative attitude and it's the quickest way to lose customers. I hope the management reads this review and invests in training their employees in customer service. I will not be returning to this location again, or at least for a long time. read more

I don't understand why this DD has gotten so bad to the point where their new employees INTENTIONALLY ring you up and give you the WRONG orders. I decided to see if the service has gotten better as I have not been in many months, but this location just continues to get worse. The drive-through line took forever today and when I finally got up to the front, they got my order mixed up with a mobile order, so no big deal at first, they asked what I wanted, and I told them. But they asked a few times, and seemed confused with my order. After all is said and done when they handed me my drink and I drove off it was nothing at all what I ordered. I was in a rush so I didn't think to look after repeating my order so many times to them. Unfortunately this will be the last time I am going to this location for good. A Dunkin' Donuts in south Orange County? I was ecstatic to come across a Dunkin' Donuts conveniently located right off the 5 freeway. I went super early on a Sunday morning (before a long commute) and I was pleasantly greeted with energetic and friendly employees, a spic and span clean environment, hot coffee, and a delicious turkey sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. To say that I am a big fan is an understatement! I got a small coffee with caramel syrup and it was perfect on a Sunday morning. The croissant sandwich was fresh and warm and coupled with the fact that there was no line or long waiting, made the experience that much better. Oh! And, they have a drive-thru, which is super convenient as well, if you are in a rush and need your order right away. 5 stars all the way. What did you order?" Umm then when she handed me my food she said "can you check if it's all there" again umm . Mmmmmm..... Donuts.... It's hard to give donuts a bad review and I've had those fancy shmancy $4-a-piece donuts that make you go broke after eating a dozen. Though the fancy shmancy donuts were undeniably better and are basically my dream come true, I will not complain --ever-- about a boston creme donut from Dunkin. It's been my favorite since I was a little girl and it brings me back to my happy place. I've always only had happy memories with my boston creme donut from Dunkin. Just thinking about a boston creme donut calms me down and makes me a lot less angry about everything else in my life. Maybe these people complaining about the parking situation (really, Cesar??? As an east coaster, who remembers D&D before it was a chain and when they really did make the donuts ("time to make the donuts" was a real thing), I come to this review with a lack of love for D&D as a chain. Definitely better coffee out there. But I do love their Macchiato. It's actually the only thing I order. So it's irritating when you order one in the drive thru that it sometimes comes as a latte (like 50% of the time)? And it's not until you get home and it's warm enough to drink for it to be known. After a series of fails, like legit about 50% of the time the order is accurate, this morning after a wait in the line we got a little over a 1/2 full cup of a medium Macchiato. Partially satisfied that it's actually a macchiato and not a latte. On the app I tried to report it and was offered 250 credits. But you know what's never permitted to use credits on? A macchiato. So those credits don't actually make up for anything. Also most times the app doesn't work for orders. I believe they turn the ability off to slow down the orders. The sad thing is, the franchise owner is actually great but her staff is questionable when she isn't there. Anyway, not sure my order makes or breaks this business but it's lost. read more

Well I've contemplated contacting corporate or ANYONE about this issue... NUMEROUS times, and I mean at least 75% of the time my order is WRONG. I come here about 5 times a week for coffee and 4/5 times my order is wrong. It's literally just coffee! One time I had to have the girl remake my coffee 3 times!! Multiple times I've been given a cold latte in a hot cup when I ordered a hot latte only to be told "I'm So sorry! I forgot to heat it!" How is that even possible??
