My wife and son and I were in this Starbucks and we greeted ok but we had to wait for at least 10 minutes to place our orders. The service was good needs to improve maybe have a cashier taking the orders and the rest of the crew fills the order. This is 2nd time I order match latter here. My custom order is "11 scope of matcha powder and without ice" but my drink really light and doesn't have strong taste of match. I asked them if you could make another one for me, since probably this is not like my order. They keep argue that they make it correctly, since it doesn't have ice so they add more milk and make it light. But I order that custom a lot of time from different store, nothing like that. Weird vibe. Walked in to buy just a dark roast coffee and a cheese Danish. Barista took my order and then continued to stare a me for a few seconds before realizing that she needed to pour a cup of coffee and put some half and half in it. She puts the cup under the coffee maker/dispenser and starts the process. Eventually I get it and ask about my cheese Danish. She says it will be out shortly. After about 15 minutes of waiting I could not wait any longer and just left. I'm not sure why it would take so long to put a cheese Danish into a paper bag. I wonder how long it took them to notice that I left, if they ever did. I think if you don't use the mobile app or the drive they get very confused. read more

Coffee - 4/5 : I ordered the Salt Caramel Cream Cold Brew! It's just about the only thing I order from here. They mostly don't fail me on flavor. But with the ever changing staff I never know what I'll get! Today? I got exactly what I wanted and it deserved a good review! Unsure if it's their mobile order system or just lack of training but they've always miss my mobile order. A 30 second pickup will turn into a 20min wait time. Sometimes I won't be able to wait and have to come back later on in the day to pick up my order since the Starbucks app does not have a feature for refunds. This location will without failure whip up the wrong wrong drink 4/5 times, since I'm always on the go I have to deal with the incorrect item. Yesterday was the last straw. Will not be retuning here. They revamped this place so it looks bigger, cleaner, and more modern. The lines during the mornings are horrendous, yet I always come back because of pure convenience as this is the closest Starbucks to my home. No drive through so you can imagine the parking lot during high traffic times lol better back out slowly or you'll face a fender bender right before work. Highly impressed with the staff. The morning Team has contagious energy that kick starts your day when you pick up your drink. It's wonderful! This is the closest Starbucks near me. I have come to order in person and I've used the mobile app. Many times I've used the app and then my drink takes forever. This past week, I used the app and my drink was done before I got there BUT they didn't call my name after the initial completion. It wasn't left on the counter in full sight so I didn't know if my order had been completed. Mind you this should have taken on average 6 minutes from order to completion. I was there 20 minutes past order time and I had to flag someone down to ask where my order was. I know they are busy in the mornings, but they ought to consistently call out names if the orders start to pile up and no one has claimed it. This is by far the most friendly Starbucks I've been too! Even though it was super busy today and the workers were rushing around, they were super friendly and so helpful to everyone. There was even this older man that wasn't dressed so great but they were equally kind and when he wanted his coffee in a cup to go they happily gave it to him with a smile. I'm so impressed! I have to say it goes a long way for me when deciding on and going to a favorite Starbucks. I'm sure it's the same with others.
