this is the closest dunkin to my house so obviously i go here for that reason and that reason only. I have never seen a stuff so unknowledgeable about what they serve or what they have. Plus its always at least a 15 minute wait. I always leave kind of in a salty mood because they are ALL so rude. Today was probably its worst that Ive seen. Toykia really does not need to be on headset because she had little to no customer service skills (only giving her that at most to be nice) . I've worked customer service for 6 years and even on my worst days would I ever speak the way that she does to a customer. How do I leave 0 stars? I created a mobile pick up order for my mom to go in and get. I created it at 9:15, we are just now leaving at 10. When my mom entered they were already behind and the place was lined with people waiting for their orders - some that had to continue to leave and come back because they continued to get the incorrect food/drinks. Every time they tried to hand off the order to her, they had it incorrect and each time my mom was trying to tell them, they got EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. And guess what! It was the MANAGER. She had a stank face, ugly too, and everyone behind the counter was inconsiderate and unprofessional just like her. One lady even commented to my mom that she couldn't believe how rude they were being to her. I stopped in a few days ago wanting to just order a large hot coffee. I didn't realize it would take more than 15 minutes just to order one and be able to leave. I arrived and only 1 other person was in front of me. When it was my turn, I was left waiting for about 10 minutes while 2 other employees clocked out of their shifts. Could they not take one more order? One employee was taking care of drive thru orders and another was busy taking care of someone getting ice cream. Finally the person taking care of drive thrus took my order. It took another 5 minutes to get the coffee because it needed to be brewed. This is the slowest location in the state of Florida! There is always a line. The customer service is poor BUT it is the only location I can put in mobile orders and near me. The staff sits around talking in between each order. This is supposed to be a convenient not a inconvenient. And because they are so slow they hold up traffic. It is before 7am on a Wed, just a regular day. I am going to order two dozen of glazed doughnuts. The lady at the speaker tells me I cannot buy two dozen of glazed. If she sells me two dozen the store will run out. So I asked: " How can I buy two dozen of doughnuts?" Her answer was that I could not. So I told her that I need to dozen and she screammed on the speaker "I don't have two dozen of glazed!" I asked her to stop screamming as it was before 7am. I have gone to dunkin Lake Mary for years as my kids love their donuts and it's always a great place to go for a special treat. That all changed today. We pulled up to dunkin as always. I ordered 4 donuts, a box of minis, a breakfast sandwich, and 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps. The person taking the order was insulting, but my girls were with me and I let it slide. After we checked out and got home, I realized our order was completely wrong. She had given us only 3 donuts, the egg and cheese wraps were missing, and I had 3 strange sandwiches none of which were ordered. When I attempted to call Dunkin, they would not answer the phone. Having felt so strongly that I was charged for an order I didn't receive, I felt it was important to give them a chance to make it right. Unfortunately after calling 20 times over the period of 2 hours, they never once answered their phone. To say I am disappointed doesn't begin to describe it. From the moment we pulled up tot he drive through all the way to the experience we had at home realizing we didn't receive the order that we just paid for was terrible. And then on top of it all, they couldn't even be bothered to answer their phone. Dunkin lost a regular customer today. We used them for birthday parties, school events, and so much more. Went in to purchase a few donuts. The staff was not welcoming and acted annoyed we were there. After ignoring us for several minutes while she was counting the cash in the register, she finally said she'd be with us soon. She finished counting several piles of cash and some change, closed her drawer and without washing her hands proceeded to take our order. I thought she'd certainly wash hands or put on a glove before handling the food but instead she opened a bag by reaching her dirty hand all the way into it then shoved a tissue into the bag with her dirty hand and started to grab donuts with only a tiny piece of paper between her dirty hand and the food. Bought two lattes and four donuts for $9 bucks witch sounds reasonable to me. Service is okay but slow,I think Starbucks has a quicker method of getting people in and out quicker while here one person takes order and makes your order leaving people to wait for another associate to help you.The drive thru line was long about 7 cars deep and the inside line was almost out the door. I would only give this business three stars for lack of associate interaction, the guy that took my order was not as friendly and it took a little while to get my two lattes. This location is exceptionally bad at what they do. They're usually out of different flavors whether it's coffee or ice cream. The drive-through is super tiny and overly cramped a lot of the time. More than half the time the associates don't get the order right and it doesn't matter if you go through the drive-through or come inside to place the order. It's usually just a screwed up order because the people who work there appear as if they are not paying any attention at all. Most of the staff seem just genuinely surly. Absolutely deplorable customer service from a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. I came in and asked for a waffle cone. The employee responded "we ain't go no waffle cones" yet the waffle iron was on with batter next to it. She could have easily made one.
