I will start by saying that I love all the other Dunkin' locations here in town. The franchisees do a good job at maintaining staff and putting out good product. However, this one in the Fremont is TERRIBLE. There is NEVER enough staff. The few people they have working are surly and rude. I realize you have to deal with drunks and idiots on Fremont, but I treat all service employees with respect and am courteous with them. Being I worked in a restaurant for five years, I know how it is. Not to mention, the prices are WAY higher at this location. I'll stick to my favorite stores on Tropicana/Pecos and Gibson Rd. This location could take a few lessons in customer service from them. read more

The best maple glazed donut I've ever had in life. Perfectly soft dough, yet chewy. My boyfriend ordered me a an iced coffee with cream and sugar to wash it down. It was cool, refreshing, and not too sweet. It was my first Dunkin Donut experience and any donut from now on will be very hard to beat. Yum! read more

it's hard to believe this donut shop is not in existence on every street corner - didn't we used to have them in san diego? so this was my first dunkin' donuts experience, pretty impressed. This is one of the Westernmost Dunkin Donuts you will find. Unfortunately they were out of doughnuts on my first attempt to eat here. My second attempt in the morning yielded Dunkin Donuts that were not nearly as good as "real" Dunkin Donuts locations on the East Coast. So disappointed. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is a hidden gem. Hubby and I walked down Freemont just to get my Coffee (XL 12 & 12 with a little ice)and his Vanilla Bean Coolada every day we were in Vegas. Dianne and Keisha are amazing. So polite, willing to help everyone and made us feel special. They remembered our order every day and I can't imagine that is easy to do with so many people coming through. I've not had Dunkin in a long time and I was very happy with my purchase. The woman was tired and that's understandable. She was polite and got my order right and didn't have to ask me over and over again what I wanted. She helped me with choosing an iced coffee and I chose the pumpkin with a shot of mocha. This Dunkin Donuts location has the best and most authentic DD coffee in Las Vegas. I have been to several others in the area and they always let me down. This location however is consistent with bringing in that New England DD taste. read more

Meh, not the best Dunkin Donuts. Definitely conveniently located inside one of the hotels in downtown Las Vegas. However, we did see a cockroach crawling across the counter as we were ordering. Bagels! Bagels! They have bagels and toast them up for you! - and it was right across the street (Fremont Street) from the 4 Queens where I was staying. So I could have a warm bagel back it my room in no time! It was nice and quick and easy and about all I wanted for breakfast. After all Vegas is not usually about breakfast! read more

I always make it a point to come here when on Fremont Street. I don't really gamble and so while my friends are at the table I treat myself to a nice coffee and maybe a donut here. I like the staff at this Dunkin since they are friendly and don't scowl at you when you take time to place your order. Always love ordering the coffee here, can't be beat! read more

Its a good place to have snack in Vegas. I recommend blueberry and sprinkles donut. The iced coffee is really good. That is a must try!

This is my first time going to a Dunkin Donuts and it was delicious! I am not even a huge fan of donuts yet I gobbled them down! I ordered a maple, a butternut, and a chocolate kreme donut and a egg sandwich (my parents and I shared them). The staff was very friendly, the place was clean and sanitary too! The food was normal but the service was very rude. Heard the older lady named Dee yelling and being rude to employees and rude to customers. I make a complaint but the lady said the manager was gone and had no number for her. Lame.. I hope they fix the rude behavior. :( I will not return. read more

No donuts at 2 AM? Why bother being a 24 hour shop! Anyway I have been here a few times and the workers don't seem to like their jobs. I try custom toll orders and to no avail they can't do it right (light ice, extra cream, etc). Guess I'll stick with the other chain across the street. read more

Best. "FastFood" Coffee. Ever. I love Dunkin' Donuts and I hate that we get the commercials in California and don't even have a shop anywhere nearby. Whenever I'm in Vegas - I make sure to come here for a nice iced coffee. Unless its the holidays - then I get GINGERBREAD ICED COFFEE!! Starbucks just can't hang with coffee this good. I used to love the blueberry cake donuts. My favorite donut in the entire world. But since I don't eat donuts anymore - I happily watched as the husband consumed some rich chocolately chocolate something or other. And he was very happy while he ate it. This particular location is holed up way in the back of the Fremont Hotel Casino and worth the 30 second walk it takes to get back there. The service has always been fantastic, helpful, fast, and friendly. Never disappointed. If you're able to get past holding a hoity toit white and green cup in hand and truly go for some fabulous tasty coffee - drop on in to Dunkin' Donuts. Afterall, America Runs on Dunkin', right? My husbands one and only complaint - he wishes they would brew their flavored coffees and not just add flavor shots to their regular coffee. But its not a big deal - more of a request than anything else. read more

I just purchased a glazed and chocolate covered donut here. Both were very stale and must have been sitting on the shelf for a very long time. I took one bite from each then threw them into the trash where they belong. You would think Dunkin Donuts would keep fresh goods on their shelves. read more

It's Dunkin Donuts... It's what you would expect. The staff at this location have been extremely friendly and courteous. The food is very fresh and tastes great. Though the prices are really high at this location it's the only Dunkin Donuts we could find anywhere near Fremont st. I guess you could say they charge convenience prices. Being able to walk there made it worth the prices though while on vacation. read more
