My usual is a Venti dark roast, 2 pumps of vanilla and a short cup of cream on the side. This morning I was charged for cream, I noticed because my bill was higher. I politely informed the barista Gladys that I've never paid for the cream to add for my coffee. She asked a higher up and it was confirmed from that moment on Gladis had an attitude. She left my coffee under the drip and delayed getting the cream. I asked for my coffee and the mngr handed it to me while asking Gladis hadn't she taken my order, then I got a dirty look from ms. Gladis.
