I have been here a couple of times each time I have come by around 7 or 8 pm. There is not a lot of people easy to get in and out of. There is a drive thro for quick donut access. Download the app for a free drink and the best thing is that is any size so you can get the Large. The donut consistency is thicker than normal resembling cake texture. Lots of different varieties to pick from. Two times I have come in the glazed donuts are fresh out and warm. The glazed donuts are my favorite but usually get a couple variety. The strawberry smoothie is alright it has an intense taste though like syrup but my dad loves it. The machiatto has a bit of a burn flavor but still good. Idk if it is because it is strong? The Ice coffee doesnt come with cream or milk inside fyi unless you ask for it. I also got a fruited green tea with mango/pineapples/peaches. I would have to be completely blown away by quality and service to give a 5-star, and for being the grand opening, they did a solid job. The drive-thru line wasn't that long but we decided to go inside to really get a feel for the service. There was a line about 12 people long, but it moved fast because both cash registers were open. The biggest holdup is not being able to see all the variety of donuts until you are at the register. Cashiers were friendly, welcoming everyone as soon as they walked in the door. Coffee and cocoa were hot and fresh. Donuts were made to be dunked, so we kept our order simple and weren't disappointed. Bathrooms were clean, dining room and tables as well. I will be back. This Dunkin' Donuts branch has serious problems with customer service. The only time i saw the staff smiling and helpful was when the owner and his executive team were there. I've going to this place for the past 3 month, almost everyday for breakfast and coffee. On 8/15/18 around 9:45 am, i went there to get my breakfast as usual and I ordered 4 egg and cheese wraps and asked for each two to be bagged separately, the person making the food though that I wanted each one in a separate bag do she started unfolding bags and throwing the wrap inside with anger, then the guy taking the drive thru orders noticed her anger and asked her, she grabbed the four bags and throw them at the counter with anger and attitude turned her back as if it was a personal issue. None of the staff made eye contact with me. The way she acted made me feel uncomfortable then i went to the register and asked the cashier alexis and Thomas for the manger's email or phone number, they offered something for free to make it up instead, i insisted and asked for the manager's email or phone number they said they don't have it, but they can call the shift manager for me , then i said no I'm calling the franchise office and left. Dunkin' Donuts is my favorite place to go in the morning. I can get myself an iced coffee or whatever I feel like and then I can get myself a couple donuts to go with it. Usually I get a maple doughnut, glazed donut and iced coffee with a couple creams, they haven't messed up my order yet. I'm pretty satisfied with my experiences at dunkin. I am also loving the new app, you can get a lot of special deals, and a lot of buy one get one free offers. The drive-through is really convenient, because of all uncertainty in the world. They have different flavors here, and they have delicious coffee. You can't go wrong with Dunkin' Donuts, because it's one of the best donuts in the whole country. Came here on a Saturday about 1:30 pm and we decided to go inside. All the tables were dirty. The floor was super filthy and customer service was no where to be found. I'm not sure if the employees were all new, but I ordered a carmel craze without whipped cream. The girl who took my order told the girl who was making the drink. "NO WHIP". Guess what? The drink came with whip. I could of took it back, but might have taken forever to get another one made. My husband and I were the only ones in there when I went up to the counter to ask for a knife. Came in very excited because it was me and my boyfriends first time to dunkin' donuts and the worker on the speaker was incredibly rude. He spoke very aggressively when I asked to do the build your own drink. The menu was unclear and instead of asking what i would like for the drink he blatantly said he didn't know what it was and then i clarified what i was seeing on the menu. He then demanded what kind of drink three times repeatedly not allowing me to speak. Once i was finally able to say what i would like he continued the aggressive behavior the rest of my time speaking with him. It created a very discomforting ambiance and caused a lot of unnecessary tension. The drinks came out great and I'm grateful for that, but my snacking bacon was cold. If there was an option to warm them then it was not asked. But you would assume bacon to be warm when served at least. It's a shame because I was really hoping that this location would be a good one. From the start our experience was not a good one. Parking is difficult and there is a big Dunkin donuts bus taking up space in the small parking lot. Stood in line too long with only one register open at the heat of the morning rush. Went here recently because the line has finally died down since the Grand Opening. We went inside Dunkin Donuts about an hour before closing, and there was still a good selection of donuts to choose from. I ordered a chicken salad on a croissant though (to go) and it was nice how the croissant and chicken salad came separate so that the sandwich wouldn't get soggy by the time I got home to eat it. Also we were unsure of butternut and coconut covered donuts, and the worker was so nice to give them to us for free so that we can try them. They have Great strong coffee! It really picks me up and reasonably priced too. They have a drive thru just Incase u don't wanna get off. Lots of great variety to choose from.
