DONUTS
Alice M.

Went to Dunkin' on Saturday 10am. The drive thru was long but inside the store had no wait in line with faster service. The store inside was very spacious and had cute donut themed interior decoration with delicious smell of fresh donuts! What I really liked about this location is that their donuts were actually on a speed baking racks where customers can see and pick in choose fresh donuts right off the baking racks and had labels of the each donut. I came here with friend of mine and we ordered Boston Kreme. We thought the fruit punch flavored donut was unique so we also got that. We also ordered Oreo cookie coffee chiller size medium and it was a huge beverage portion. There were outside seating as well.

My guilty pleasure is donuts and I rarely get them. Its my birthday month and caved in. They had a fruit punch donut which I never saw before and had to get it. They also had a Oreo line of drinks and ordered a Oreo Coffee drink. The inside was cute and had donut lights. The drive-through line here is very long. I went inside and ordered the only downside of coming here s it took a few minutes to leave as the drive-through line was blocking my car to leave.1

Iced Matcha Latte with sweet cream foam

The food was fine and the ambiance of the store was okay. Got service right away as I was doing an inside pick up order but my problem was the quality. My drink looked like someone was already drinking it, I did not get what I paid for. I was in a rush to head to work and trusted this method of service in hopes that it was fast and efficient while getting my moneys worth. I am unsatisfied with this!

I tried giving this location a shot multiple times... it seemed like every time they failed to provide either great customer service or get my order right. Stopped by and got a simple order and was finally made right. The girl on drive-thru was laughing as soon as I pulled up. I received my order and everything seemed fine. It wasn't until I was eating my donut holes and saw this right before bitting into it. I was in disgust. I went back to return them and the workers just grabbed the single donut and threw it away... very unaware and careless of the situation. I asked for the manager and she came out but was not much help. They offered to let me keep the bag of donuts that had a hair in there. Very disappointed with the situation and the way it was dealt with. The inside of the restaurant didn't seem the cleanest either. Sticky floor. Just an overall upsetting experience.

Dunkin' Donuts White Paper Bag, & Large Iced Matcha Protein Latte. Ihope he REALLY did put four scoops in this morning "coffee" variant .

Andrew was flirting with me and that is what GREAT service SHOULD feel like. I hope more people are kind like he was. I definitely think I will be frequenting this establishment soon.

This location is okay nothing special . I actually like the Berry burst and have been buying since it came out a few months ago I have been scammed $1 for like 40 drinks I forget I yelp now it's time to tell my story Like I mentioned I like this drink but for some strange reason they keep charging $4.19 Never giving me the promo price when I ask the manager last time I was here She told me I don't know what your talking about do you want the drink or not then ask me to call corporate if I have a problem I wish I could give them a super negative star The phone number is a scam it took me hours to reach someone then when I finally got someone on the line they had an accent suddenly hung up on me . I promise myself I wasn't going to come back but I did today to show the world the scam . Where's my $40 extra dollars that's -FALSE ADVERTISING and thievery I stand by it and providing proof the sign shows $3 dollars for berry burst and has always shown that . This will be my last post from this location If you want to take a chance coming here make sure you check your receipt don't bother calling the customer service number . Just post on yelp hopefully the corporation will care enough to stop this thievery.

Just got my order from drive thru and it's not even full! How disappointing and I like this drink

Ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese

The line is always long, but goes pretty fast. I used to prefer getting out and ordering in person. However, they do not have a "live person" taking orders, just a kiosk. I don't like this, too slow and hard to customize orders. But if just going in for simple things it's ok- I'd take Dunkin coffee over Starbucks any day. Be sure to check your order, today I was given a breakfast sandwich instead of the bagel and cream cheese I ordered.

Christina L.

I'm going to say that I'm not a fan. The donuts are very sweet and full of sugar. The coffee taste extremely watered down. Seems they are always out of stuff. The staff always forget something because they are in a rush. I will say food does come out hott so thats good. The customer service is pretty poor. The location is good that's all I can say. But I'd rather go to the starbucks across the street.

I've been to Dunkin at the JFK airport, Oakland, Mira Mesa, and National City. By far, this location has been the best of the 4. I usually order ahead with the Dunkin' Donuts IOS app and always get my drink order on time. I recommend ordering ahead 5-10 minutes before arriving and picking up in the drive thru. The line is usually 3-5 cars long throughout the day but can extend out to the street before 9am and around lunch time. I really like the drive-thru customer service and prefer it over the café service. It seems like this location puts higher priority on their drive thru and mobile orders. My go-to order is any medium-sized seasonal iced latte with oat milk or coconut milk. Pro-tip: use the app to earn rewards and enjoy app exclusives like $2 medium drinks, free iced or hot coffees, and free bakery items!

Where else have you seen this? Because of the brewing process, there's no alcohol but you still get the floral taste of the hops and boy was it delicious. It reminded me of a rose latte. My friend got a hot Nana's mocha and it was a chocolate heaven! I loved it as well. I love the space; very cool vibes with lots of art, big space and they also serve burgers! Food: Chili Crisp BFast Sando- (Biroche, Egg, Cheese, Bacon, Chiptole Aioli, Sesame Chili Crisp) Tots with House Seasoning - with Ranch Cup of Coffee Buko Pandan Latte Hot & Cold First the drinks were yummy. The hot Buko Pandan was stronger in flavor than the cold/iced drink. The tots were yummy and crisped perfectly but I'm not sure about the supposedly ranch dip. It was tangy for me. The Chilio Crisp Bfast Sando was delicious. It was so good that I want to return soon and have it again. The worker taking our order was very nice. He even mentioned about a restaurant in Vegas and asked if I've ever tried it-Public Us and yes I have. Overall, a great spot that can get very busy in the AM. The front window area has seats on one side and seats outside. It worked for us. Definitely will return.

We ordered a Thai and Taro blended milk tea, a Tiger Tea with boba, an order of Cheese Curds and the Brick Toast with Honey Butter. The Thai and Taro blended milk tea was so good! It had such a balanced flavor! The Tiger tea with Boba was very earthy and subtle flavor but still so good! The Cheese Curds were freshly battered with a golden fry on it that really showed how clean their oil is! And the Brick Toast with Honey Butter was such a soft bouncy bread that would pair beautifully with a morning coffee. Over all the entire menu is something I want to keep exploring and I definitely recommend SD Boba Tea!

Lets talk about the vibes first...amazing decor and vibes, decor and walls and atmosphere is very cool and unique I truly love it so much. Now the drinks and food: the drink I got last time was an iced mocha (no picture but I remember it was very good). This time I went with my mom and we both got the "Moon" drink.. a Chai/Matcha which was such a good drink, I want like a 40oz of it to take with me home for the week. I also ordered the pesto turkey sandwhich to share and I can not express how good this was. Perfectly crispy, juicy and fresh. Took the first bite and literally gasped because not only was the bread toasted to perfection but the veggies and turkey were so flavorful. The veggies and pesto and turkey were also layered in a way that made every bite delectable and that to me is art. Loved it, want more of it and I WILL be back to try more drinks and sandwhiches.

It's third ave I mean if you are from San Diego you know it's either neighborhood parking or the meters. Not a big deal though. I am greeted by Karely and her big smile, one of the baristas. It is tiny location but long, they have two gender neutral bathrooms at the end. A few tables to sit down inside and out. A cute bench with the view of third ave traffic. Interior decor is super cute I loved, one of my favs was this board they have which is a basically you pay a coffee forward and you put the sticky there for the next person to get their drink. I totally don't work there so I would just reconfirm what can be redeemed. Drink: I get an iced dirty chai WITH banana cold foam. 10/10 must try. They also offer matcha for you matcha lovers. Grind house has found a new customer and yes, I've already brought so many friends here. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a phone charging station, that's all! :)

Now let's talk pricing... the cakes are a little on the pricey side for the size. They're pretty, but just be prepared. The pistachio matcha though? That's the star. So so good. Not overly sweet which I LOVE and the foam cream on top was smooth and dreamy. Also major points for having coconut milk and soy milk options. We love an inclusive queen. We grabbed donuts too and caught the buy two get one deal which felt like a win. Light, fluffy, filled just right. No complaints there. Customer service was... mid. The girls were deep in convo about their bad dates and whether they should text back or not. Lowkey entertaining but also like... can I order real quick lol. What caught my eye were the perfectly decorated cream donuts sitting safely in the pastry display case. The different flavors were: pistachio (say no more), ube cloud, mango, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla! My husband let me choose which one to get since he's a gentlemen. So we ended up getting the ube one. It wasn't super ube forward taste but a faint ube taste was present. The donut dough was nice and soft. I think mostly the presentation was enticing but the flavor was just ok. The milky cornet pie that my husband chose was better than the ube donut IMO. In fact, I wish we bought 4 of those things!!! The cream was delicious (reminds me of a super smooth and not too sweet custard) and the crust around it was so yummy. It was gone in three shared bites. Matcha was nothing mind-blowing but I do think they use a good quality matcha for their matcha latte drinks. We got the iced matcha latte and it was a refreshing afternoon drink to go along with the cornet pie. We also bought a bag of sliced bread and it was very good quality and taste. Prices are meh, kind of on the same price range one would expect for a barkery similar to 85°C. Overall, not a bad place to go to for a sweet tooth's needs and afternoon pick-me-up beverage. I would love to try out their cake flavors next time, namely the Earl Grey cake, if we are ever in the same area again!
