this was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life, I ordered a donut and a drink and it took them 15 minutes to get me a single damn donut. and then to top it off, my friends drink had literal random pieces of I don't even know what and when we brought it up to them to change it they found it really amusing and were laughing. yesterday, 7/18/2026 5:45pm I went into the drive-through and saw a sign of a new drink being there. I kindly ask the woman taking my order if the drink was caffeinated because I did not know. Then continue down with my order of one drink that was one I asked about. I rolled up to the window and the window was slightly cracked open. as a customer, I was sitting there, listening to this employee talk about me in an unprofessional way. Absolutely terrible anything other than a simple latte is too hard for this incompetent staff to make. They are terrible at taking orders where you have to repeat multiple times your orders. Going here is a 50/50 gamble whether you'll get your order right and tasting good. Staff here is MISERABLE and shows it with the worst attitude and audibly laughing with each other while you try and speak your order. Careless, untrained employees standing in a circle chatting while orders take forever and have been wrong more than right. I saw the reviews only giving this location 1-3 stars and wanted to add my 2 cents as my experience(s) has/have been very different. I frequent this location a minimum of 4 times a week (gotta get my $1.50 iced coffee between 2-6pm, what can I say!?). I do live close by and after being frustrated with the high price of Starbucks over the years, I simply decided to try this Dunkin down the street. While there's been a time or two my coffee had a little bit too much ice, overall my food orders have been correctly made and hot. (I get lots of breakfast sandwiches, donuts and hash browns). Sometimes the hash browns can be over/under cooked, but again, purchasing them knowing they're coming out of a deep fryer while I sit at the drive thru window waiting I understand they're hustling and give this place some leeway with my review. I think it's worth mentioning they have a large variety of workers and in the mornings the drive-thru is always packed full and the fact they move the people through and I've had little to no issues with my orders warranted a positive review of this location. read more

This Dunkin' is absolutely the slowest dunkin I have ever been to. I have lived in area for years and frequent all of the local Dunkin' shops also. No matter where you go, the drive thru or inside the workers here are never in a hurry to get you in and out. Always slow moving. And I can appreciate the reminder of covid affecting some stuff, but that is not the case. This dunkin has been slow like this since well before covid. I have refrained from writing reviews in the past hoping it was temporary, but it clearly is not. You cannot just run in and out at this location ever. read more

What a zoo this place is; I am NOT impressed. Not only did they drop my cappuccino (of course that can happen), but the girls 'working' were more interested in having a good time than providing service. Ordered two bacon and egg sandwiches on everything bagels, four hash browns an orange juice and a coffee. Specified no cheese, dairy allergy. Drove home 10 minutes away and the sandwiches had cheese on them. Drove back and they were out of everything bagels. Had to get them on plain bagels, those are the only bagels safe for a person with dairy allergies. They didn't even say sorry.
