They were out of the plain donuts with white frosting and sprinkles, which are my favorite. Tsk tsk. But the "marbled" one I had instead was pretty good, and the hot chocolate was hot and delicious. May I just start that I never tend to write reviews but tonight's experience was just horrendous in which I am on here now. I arrived at the drive through on Saturday May 12th at 9:50 PM. (May I also inform you I used to work at Dunkin) Upon arrival I was greeted by Ashley A. She informed me that she would only be accepting credit cards. She had already counted down her drawer and I didn't have my debit card on me. Lucky my friend had hers in which i agreed. I ordered a medium PB Hot with 5 Cream and 5 Sugar. Once i drove off and tasted it the only overpowering taste was lukewarm decaf coffee with 0 Cream and 0 sugar. Coffee is supposed to be made fresh every 16 minutes, and they have the warmer to keep it warm just incase. She was doing it out of spite and trying to pull one over on me because i came right before closing. Once arriving back to get my remade coffee, she saw my car and ignored to acknowledge me so i knocked on the window. When opening the drive through window she immediately caught an attitude with me. I tried to talk to her to resolve the issue so I wouldn't be here in the first place. When I confronted her about the attitude she was giving us she said in her defense that that's her "customer service voice" In the middle of me talking to her she turned the drive through window off and said she was closed now. She refused to give me her managers name or the cooperates phone number. She talked down to us and gave us blatant disrespect. Will not be returning and Dunkin should be looking for people with a good work ethic. I guess there's a Now Hiring sign for a reason. read more

Like I stated previously, my friend and I drove off after getting our coffee and his order was not up to par. We went back and talked to Ashley to let her know that what we got was most definitely not what we paid for. He tried talking to her to resolve the issue at hand and she, again, gave us attitude. She had stated that that is her "customer service voice." In the middle of talking to her she had turned her drive through window off and said she was now closed. She refused to give me her manager's name or corporate's phone number by saying that she "didn't have it" and that she would call her manager to "talk to her about the incident." I was very unhappy with my service. I understand that it was 10 minutes to closing, I too work in customer service.We have never been this rude to a guest even if they come 5 minutes to closing. i love dunkin donuts and i probably been to every single one of them, but this store im not a big fan of. their coffee always taste like water with bunch of cream. It has no taste at all. u have to pay a dollar to get a shot of expresso just to give it a taste. The people seem nice but very slow service. read more

I usually don't write reviews for local businesses like this but absolutely horrific! I have driven by hundreds of times and never stopped until today. Went inside because wanted to choose donuts. No one at register and when someone finally came to help the family in front of me, he took order and proceeded to cook their breakfast sandwiches. He yelled to me about three minutes later, "Want coffee?". I said "Donuts". He came over, three a box on the counter and walked away for another five minutes. Someone came by making her own coffee and said someone would be with me in a minute. Only drive thru customers were getting service. Also, place was dirty! Very slow service. Only one car in front of me and they waited at the window about 2 minutes for one item. Difficult to understand the guy at the drive thru. Got an ice coffee and drove off. Lucky I didn't take a sip. Couple miles away I noticed a dark speck on the lid. When I got home opened the lid to investigate and discovered that it was a dead gnat. We came here on Friday (6/3) for iced coffee and a regular coffee and the door was locked at 8 pm even though I could see workers inside. We should have left but I said let us try the drive thru. I was told they discontinued the pistachio flavour for coffee and when driving up to pay, the order was wrong and had to be fixed. I picked a different flavour but I am not sure it was even in the coffee. I was completely confused with what was going on that I did not even realize that I did not get a receipt until we got home. I do not think I will be coming back to this Dunkin Donuts any time soon. read more

This dunking donuts/baskin is ok. Everything was good except the long line and very slow line and the men's batgrooom was overflowing with water and smelled like poop and the women's washroom was out of order. read more

Just went there to get my daughter dessert. The teenagers working there LOCKED the customers out of the store and are telling us we have to use the drive thru. It's 6pm...if you're not going to let people enjoy their ice cream outside of their car you should just shut down now. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I never make reviews...especially of fast food restaurants but this was serious. I went to the orland dunkin last Saturday and it was WAY hotter in there than it was outside (on an 85 degree day). I was instantly sweating. Employees were wearing basketball shorts and lifting up their shirts to wipe the sweat off their faces. GROSS! I saw one kid grab donuts with no glove after wiping his face. Then I proceeded to order, and they told me they could not do any hot food? But the girl would not tell me why. Weird. Then I decided I would order doughnuts instead. The first 4 doughnuts I ordered they were out of. So I basically wasted my money there buying things I never wanted. Besides all of this, the store was a mess. Black moldy fruit, doughnuts tissues hanging off the display. Doughnut racks set everywhere. I've also been food poisoned by this location before, so now I know how. This location is disgusting. Having my sanitation license, I should report ye place. There is absolutely no way they should have been open that day, or be allowed to open their doors any day in the future. Awful service. I waited in line and the workers served one of their friends before the 3 women waiting several minutes in the main line. Saw another employee " sampling" some food from the sandwich area. I question the cleanliness. Not sure where they get the workers from . I will never go to this DD again! read more

I love DD and haven't had many issues at all with the many DD locations that I've visited. The employees are usually very pleasant. This location though.... We visited this place to grab some coffee before walking the mall. I pre ordered with the app (which I always do at every location) so there really shouldn't have been any confusion on the employees' end. So we ordered two coffees. One with a flavor shot of caramel, cream and sugar. Another with a flavor shot of toasted almond cream and sugar. We pull up to the window and he hands me one coffee and then stares at me. I say "I ordered 2". He turns around and says "yeah, you owe $3". I said that I ordered from the app and I already paid for it. He says "It doesn't matter. I'm telling you you owe $3!" I just stared at him. Then his manager came up and corrected him. He said sorry and then asked what we wanted. So I told him what I ordered on the app. He handed it out to us and we drove away. My coffee had the flavor shot but no cream and sugar. My wife's had the caramel syrup(which we didn't order). I'll bet he put 10 pumps in that coffee. It was completely inedible. Needless to say we won't be returning there again and I don't recommend anyone who reads this review does either. read more
