Good service but inside is filthy. Overflowing trash, barely any where to sit. As well as crumbs all over tables.

Not as good as any of the ones from back home but it's still Dunkin :) Why is it so hard to understand that tea melts ice so when I say extra or lots of ice, you have to add tea like 3/4 of the way and then add more ice to the top? Stood in line for ten minutes, several people walked out and never was acknowledged. One customer waited for his order for about ten minutes and had his order wrong. One of the workers said "I'll be with you in just a minute" and that's when several people then walked out. This morning I was reminded why I never go to Dunkin. The people who work there are so RUDE!! I ordered 50 munchkins from them and asked to have 25 in each box instead of all of them in one. Well, the woman taking more order was very curt with me as she said that's not how they do things. She then begrudgingly agreed to do it. When I got to the window they were rude, rushed and unprofessional. To top of the experience I now have an overly sweet, disgusting latte I ordered as well. Definitely will never go again and continue to go to Starbucks where I'm actually greeted by happy, kind, professional people instead of those who work at Dunkin. read more

This place should be closed down and new employees should be trained!! We were in drive thru that took over 20mins! I ordered a EGG and CHEESE croissant and made sure when ordering that NO Sausage was on it. The girl taking the order confirmed. At the window I asked again..to make sure it was ONLY EGG and CHEESE...well guess what I got!? Luckily my wife checked it before we drove off. My wife went inside told them what the problem was so they made another sandwich..the same damn way!! She told girl taking orders who was the SHIFT LEADER, her name was Crystal and so she took the sandwich and picked the Sausage off and was getting ready to hand that back to my wife! I bet they do the same if someone says there is a hair in my food... OH when we asked for the manager they said we would have to call back; we asked when the manager would be in and they said they are not sure. The manager does not leave her schedule up for employees to see when she would be in and that we would just have to call and keep asking for the manager and the "Shift leader" said she could not nothing about it. Be careful on what you order and what they give you...my wife can not eat sausage but I guess Dunkin Donuts or their employees dont care what you order; they serve you what they want! We also got Hash browns...6 small pieces for $1.99; LoL...go to Hardees, Burger King, Sonic if you want food! Go to Dunkin Donuts ONLY for coffee; they suck at everything else at this location. Oh and their donuts are defrosted each day and sold to us...you can tell they are not fresh so I asked around and that is how the Dunkin Donuts at this location does their donuts...KK, Publix, or even Wal-Mart has donuts that are fresher than Dunkin Donuts...bad name for this company. They should be called Dunkin Coffee; the donuts are not what you go to this place for! Avoid the drive thru if you are in a rush!! This has to be the worst managed location I've seen. With a total of 3 people in line it took right under 10 minutes to get my coffee and egg bagel. The employees were very nice and apologetic as they scrambled around trying to coordinate the orders. Worst experience. Didn't have anything we wanted. They were out of original donuts, original donut wholes, croissants. It was ridiculous. I ended up getting a frozen chocolate which looked nothing like the picture. No whip cream or chocolate on top and my donut I did get was just thrown in a paper bag. No napkin or anything. I will not be going back. The donut was cold and stale. The drink was average. Nothing special. And the lack of customer service is pathetic. read more

The food was delicious bot the ice coffee was disgusting. They don't let the sugar melt and I taste no cream. It just tastes bitter with a bunch of rocks in it. I'm not going to order their ice coffee again. I'm highly disappointed. Next time, please melt the sugar before you give it because it feels like rocks. read more

I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts and was disappointed to know there is only 1 around here. But I must say this is an excellent location. I've been to many bad locations such as in Chicago or Boston where the donuts are stale and the workers are rude. However, here everyone is very friendly and the donuts are always enticing and fresh! They also have a 10% off military discount. I love this place and recommend it to all! read more

This absolutely MUST be the WORST Dunkin Donuts in America. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I have lived in Pensacola for a year and gone there 7-8x, and each visit was NOTABLY bad. Every time I've walked in, I've had a tremendous wait, usually a wait just to ORDER, plus an additional wait to get my food--even when no one else was in there! Every time I went through the drive through, I was asked to pull around and wait in my car for an extra five minutes, and one of those times, I could see employees outside hanging out or chatting at the counter while I waited. My breakfast sandwiches have been cold EVERY TIME. Last week, I ordered (and PAID EXTRA) for a Maple Bacon sandwich, was asked to pull around and wait as usual, and after waiting five minutes some employee comes out to tell me that she "can't find" the maple mix and asks if it's OK if I just get a regular sandwich, despite the price difference and outrageousness of not being about to locate an ingredient. Today, I ordered a Medium dunkacino. After waiting 10 minutes to order and another 10 minutes just to get it, I returned home to find out it was basically just tinted hot water. Disgusting, and absolutely disappointing. This location should just close. PS. On one other visit, the girl behind the counter made some cutesy joke about "if you're having a good day, maybe you could make mine better by leaving a tip." I have mixed feelings about this trip. They forgot to put our order in, so they didn't cook our food until I went up and inquired about the long wait. I was rather unhappy about that but they gave us extra food for free to help make up for it. The people seated next to us had to inquire about their food, as well. read more

Came in for an Ice coffee and to finish some work on my laptop. Instead I received the wrong flavor coffee with all of the flavor on the bottom of the cup. I decided to keep it and stir it myself and not make a fuss, but shortly after while I was trying to concentrate on my work the employees started verbally attacking an older women, making comments about her age and her relationship status. This was incredibly disturbing because I believe the one making the comments was the General Manager. The worst customer service experience I have ever endured. Mainly because she did what I didn't do and that was return the order that was made incorrectly, but at this Dunkin Donuts I guess there policy is " Take what we give you or we will berate you". This is the best place in town to get coffee. Don't have to mortgage your house to buy a large coffee. Dark Roast is Fantastic. Can't beat a free doughnut with medium coffee. West Coast doesn't come close. Get your DUNKIN on! read more

I've been a loyal customer for years to this location never had a issue. I've watch this place slowly go down losing customers and hard working staff, crystal is her name but her name tag states general manger the way she speaks to customer I will never return to this store it's a group of us from the neighborhood who comes in almost twice a week will no longer do so because of her she always have a attitude very rude no respect for customers I've been calling in or ordering food with no issues until she tells me she don't take orders over the phone that no one should be doing it and this is her store she the boss and if I don't like it oh well which then she just hangs up on me well that's not a manger way of handling things that's only the first of it all I listen to the way she speak to her staff when I'm there eating no respect for them we will never return to this store as long as she is there read more
