My entire family is from the Smokey mts so I'm proud to come and visit six times a year. This is the closest location for me and unfortunately it's the second worst I've ever been too. I travel the world and in particular the east coast where there's literally a Dunkin on every street corner. Sometimes directly across the street from each other. I'm not sure why Dunkin customer service is always so bad? It's supposed to be America's coffee but every location is run by rude disinterested employees. This location is the second worst next to the Lansing Michigan one. Old coffee they try to pawn off on you. Stale food and act like you've asked them to split the Atom when you want the stuff you actually paid for to be fresh. I do try to travel with my own Kerug but sometimes it's not possible just to avoid having to go to a branch. You can do better guys. Take pride in your work. read more

Want the worst ice coffee you've ever had? This is the place for you. My kids and I all got ice coffee and thought we were going to puke. We ordered half dozen doughnuts that they didn't fill correctly asked for chocolate cake glazed and got chocolate icing with sprinkles and 1 apple fritter which they didn't have and they said there's no good alternative for replacing it. Asked when they're have more and they said not for many hours. Said that's fine give me a refund (purchased on app), they said they can only provide a credit. Didn't want a credit, wanted a refund. Manager said they couldn't do anything, would have to call corporate office and get a refund after 14 days. Told them to give us multiple doughnuts for the $2 fritter and everything we asked for he said they were out of it raspberry filled, cream filled, etc. 8:59am (really) so I said what do you have and response was we actually have a lot just not what your asking for. We said surprise us and we got the same doughnuts that were in the six we ordered. Chocolate iced with sprinkles, my guess the only thing they had. Once we started eating doughnuts the complaints came rolling in, "these are very cold", "these taste like day old doughnuts", "what's wrong with these doughnuts?" After eating a doughnut each and drinking again the worst ice coffee we've ever had we all felt sick. My youngest ended up puking in a gas station bathroom about 30 miles down the road. Worst ever experience at a doughnut shop I've ever seen and would've rated a zero star if possible. This place should go out of business. Only stopped there because it was right next to condo we stay in but usually go to Krispy Kreme. Never again! read more

Well cane into this dunkin to get morning coffee. We are from out of town and had refill cups. Well everywhere I go to refill it's at a discount price. Well at this one we did not get the discount and had to pay full price. So what is the Point of a refill if we still have to pay full price. Then on top of it all asked for a hot coffee got ice cold. Went through the drive-thru. Guy taking order seemed high on something, and couldn't get my order straight. Picked up donuts at window, drove to hotel, and opened donut box. Order was wrong, and donuts were HORRIBLE! They were all hard, dry, and stale. We threw them away. Awful. Waste of time and money. read more

If I could rate this place zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate to think twice. Never in my life have I experienced such shitty customer service. My family and I stopped in from just browsing around to get some quick coffee, I would of went to starbucks across the street however it was just way too crowded so I figured why not. Upon arrival, the girl at the register greeted me with "I hope you're not hungry because we ain't got no food today". OK for one no I don't want your food I just want coffee. For two give me time to at least walk to the register before you start barking at me. I just simply ignored the rudeness and requested a large coffee. She made the coffee, handed it over, and just held out her hand for my card, no... ''here you go'', no.. "anything else for you I can do today?" nothing. My boyfriends mom steps up and asks for a hot chocolate, another reply of "We ain't got that.", she requests some other drink, and the girl responds "All we have is coffee, we aint got nothing else." Needless to say, the girl got nasty with her saying if she didn't like it she could leave and go elsewhere. The manager even stated the same thing as he was standing in the dining area. The store is under construction and apparently cannot see anyone that pulls up to their speaker to order. So when no one took our order, we pulled the window, only to be yelled at by the cashier because we didn't tell her we were at the speaker. Keep in mind there was no signage to tell us we needed to speak to them first.... We assumed they would ask for our order like all other drive thru's. I get that construction is a pain for the restaurant but yelling at customers because YOUR system to deal with construction isn't working IS NOT OKAY! Do better! read more

We had an easy experience. We hit up the drive through one weekday afternoon. My house stand had no problem getting him his unsweetened iced coffee. So many places nowadays put sugar in, even when you specifically ask for none. The person was friendly and fast. All's good here. read more

Stopped on my way into work ordered two sandwiches and a water gave me only one sandwich and the contents of the sandwich were ice cold as if they had just come out of the freezer. Ugh this place was terrible. I don't know why but I ordered a breakfast sandwich that I had and didn't like but this time was even worse. I don't think the bacon was even cooked. I ordered a caramel hot chocolate which I've always had before and didn't like but I had to get a drink with the sandwich. Their speakers are not good, so I would recommend walking in rather than using drive-thru. Otherwise we stopped here 3 times when we were in town and had nothing but good Dunkin food. Their iced coffee was well balanced with vanilla syrup and cream. So far, it has been the best Dunkin vanilla iced coffee I have ever had. read more

If you are looking for great customer service, I suggest you look elsewhere because the employees at this location are rude. You will wait in line but that didn't bother me. What bothered me was that I asked for 5 packs of butter with my order and the employee said "butter? You want butter? " As if there was something wrong with me asking for butter. When I get to the window, she never gave me the packets of cream, sugar or butter that I asked for. I told the employee who gave me my food that I didn't receive those things, and once again I was asked "butter?" Like what was the issue with giving me butter. So she goes to get the butter and tell the cashier to give me my sugar and cream. I still had to ask for the correct amount. I don't recommend this place. This is absolutely the worst dunkin I've ever been to. The drive thru line was out into the street, so I went inside. It took me 25 minutes to get my food and drinks. Neither of my bagels were toasted, and my donut was just thrown into a big bag and much of the frosting was left behind on the bottom of the bag when I picked it up. The staff inside seems to know what they're doing, but are very understaffed and stressed. I will never go here again. read more

Disappointed! I asked our friends if we could go get a coffee, as I was in need of caffeine. The restaurant is filthy. It's not just grime from a busy day. It seemed to be the kind of dirt that's been around for a while. The floor was sticky and counter dusty. After seeing how yucky the place looked I changed my mind for anything and the friend I was with decided to play it safe with bottle water. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat because naturally every place was lined up our the door for breakfast. It's your typical DD except with a longer line which I don't mind. What did catch my attention is the cashier. It was quite gross. She had one glove on her right hand. We were there for an hour and she never once changed her glove. She was running the register, collecting money and giving change, touching the counter all while grabbing peoples doughnuts with the same dirty glove. We have been been there twice in a row and both times the workers were very rude, and they were not wearing gloves or masks.

We waited almost 20+ minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. When we got our food, the hashbrown orders (my sons favorite part) were all one-less hashbrown than expected and all burnt. My breakfast sandwich still had the little oven/paper thing attached and had become attached into the sandwich as the cheese melted. When we got to the window, the lady asked my husband to repeat the second half of our order, as they had not actually rung that part up yet. Oh, boy, do I have a tale to tell about dunkin donuts! We walked into the establishment feeling a sense of excitement and suspense as we entered waiting for our turn to order. But jeepers, as soon as we walked in, the line seemed to almost be out the door! Not to even mention the drive-through line was abysmal as it extended as far as the eye can see. First of all, there were only plain and everything bagels and it was only morning! Then, I got my donut right away but little did I know I would devour the whole thing before we got our other items! After what seemed to be the longest time we got our coffee. The item we were most excited for... was not the dunkin coffee we know and love sadly. Extra sugar had to tragically be put in ourselves to taste like the real thing we know and love! After even longer, we received our bagel which is something that should not have taken that long! Get to this location and they are lined out the door, which is fine I don't mind waiting. After standing in line for more than 10 minutes a customer turns around and says loudly I don't know if y'all know this but they are out of espresso. For one you are a coffee place how do you run out? SecoNdly you know that you are extremely busy and people are waiting quite a while in line, it would make sense to make an announcement that y'all are out of something that you use to make so many different drinks. So after I waited over 10 minutes in line it was all for nothing because y'all didn't want to take the time to make and announcement. Worst D&D ever. When the drive-thru is open, it's slow. When it's not open, and you have to go inside, it's slow. (Not to mention terribly inconvenient). Coffee is mediocre at best, and no one seems to know how to ice it with some cream and sugar. Do yourselves a favor and head on down the road to the other one. This location is a joke after waiting 15 min in drive thru when there was 3 cars in the parking lot 2 in drive thru I encountered Michelle S and she proceeds to tell me what I ordered and tells me she didn't ring me up for my bagel and snatches my credit card out of my hand then drops it out the window on the ground slams the window then she returns to the window with my bagel and pretty much throws it in my window then slams the window without a word... if u are that miserable then customer service is not the job for someone with a bitch attitude. .. The "guy behind the counter" is all I can call him because he had zero customer service skills and definitely doesn't deserve to be called a man. From start to finish, it was as if my husband and I were an intrusion. He was very rude to us as well as the lady that was assisting behind the counter. The doughnuts were not up to par either. The only Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to from Florida to Missouri were I've been asked to make my own coffee after it wasn't made correctly. The attendant handed me packets of sugar and told me to make it myself, this also occurred when we were the only customers in the drive thru or the restarurant. read more

If I could leave a zero, I would. We were in town for a convention and stopped for breakfast and coffee. The line for drive thru and counter service was crazy long. We quickly saw why. Two employees in total at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. After waiting almost 15 minutes, we finally heard the girl tell another customer in front of us that it was donuts and coffee only, no breakfast sandwiches. We were okay with that, so decided to wait. When we got up there I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and was told coffee or donuts only, the toasters were broken. I said I'd take it without being toasted. I suggested they put a sign up letting their customers know and was told they didn't have time to put up a sign.
