The cinnamon roll pancakes at Frizzle Chicken were fantastic--fluffy pancakes with cinnamon swirled in, topped with a sweet icing glaze, and full of that classic cinnamon-roll flavor. They are rich, sweet, and definitely indulgent, but worth every bite. If you like dessert-style breakfasts, this is the item to order.

Fantastic atmosphere, great service, and awesome food. As soon as you walk in the door, the theming of the restaurant takes over your senses - in a very good way. We were able to watch two performances while at the restaurant. I would highly recommend the cinnamon roll pancake as it was amazing!! Plus we had to pick up our own stuffed frizzle chicken on the way out.

This is probably really a 3.5 star review but since Yelp doesn't do half stars I will round up. It seems they are always pretty busy but the wait for 3 of us on a Saturday was only about 10 minutes. Service was friendly and fast. The animatronic chickens and other weird stuff was fun and the best part. I ordered the BLT with fries and although fine, it was pretty average.

Went on a Monday morning ! Before 10 am. Was not too busy no wait for a table of 3. Located in PF , limited parking , central location easy to walk to. I will say that this restaurant is super cool. They have animatronic chickens that sing dance every 5 to 10 minutes that lasts about two. They have a small menu, but the food is very good. The service is even better something that could appeal to everybody. We had the big breakfast with the pancakes eggs sausage toast Chicken and waffles And chicken strips and french fries All the food was cooked very well and came out pretty quick. Our order was right. Our waitress did a great job making sure that our drinks were full and we didn't need anything to go with our meals. The place is decor as a farmhouse. It also has a little gift shop section right in front where you can pick up a plushy to worry or T-shirt to remember your experience. Restaurant seemed very clean. They were very organized when it came to having people sit and holding tables and all of that type of thing it definitely did get busy when we left at 10:30. They had a line out the door.

This is a go to spot if you have kids with you. They have animatronic chickens all around the restaurant that sing karaoke every 30 minutes or so. It was a busy day so it kind of drowned out a lot of the sound, but I was glad as I heard they might be loud. Now on to the food, you cant beat getting a meal for 2 adults and 1 child and feel full for $30. Also it tasted sooooo good. The cinnamon roll pancakes hit the spot. I tried some of my daughter's fried chicken and the spices were on point. It's a cute touristy restaurant and doesn't skimp on the flavor of the food

The food is fine, nothing to write home about. The food portions are enough for a single person. The biscuits are small, the gravy is meh. The chicken for their chicken and waffles are just chicken strips. Their breakfast ham sandwich is a piece of ham on a hamburger bun. The potatoes tasted old. I was hoping the robotic chickens interacted with each-other the whole time, or something, but they just do a themed song every 22 minutes. They would kinda shake the entire time but I was hoping for something more entertaining. Service was fine but don't expect more than 1 refill on coffee or soda, food came quick. Wait to sit was atrocious on the weekend at 9am. We were a large group but seated us at 2 separate tables instead of a large table, so specify if you want to get seated together. Getting in and out of the parking lot was difficult to say the least. Glad they have plenty of parking in the rear. Glad to experience this place once but won't be back.

We came here Sunday morning about 8:30 and walked right in. Staff super friendly and nice clean place. We ordered and watch the chicken show. I liked that the music was loud enough to hear but you could still carry on a conversation. We got the everything breakfast one with waffle and one with pancakes, bot were cooked great.

40 MINUTES TO GET A TABLE!!

Waited 40 minutes to get a table!! Do not eat here!! They have poor management that will make excuses for why they are so slow. Mamas Farmhouse and anywhere else is better!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!

If you have kids this place is great. Chicken animatronics that sing and move about every 15 minutes. Very cute design. They sell all kinds of merch. We were there for breakfast and it's a great way to start your day. The breakfast tacos, pancakes and chicken and waffles all were great. Wish something like this was near my home town.

Stopped in on a Sunday, sometime around brunch. The hostess quoted us, a family of 6, a 25 minute wait, but it was defintiely less than that. We were seated and promptly given menus and utensils, and our drink order was taken. Coffee was hot and pretty good! We all ordered something a little different. My husband especially liked his waffle and I thought my eggs and potatoes were seasoned and cooked well! Everything was hot and came out quickly. The atmosphere was great! The kids enjoyed the chicken shows and picked out a chicken stuffed animal for our baby. We walked around the restaurant checking out all the chicken names, which were fairly comical. Bathrooms were okay-- there was some toilet paper all over the floor and no paper towels in the holder, but I'm sure those are things they were probably taken care of since it was closer to closing time. The dining room seemed fairly clean though. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, even with the sling for the carseat in the middle of the walkway. They give a military discount and I think we paid like $60 for everyone to eat. If we are in the area again, I would definitely go back.

The food was just okay, we really enjoyed the theming and the animatronic chickens throughout the place. For us, personally, it was a one and done type situation, but the breakfast tacos were pretty good. The biscuits and gravy were a travesty to southern people, but the people were friendly, it was clean, and I really did enjoy my own meal, personally!

Family style dining means diners order for the table, so it is perfect for families and couples. As a solo diner, I treated my self to The Albany (choose 2 entrees and 3 sides) and the portions were downsized perfectly. Starting with the buttered bacon topped cheddar biscuits, it was satisfying enough to be my meal alone. They are scrumptious too! I chose the Southern Meatloaf and Bourbon Glazed Chicken (with rice) as the entree's and for the sides, mashed taters, cole slaw, and green beans. Everything was delicious (so much so, I bought a couple of jars of the bourbon sauce to take home) and I so wished I could have taken leftovers for later but at The Kitchen, doggie bags are not an option. My server, Amber, seemed to be having an off day and it happens. Service was a little slow with placing my lunch order and getting beverage refills. Truly recommend the sweet peach tea...it is a wonderful bottomless beverage. Don't forget to make time to stroll thru the store before heading out. So many cute, color coordinated kitchen supplies available for purchase! Another place where the goodies make great gifts.

They were just not edible. When the waitress came to ask us how we enjoyed them, I told her there was too much batter and the grease tasted fishy. She didn't say a word, turned and walked away. You could tell her "How was it?" Inquiry was automatic and not a genuine concern for how the customers were enjoying the meal. It didn't get better. My grilled pork chops were tough, overcooked, and lacking any flavor. I could only eat one of the two provided. The pinto beans lacked any seasoning, but the coke slaw was good. My wife's pork chop was fried, and was better. It was cooked as it should have been. But her Mac and cheese was gummy and had an odd flavor. The cornbread was dry and not good. A friend who ate with us had Country Fried Steak. He said the steak was passable, but the gravy was disappointing. No onions at all in the gravy. This was not a good eating experience, and with the waitress's attitude, it was an almost a total flop. The sign at the entrance tells it all.

Our chef for the evening, Derek, was a wealth of information. He could tell us where everything on our plates came from, from memory. The chefs at this restaurant are THAT attuned to the ingredients they're working with. He even described what made the wines work with the food and admitted he wasn't always a wine pairing believer, but has quickly become one. Our server, Amanda, was sweet, pleasant, and incredibly accommodating. This girl noticed me lifting my hair off my neck (those open woodfire grills add an extra level of heat to the kitchen) and brought me a hand fan FROM HER PURSE. That caused one of the kitchen team to notice and bring me an electric fan. Like I said, stellar service. Even the general manager, Dan, was involved in our service that evening. It truly felt like the entire team was paying attention and genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. Would I recommend the restaurant? 100%. Would I recommend the Chef's Table experience? 1,000%. Being in the kitchen, watching the team operate like a well-oiled machine, and getting dishes that aren't on the menu (I'm looking at you, tuna tartare), made it well worth it. We will probably do it again in a different season to see how the menu changes. @serenity_now_travel_concierge
