TeRRible quality coffee for a cold brew. Stale. Bitter. Old coffee taste.

There is a reason this DD has a 2 star rating with over over 80 reviews. The Quality of the coffee is TerrIble! We ordered a Cold Brew and the guy gave us Regular over Ice. We told him & he argued about it. Moron. We watched him do it. Then he didn't add the milk or shots. When we finally got the cold brew, it was TERRIBLE! Stale, old coffee. I'm sorry I put my body through drinking this crap. This is a really nice store. Great location. Nice building. Cold air conditioning. Nevertheless, I doubt the employees behind the scenes are doing things right. We wiLL NO be Back!

This definitely is not a Matcha latte, but surprisingly all of the flavors they randomly put inside here work and I don't hate it, it kinda goes hard. Congratulations, you failed successfully.

I never waste (.....unless I go to this franchise)

The coffee makes this store worthy of a 1star, although not the best, it was fresh after eating an "additional" 5 minutes to fill the order. The associate was friendly though. This store is not quite up to the same mediocre standards of standard DD's. My visit took place on a Thursday, 6:00 PM. I purchased a variety of donuts, a fritter, one Coke and a cup of coffee. Everyone of the donuts/fritter were stale and generally of poor quality. Do yourself a favor if you're at this location, drive on into Pigeon Forge for a better establishment. If you can't drive somewhere else, I recommend the gas station next door.

Donuts were dry, cold, and stale.

The staff were rude and ordering was chaotic. The manager didn't know what he was saying or how to refund us. We had to switch up our order at least 20 times because they were out of everything and had none of the donuts we previously wanted. The donuts were cold and stale, I'm surprised there weren't icicles hanging off the edges of them. The cold brew coffee was the worst I've ever had. Disappointed.

Oh my the worst. Out of everything. Customer service a joke. Bathroom pitiful. You would think with the location it would be top notch.

Definitely been to much better DD locations. They messed up our order and tended to be kind of slow.

Some attractions sell an experience…read more Some sell a product. The Apple Barn Cider Mill somehow manages to do both. What started as a simple stop turned into one of the more enjoyable experiences of our trip. The star of the visit was our guide, who took us on a cider journey through the various flavors and offerings. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. She answered questions, explained the differences between the ciders, and made the tasting experience fun instead of feeling like a sales pitch. And since there's a chance she might somehow see this review: Happy 40th Birthday! Sorry I forgot your name, but your hospitality certainly wasn't forgettable. Now let's talk about the cider. Excellent. There was a large variety of flavors available to sample, making it easy to compare styles and find a favorite. Whether you're new to cider or consider yourself a seasoned enthusiast, there's enough variety here to keep things interesting. After sampling our way through the lineup, we wound up purchasing a glass of the original apple cider and enjoyed it outside. And honestly, that's where the experience really came together. Sitting outside with a fresh cider in hand, playing cornhole and Jenga, enjoying the atmosphere, and slowing down for a little while made for a genuinely relaxing afternoon. No rushing. No crowds pushing you along. Just good cider and good company. We also picked up a growler to bring back to the hotel because one thing became very clear during the tasting process: leaving empty-handed would have been a mistake. The Apple Barn Cider Mill does a great job creating an experience that's welcoming, fun, and memorable without feeling overly commercialized. Great cider. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Five stars. And judging by the growler currently waiting back at the hotel, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

My favorite part was the broccoli cheddar soup that came with my meal. It was delicious. My country chicken with gravy was a little chewy but the gravy was flavorful. Our waitress was very sweet. This is a nice refreshing change of pace from all the hustle and bustle. There is a beautiful bubbling stream across the street and it's very relaxing environment- less traffic and off on a side road. The apple fritters were AMAZING. We devoured them! The freshly squeezed juice they give you too was yummy! We left stuffed and with a great experience.

Gordon Ramsey would consider it a threat. As a chewy bacon lover and enthusiast, when my bacon came out charred and demented, i was appalled to say the least. I had to drench it in the white gravy so it would give my stomach the illusion of chewy. Even then, even with the request of chewy, i was let down. The home fries were exceptional.. as exceptional as any other home fry you'll get on the Pigeon Forge strip. And why? They'll all the same refrigerated chips of processed mess. Soggy, not even crisp. So poor you'd hope the microwave would add additional flavors from all the other food they microwaved. I wouldn't even praise the food if paid me, it's sad enough i paid IT to taste like wet squeaky boots. But anyways the atmosphere was just bewildering! They have a big exhibit with birds you can watch. Sometimes they're loud and a bit squawk-y but it doesn't deplete the experience. This is my internal conflict with a certain drink on the menu. The Monster. This satanic abomination soup of a beverage really tempted me. I drink energy drinks and was excited to try a Monster! I mean.. we're all a little adventurous deep down.. human nature! Wrong. Apparently.. With full fledged confidence.. as much as you'd expect at a busy bar playing BINGO.. I asked the waitress for a Monster energy drink. Big. Mistake. I get it.. I took an unsuspecting picture of the beast waiting.. opened it.. and took a sip. If you were to ask me, giving somebody a pedicure with your MOUTH would taste no different than a can of this monstrosity. Maybe I recommend the restaurant.. but I don't recommend the Monster. Don't be fooled by the big print image of the can on the menu. Restaurant - 6/10 Demon Soup In An Aluminum Can - 2/10
