If I could give this place a 0, I would. They don't even deserve that. The Dunkin's by Bowlarama has always been terrible. I go to the one by Walmart and they're always amazing. They're kind and patient and tell you if your orders late. They also greet you. Every time I go by Bowlarama, people are rude and you could be there waiting for 10 mins and no one helps you. I almost feel it's a qualification that you have to be able to be rude and nasty to get hired. Unless I'm picking up an order; I won't go here. What happened today by far the worst experience I've had at any place of business. Everything I've ever dealt with. Today after waiting for 7 mins with no one helping me, I ask someone about the order. They were rude right off the bat. The older woman started talking about me to a younger one named Sam. Sam instantly got nasty. I even told Sam that I was filing a complaint and she told me she didn't care. She said she feels it's ok to be rude to customers. She also called me a cunt right in front of all customers as I walked out. I will be going to the top with this complaint because this Sam person is someone that should NEVER be working in public if they think it's ok to talk to customers as she did. Especially with the name calling. That's the nastiest word you can call someone. read more

I would always recommend Dunkin' Donuts. It is the Chick-fil-A of the Northeast. Always get coffee with cream hot, or an iced coffee occasionally. That being said, I tried a churro. Pretty much a cup of ice with a stain of coffee cream and cinnamon. After three or four sips of that I had a cup of ice and whip cream with cinnamon. Went to McDonald's got a black coffee and poured it over the ice from Dunkin' Donuts still ended up with lots of whip cream and cinnamon. I tell everyone now to skip the froufrou coffees from Dunkin. I don't think I will even try that from somewhere else now. The people were very nice though. I will probably still go to Dunkin. read more

Customer service makes all the difference. When we order On The Go from here for work, our orders are always right. When I go after work between 8pm and 9:30pm, the staff is always pleasant. They make jokes or inquire about your day. It's genuine. Even when they mess up an order, they resolve it immediately. Tonight the guy went to hand me my coffee and caught himself and told me he thought he made an error. He did, but because of how graciously he handled it I didn't want him to remake it. I may have paid for something else, but why waste, and he owned up to it immediately. This location always has great staff. There are five or more DD within a ten minute drive from work. I love this DD's!! The staff (Especially Keith) is super nice and I got a smileface on my coffee this morning :) coffee always taste amazing and super fresh. Definitely will be coming here every morning. Also want to give a shout out to the guy (Keith) that works the drive thru in the morning he's got the best sense of humor and such a positive attitude. read more

I go here everyday for lunch with my friends as we are students at the high school. We carpool because we want to save the environment, but there is a cranky old woman (~30/40?) who refuses to serve us unless we go inside because she cannot handle taking four orders for one car even though it is more efficient that way. She didn't even tell us nicely, but instead at the order area goes "nope. you have to go inside." No regard for respect. Shoutout to Devin though. He's pretty cool. read more

I don't typically go to this location because the other one is much closer to my house, but the other day we stopped here to see if they could fix our normal locations mess up. I'm not one to complain usually I just live with it but this time I couldn't drink my coffee. My son ran in for me since I had 2 dogs and a sleeping kid in the car and asked if they could fix my coffee that the other location had put cream in (I'm lactose intolerant and I always get it black) the manager was more than willing to fix the coffee even gave my son a donut for helping Mom and munchkins for my dogs. My husband placed an order for COFFEE on the go with a discount for a Celtics win and tried to pick it up at the drive through. A teenager rings it up and charges him the normal price for coffee, so what gives? He said he would ask the manger and walks away from the window. A second teen comes over with a drink and says oops you ordered an iced tea. My husband was like no, the other guy had it right the first time, I ordered a coffee. Apparently the first guy forgot to check back, so a manager comes by and says well the deal doesn't work for an iced tea. The order was placed for a COFFEE, but the staff got really confused and blamed the customer. After their debate, a second manager steps in and said he cancelled the order because the first guy hit the wrong button. Not a big issue, but after much confusion we ended up still getting incorrectly charged. At least one of the managers figured it out. read more

This is exactly what I wrote in complaint to the company on Dunkindonuts.com : Ordered in drive-thru: vanilla chai, bagel toasted dark w/ extra cream cheese, bacon egg and cheese, and water. After a very lengthy wait, I was given water, the sandwiches, and "Have a nice day". I still need a vanilla chai. She apologized, and left to make the drink. During this second wait, an older woman with long blonde hair came to the window and said this, "We forgot to charge you for the extra cream cheese on that bagel, so you'll be charged more next time", and quickly left. I was appalled. In all the restaurants I've worked at, this has never been okay. If you make a mistake, the customer doesn't pay for it. The teenage girl came back to the window with some sort of large iced coffee, that's not what I ordered so I went inside. My bagel was completely burnt, and didn't even have extra cream cheese. I spoke with assistant manager Mike? He was a disheveled middle aged man, who gave me a long hard time before finally giving me a full refund. Awful experience. Will never go back. read more
