I would rate this place lower than 1 star if I could. Please somebody shut this place down. Coffee is OK, everything else is not edible.

By far has to be the most creepy disgusting Dunkin I've ever been too! They don't bake on premise so they run out of doughnuts early in the day. It's filthy and the people that work there seem not interested. This morning their coffee machine was broken and they had no backup. So I frequent this Dunkin, even though it is out of my way. In the last 7 to 8 months, I have been short changed. The excuse was, we have no pennies in the drawer. I had no idea pennies were eliminated from the currency. Upon a phone call, the manager said she will have pennies in the drawer that she had no idea there were none there. My next visit...no receipt again and I was shorted change. Not sure what they have going on there but be careful. I will not be going back there since they owe me a lot of money. read more

The Three Stooges are alive and well and have apparently taken up residence at the Dunkin' on Harrison Street. I avoid Dunkin' like the plaque and when I unfortunately find myself here, all hope is abandoned at the entrance. Slow and surreal doesn't even begin to cut it - the staff here is borderline catatonic. I won't even attempt to order food as a simple black coffee seems to require a climb up Everest. I saw the ad on TV for a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and coffee for $6 so I visited the store to try it. Horrible food. Looked and tasted like airline or hospital food. So called English muffin was soggy as if it had been microwaved. Hash browns were barely recognizable. Never again, nothing like the Mom an' Pop deli's serve. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS DUNKIN LOCATION. I was with my friend and I ordered an iced caramal CRAZE latte and a hot cappucnio, and a bag of hasbrowns. IT TOOK 10 minutes, so service was slow. Then on top of that, when I got the latte, THEY JUST made a random latte with random ingredients. THE employees did not know what a craze latte was and it tasted nothing like it at all. Slower than usual and with no table to mix your drink with sweeteners but with that average Dunkin' quality you would expect. Look the coffee, bagels and donuts here are of that typical Dunkin' Donuts quality. So that's what you'll get. The service was slower and the staff seemed less trained than my other favorite Dunkin locations. No complaints about the interior. Pretty spacious and clean when you enter. There's also additional tables around the back where the bathrooms are. The reason for the 2 stars is that the sweeteners for your drinks are located on the small pick up counter. There is not a separate counter to mix your drinks like everyone else including other Dunkin locations and competitors. So if you want to add some sugar you need to go use a regular table which makes no sense. I like to open my coffee, add the sweeteners, mix and taste. And if necessary adjust. If they address this I will raise my rating to 3 stars. Recommended if you're craving Dunkin' Donuts and you're in the area! read more

The cleanest Dunkin' in the area. I like stopping by here in the morning and would not give a review for a generic chain but found the owner, or manager, to be exceptional. The food is pretty much the same (as we would expect) so at par with every breakfast sandwich out there. read more

Great place to grab something to go. They are fast, friendly and convenient. One time I asked one of the workers to add more hot water to my tea and by mistake the worker started adding cold water instead. After the worker realized that I requested hot, he gave me a brand new drink. Such nice service. I would definitely go back again. read more

This DD location is the worst! I am done with this place. Every time I go in there is only 1 person serving the "To Go" customers, the regular customers at the register meanwhile the annoying chime of new orders is ringing until the employee picks them up. All the while I am waiting in line, along with several others for 8 minutes today (I wish I had a video to share of this experience). I feel bad for the server unfortunately this is the last time I come to this Harrison street location. I'll hit Wawa up the road. If you have 20 minutes to wait, this is your place! read more

Incredibly slow and unattentive to customers' requests. There were five workers, 3 of which just hang around while one person prepares all the piled up orders, albeit he is snail-paced too. If I wanted to wait 25 minutes for a simple bacon anf egg sandwich, I would have gone to a restaurant or diner. I love Dunkin but they are the worse. No matter how many times you go there there is a wait. Line/no line be sure you will be waiting 10 minutes for your coffee. Unfriendly, rude staff. Normal dunkin' donuts experience. Depending on who is working in the morning it can be slow to get hot food. Otherwise they are very accommodating of my coffee request, and always very courteous. My favorites are a medium iced coffee with milk and one pump of the butter pecan syrup. As far as hot food my go to is always and egg and cheese wakeup wrap or english muffin, you can't go wrong with those. read more

Bait and switch, plain and simple. I went to this place about a half dozen times. Each time, a display for travel mugs caught my eye. $6.99 for a stainless travel mug, not bad. So finally, I made a point of buying one. They rang it up for $12.99. I objected, pointing to the sign that said something like "STAINLESS TRAVEL MUG $6.99." "That's out of stock," they said. "This one is $12.99." By that time, they had already filled it with coffee and there was a long line. I paid them the money, and checked the website when I got home. There is no $6.99 steel mug. It was just a bait-and switch. How was the coffee? The hot coffee was ordinary. The iced coffee--occasionally good, but often watered down to the point of worthlessness. Also note that, as of the last time I went (in November), the sign said they open earlier than they actually do. This was extremely annoying the time that I showed up at the advertised opening time. I was craving a doughnut, and mistakenly thought this place would have something satisfying. We purchased a coffee, 1 glazed, 1 cinnamon apple, and some jelly filled munchkins. I took a bite and spat it out. It was that bad. Dry, mealy, yuck. The munchkins had a pinkie nail sized dribble of the most tasteless goo surrounded by a tasteless and dry dough. Not all Dunkin donuts are created equal and this not one you want to go to. The service here is pathetic, the incompetent person working is cursing left and right, runs to answer a personal phone call while 5 people are waiting in line, asks the person what their order is multiple times then forgets, the list goes on and on. I understand that some people have other things going on while they are at work but customer service was on the bottom of the priority list. Stood in line for 15 mins to get a basic cup of coffee then gave up when the lady working stopped making coffee then went to pick up a personal call talking to someone who just got out of the shower ,I felt like I was watching an episode of gosspi girls. This is the most atrocious type of customer service I have encountered, the lady was completely oblivious to her surroundings and did not care respect people's time , I would not recommend stopping here for coffee unless you have a lot of free time and really desperate for DD coffee. read more

DOSN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! I go to this Dunkin doughnuts a lot, and when I do, I get some of their sandwiches, but I ask for no cheese on them, and they constantly do! I have to tell them while they are making it "NO CHEESE!" And they laugh like its fricken funny. The weird part is, no other dunkin doughnuts I went to, messes up my order as much as they do. If you can't eat cheese, and want a sandwich, make it yourself because ordering it at this Dunkin doughnuts will kill you. They need re-training. Everyone. Top on the way down. People use the mobile app for convenience but it's not convenient when this location consistently screws up orders, you have to stand there while they re-make it and subsequently screw THAT up. I really like coffee and donuts, but this location needs to shut down, have a major re-training week and learn to get good at their jobs. read more

Do not go here. The service is slow....so so slow. Painfully slow. And unfriendly. They often mess up the orders, which makes things even slower. Food is over cooked or undercooked, depending on your luck. The donuts are fine but if you want anything else, just find somewhere else; it would be worth the travel. I have never experienced such rude behavior toward a customer. I went in today to get a muffin and some iced coffee, and the man who reluctantly waited on me acted as if I were a nuisance and should not be bothering him. I was taken aback by his attitude and couldn't wait to get out of there. They should welcome customers--not act as though they are not wanted. They put my drink in a flimsy paper bag, and when I picked it up to take it into the house, the cup fell through the bag and spilled all over the driveway. Even their bags are terrible. Avoid this place! I walked into this store while two employees were verbally fighting. I wait for them to finish and while doing so notice multiple flies over all of the doughnuts. I was disgusted, and went into the fridge to get a "fly free" beverage and then the two employees fight over who's turn it is to ring me up. I put the drink back and left. I have no issues with this place...it's a great place to work, with plenty of outlets. The food is what you expect from a Dunkin' Donuts. I like the flatbread sandwiches and I'm happy that there's a choice that's low calorie. I get free coffee fairly often with my rewards card and I don't feel like I'm paying for expensive coffee when all I want is some caffeine. I like that this place is open earlier then Small World coffee. read more

I am a Dunkin' share holder and I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for years. Has the store recently changed ownership or under a new manager? This morning 2 employees were bickering and the lines were totally backed up. The store is understaffed during the busy hours and the service has fallen off a cliff! Went in today and ordered 3 XL Original Blend BLACK and a donut. Discovered when I got back I got 3 XL with a lot of cream and sugar. I never said cream and sugar and one person is diabetic and the other lactose intolerant. I just hate cream and sugar! That was $10 down the drain! read more
