NEW: Fiesta Crunch Salad

The food is good, but they are grossly understaffed. There are a few gluten-free options on the menu now.

Chips were just tiny pieces

To update my previous review, this has become my favorite go to spot for lunch. I just cannot get over the wonderful prices and delicious, good quality food. If this remains I will be back with friends and family many times going forward. Today I got the crispy chicken Caesar wrap and it was very good, but a little salty for my liking. I suspect it may be because of the bacon bits in the bottom. If I were to get it again I'd remove the bacon. The chicken inside was so tender and juicy and fresh. There was no skimping on this wrap!!! The chicken was phenomenal. In addition, I've recently been enjoying the Cuban sandwich here which is SO good. I've gotten it with my family on multiple occasions and it's so filling and generously portioned. It's my new fav! Keep in mind I take most of my sandwiches to go and it's about an 18 min drive home and it's still yummy when I get home. Additionally, staff is always super friendly here and the restaurant is so cute inside. All in all this place is becoming my favorite place to go. Keep it up!!!

Came here for lunch. Place is big and bright. Good spot for brunch with SO, family and friends. Service was fine ... a little slow but server was friendly. We ordered the eggs benedicts (corn bread and grits on the side, and the other was the avocado one with potatoes and bacon). They missed the bacon my order came so I was a little disappointed, but happy food was tasty. We also got the caramel mochachino - loved it! The other drink we got was a strawberry topped latte, which was interesting but my husband liked it.

scramble eggs soft .

I stopped by Turning Point for breakfast this morning. What a wonderfully relaxed place--very low-key, absolutely no rush. After settling in, we spent about 10 minutes waiting for menus. It was actually quite peaceful. We became one with our hunger. Eventually, a waitress gracefully flung the menus onto our table while continuing to walk toward another table. She was clearly so experienced that she didn't even need to make eye contact. Impressive efficiency. We then spent a few minutes meditating on the menu before another waitress arrived to take our order. Her youthful, high-pitched voice transported me back to kindergarten. It was quite the nostalgic experience. We placed our order . Thirty minutes later, we were still enjoying each other's company and embracing the restaurant's unhurried pace. By now, we had spent about 45 minutes achieving a state of breakfast Zen. Finally, our food arrived (see attached photo). My "loose scrambled eggs" were cooked well beyond loose--perhaps even beyond scrambled--and were generously browned to the point of being burned. Needless to say, it was a unique and memorable dining experience. Whether I was zoning out or achieving enlightenment, I'm still not entirely sure. I do'nt think I'll be back.

Big easy benedict

The restaurant is conveniently located at the Mercer Mall where the Shoprite is located. We were able to get a seat without a reservation for Thursday brunch. My big easy benedict was very yummy with egg, corn bread, chorizo and onions with creole seasoning. I substituted potatoes with a spring mix salad with a dressing on the side. The black coffee came out in the pot which tasted great. My companion ordered vegetable & cheese egg white omelet which also tasted great! Our server was very pleasant and fulfilled all our requests.

This was my first time at this location but I've been to another one. It's in a strip mall with lots of parking. They don't take reservations and we had a big group -13 and it took them 15 ish minutes to figure out where to put us. It was breakfast so that's to be expected. We had to be separated by 3 tables. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was good. They messed up my sandwich but easily fixable, prices are good. Much more reasonable than another breakfast chain place in the area (PJs haha). I recommend but they should have a reservation system.

Lobsta Cado Toast with an Iced Chai.

I have had lunch here before, but at a different location, so I figured I would stop in. It's located in an outdoor mall complex. The decor is simple and clean. I was happy to see that the Fall special of Lobsta Cado that I tried my first visit was now a summer special, so I ordered the same thing.I will say it was slightly different than the other location, but I still enjoyed it. The service was not the most attentive, but definitely pleasant. Nice spot to try.

Amazing Food and pretty cool Ambience perfect place for Family and Friends Brunch. Portions are Big and not too pricey.

I liked it. Good place to get some breakfast or brunch in the Princeton area. Inside is simply decored. Plenty of tables so it's a good place for groups. I got the g.o.a.t omelette. It was really good. Decent portion sized too. A lot of variety on the menu. My friends got the shrimp and grits, huevos rancheros, and chicken and waffle. They liked all of them. Service was good. Friendly staff. Linda was really friendly and attentive. Easy parking in the shopping center lot.

burnt pancake

Absolutely miserable experience here. Ordered 3 skillets, 2 pancakes and 2 cold brews. Waited 20 minutes after estimated pick up to receive the skillets, then an additional 10 for the pancakes, then an additional 20 for the cold brews. an hour total!! huh?! an additional 20 minutes for 2 cold brews. what???? you just pour it in a cup? and the house cold brew wasn't cold it had been sitting out waiting for the second cold brew to be made. pancake was burnt, blueberries just thrown in the middle? avocado was black, and i don't think it would be possible to use any less seasoning Lackluster communication from the front to explain why the delays were happening. awful, will never be back. what a waste of money, time and energy from what would have been a lovely sunday brunch with friends

Just Beet It

Service was nice. Food was decent for an outside bite with friends or family. Ambiance gives an old fashioned setup but it's nice nonetheless. I'd try it again.

A nice size and tasted fresh and hot. The only thing I didn't like was that the bread seemed to have been toasted with butter. I can do without the extra fat so it's something I have to remember to mention when I visit this establishment again. It doesn't take away from the rating, but worth mentioning and if you like to watch your fat intake. I prefer bacon so I rather cut back on the buttered toasted bread. Service is quick and efficient. Staff are helpful. Vibes were my favorite part of the experience--musical throw backs to songs from 2015 were the jam. Light rock, pop songs, all the good high school jams that took me back. We got Double BBQ Bacon Char, double cheeseburger, Sweet Potato Fries, fries, onion rings and fried string beans. Food was decidedly mediocre and nothing to ever return for. Burgers are low quality--super dry and tasteless meat. Zero flavor. You need a ton of trimmings to make it palatable. Regular double cheeseburger was a miss. Double bbq char burger was a tiny bit better thanks to the bacon and fried onions that gave the sad burger some texture and flavor. The bun added nothing, so I'd skip it and get the lettuce wrap instead. Regular Fries were soggy and bland. Skip. Sweet potato fries were the highlight of the meal in terms of quality--super light and not at all greasy. Pleasant surprise. I'd order them again. Fried string beans were meh. Too much batter.

If these system issues are persistent, there should be a temporary process in place to ensure orders are communicated to the kitchen. The staff were already aware of the problem, which suggests this isn't a one-time occurrence. Management needs to address this so employees aren't left dealing with frustrated customers because of a known system failure. The staff apologized and offered to rush our order by moving it ahead of the others already being prepared, but by that point we had already been waiting 40 minutes, had children waiting in the car, and it was getting late. We ultimately canceled the order and requested a refund. This experience wasn't about the employees, they were courteous and tried to make it right. The issue was the lack of a reliable backup process for a known system problem, which created an avoidable inconvenience for both customers and staff.

We ordered a little bit of everything--from kids' meals and appetizers to steaks and the duck wings. The duck wings were definitely a standout and were absolutely worth ordering. The only minor issues we had were that the queso arrived only warm instead of hot, but our server took care of it immediately without hesitation. I also ordered a steak that wasn't quite what I was expecting, although that may have been due to a miscommunication on how I wanted it cooked. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff was helpful and attentive. The owner came by and spoke to us for a while - he has experience cooking various cuisines besides Indian, and has worked on cruise ships. They quickly cleaned off a table that had just left and we were seated in a few minutes. We ordered Malai kofta, kal dosa with chicken curry, bone in chicken biryani, garlic naan and Gobi 65 as an app to start. The cauliflower came out very fast, perfectly crispy and nicely seasoned. I was surprised that no raita or other sauce came with, honestly it was still probably the best I've had. The kofta was delicious as well, the sauce was sweet, savory and creamy. The biryani was done well too, not crazy spicy but enough for myself and my companions. Chicken was fall off the bone. The garlic naan was good, thinner version. My favorite dish was the kal dosa. This is a smaller dosa that only gets cooked on one side, making it thicker and more pliable for gathering up food and sauce. I loved the curry it came with and also the dosa. I had planned on taking out from here a few days prior to the visit, and will definitely go back soon for that purpose. Service was just ok. Maybe because they were slammed when we first walked in, but things calmed and we were still not attended to without having to get someones attention. With that being said, this may become my fav Indian restaurant in the area, let's say 4.5 Yelps for now.....

It's not the place I go to when looking for a life-altering culinary experience--I go there when looking to feed my face fast and move along with my mission. The only thing I've had there that was a definite "Never Again" was the hot dog--a desiccated disaster in every way imaginable. On the flip side, the cheese quiche has been a winner those times I had it. It didn't take me back to the Alsace, but it was better than average. I had some cake from here recently. Visually, it looked fantastic, and the interior was moist (dry cake is a crime!), and it had all kinds of chocolate on it and in it, but the flavor was just "good". My socks remained on after tasting it. It was like they left the something special out that would have taken it from good to memorable. It looked great, but the taste didn't quite live up to the visuals. I'd eat it again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it for someone's birthday. The people working there are nice, but it can be a bit slow sometimes to make it through the register during the breakfast or lunch hours, especially if there's an indecisive person in front of you who changes their mind every fifteen seconds while picking up some pastries for the office, and she's oblivious to the five people waiting in line behind her. Although it's not the sort of place that's going to me primary destination, I'll keep on going here when I'm starving and need something to get me through my trip to the Home Depot.
