This place is horrible and disgusting. I waited 15 minutes for a flatbread sandwich during off-peak times. Somebody finally started making it, and I watch them take the cleaning bottles and the chemicals soap rag off of the sandwich bar and then make my sandwich directly on the same sandwich bar. I brought it up to the manager, and she shook her head back-and-forth and asked me what I thought she should do about it. Disgusting, and horrible. I'll never go there again. I cannot believe what I just experienced. I had to repeat my order not once not twice but three times. And when I got asked to repeat it again by the girl at the window, I said I've already repeated the very large order multiple times. She yelled, are you really going to be like that at me through the drive through. I explained I didn't know the point of ordering at the speaker if I had to keep repeating it and she started arguing with me. Awful drive thru- very tight space and super long line. After waiting for a good 10 minutes in line, they forgot half my order so I had to turn around and go back. I would've gone inside but of course there were no parking spaces available so I had to get back in drive thru. Once I finally got my order, the manager did not even give me a "sorry about that". The iced coffee here is a bit of a fail - no simple syrup, just granulated sugar. I've been to many many other Dunkin Donuts before and I have to say this is not a great one. I've been through the drive through at this location on many a desperate occasion and I've had several bad experiences. I once ordered hash browns that came out still frozen in the center. Frozen. The iced coffee consistently is sweetened with an inch of granulated sugar at the bottom (come on, simple syrup anyone?). The staff here isn't exactly the friendliest either...all in all, skip this place and go to another Dunkin Donuts, or just hit the starbucks down the street... read more

My experience was similar to others' reviews. HORRIBLE customer service here. I ordered the same ice coffee I get every single day at a DUNKIN on Powers Ferry. But these guys got it wrong. When I politely told the guy, he argued with me instead of fixing it. Then he disappeared for 10 minutes. Finally, I asked who the manager was (African American woman with head wrap) and I explained to her what happened. She walked away and a few minutes later handed me the wrong flavor again. No apology, no acknowledgement, no eye contact, and not even a thank you. I don't know who the owner of this store is, but I hope he or she is reading these reviews. It's really so much easier to be nice and treat the customers well. read more

My cashier was Manager M. (Shown include my receipt) and he was not very kind. When approaching the speaker he asked me what I would like and I asked him if he could for hold for a second. His response to me was "Please be aware that you have people behind you". DUH. It's called a drive thru. It is extremely rude to rush your customer or make them feel rushed. Mind you this was around 9am. The disrespect was shocking. I don't care if it's 20 people in the line, you are to treat every customer with respect and give them time to order. I will be taking a survey and doing my part in making sure issues like these are reported. If you're having a bad day then don't come to work. Or don't work in the food business. read more

One of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. Before you even talk about the slow service and wrong orders, the parking lot is HORRIBLE. Backs up into the road and forget about trying to get in/out easily in the mornings when the traffic is already bad. Depending on who is there the service is so slow, you'll probably spend 10 minutes from start to finish but check your order!! Cause after all that time you think your order would be right, but on multiple occasions I have checked my food and had to return it. This morning I received a glazed donut when I specifically asked for a sour cream donut (old fashioned) and a sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened. Avoid this one at all costs! read more

The coffee was perfect and the donut holes that I got were exactly as I would want them. super soft on the inside with just enough of a crust on the outside to make it perfect. Only reason for -2 stars is that it took more than 10 min to get through the drive-thru line. Made me late for my meeting. :( read more

I placed a order for pick up, 2 boxes of Joes and 50 donut holes. I get into the store and head to what I assumed was the pick up counter to get my order. the employee gets my items together, another employee who I assume is the manager comes over and advised me I have to wait in line. Even with my order on the counter ready to go. The line has over 12 people in it and I have to wait in this line just to pay. Whats the point of placing an order in advance if I have to wait in line. They had one cashier, after a few minutes of waiting I advised them i no longer wanted the order. I placed an order at einsteins on my way to work and walked in 5 minutes later and they had my order ready and a pick up sign that had a separate cashier. This is a Dunkin so the quality is fairly universal. However, this one has never once gotten my order correct. It's the closest to my work so it's my only option most mornings for coffee. It's excited to order something and have no real clue what you're going to get. It keeps it interesting. Staff is nice and place looks cleanly, though. If you're a stickler about getting a particular drink, allow extra time to taste it and most likely reorder. read more

Not even kidding I was looking in the window when they were making our coffee.. the guy fills mine up like barely and they run out of coffee... the guy disappears for like 5 minutes come back and the coffee looked weird.. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. My iced coffee always comes out with all cream, there is no coffee at all in it, or very little amount. Today I waited for over 20 minutes for my food and they got my order completely wrong and were rude. I would never base this rating off one bad experience, I am posting this after frustration of many bad experiences. I wish I had never wasted my money here. The reviews are correct regarding the stars. But it's not for the service, that was very good . The donuts are either old that's on the trays or they are over cooked. The donut does not taste like the usual Dunkin Donuts. They taste really tough, not soft. read more

I have been here maybe 4 or 5 times and every time I am unsatisfied with the quality of their bagels! Every time I order one it is either not toasted, tastes frozen, or has almost no cream cheese on it. It consistently fails me. I visit many other locations all around GA and this is the worst location. I don't know who the owner is but they need to be in there watching over their employees like I see in all the other locations. Point is if you are going to order a bagel, don't. read more

Please save your money and do not step a foot into this location. Very very rude workers. I ordered an iced coffee and one of the ladies replied with "And what Else do you need!!" With a very nasty attitude. I told her I didn't need anything else. So another girl came to the cash register and told me my total. And I handed her some cash. I was not upset in any way! And she asks me if I'm okay and I have a ugly attitude. I believe the girl who asked what else I needed was the manager. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. I won't be going back. read more
