Once I asked a few questions I was able to taste a few flavors and narrow it down to the two bases I wanted and then the easy part of picking the toppings. Let me say pitaya I initially thought would be nasty. WRONG! It was DELICIOUS and the mango. In regards to toppings I got granola and wasn't a fan at all. If you never had a smoothie bowl give it a try! I know I know smoothie with a spoon when you can use a straw!? It's worth it. The smoothies at playa bowl lack flavor, which is not that much of a surprise. They have limited 15 min parking in front otherwise you have to find a lot or garage. I would like to eat here again but there's a mermaid on the wall and I'm not a huge fan in mermaids and/or Greek mythology.

R yelled back to him, "Aren't you bringing it to us? That's what I requested." The employee said, "Oh." and brought the order to us. The food (Egg McMuffin, Egg and sausage McGriddle, and hash browns) was ok. Tables were left dirty and weren't cleaned after customers left. There wasn't an option of getting water refills from the self-serve beverage dispensers. I understand why the kids' play area is closed, but I don't understand why the entire big dining area is also closed in that section. The dining area closest to the entrance and the order counter is actually smaller than the dining area near the play area. I looked in the play area dining area, which is separate from the other dining area, and there were boxes on some of the tables, making it look like that area was being used for storage. Although I gave this a 3-star rating, I'm not sure I would recommend coming to this location.

There are two benches to sit on in the well lit space while waiting for your order, and no tables or chairs are available, so there's no opportunity to sit and work or visit with others. While you're waiting, you can walk a few steps over into the neighboring Japanese restaurant and decide whether you want to expand your drink break into a full fledged meal. My favorite boba tea is the Bubble Milk Black Tea, with 30% sweetness and less ice. In the many times I've had boba in drinks here, the boba has always had a good consistent chew. The drinks are in firm plastic cups with snap on lids, so the little ones can accidentally (or purposely) squeeze the cups and there won't be too much damage done to your vehicle upholstery on the way home, although if they drop or throw the cup on the floor it'll most likely be game over. This store didn't have that many tables, as the ten people at the tables took up most of the seating. This Starbucks was clean, although the counter seemed very cluttered. There is not a drive thru window at this location.
